男朋友叫咗雞白湯沾麵,我以為得我一碗淡,點知佢連沾汁都好淡,的確有雞純滑乳白濃縮精華,味道都有香醇順滑,但就欠缺鹽去提升個鮮味。雖然好掛汁,但食落都係冇咩味咁。叉燒同我個碗一樣,雞白湯另外仲有塊雞肉,但完全好似白烚咁。

對於重口味嘅我,就應該唔會再食了,我諗適合啲鍾意食到食物原味又重味冇咁重嘅人。

拉麵入口爽口彈牙,軟硬程度啱啱好,加上拉麵本身都幾掛湯,所以每一啖都可以連埋湯汁一齊食。佢個湯有非常之香濃嘅雞湯味,入口唔會覺得太過油膩,所以都好好味。

極濃龍蝦湯拉麵
呢個係佢哋新出嘅拉麵,龍蝦湯又香又甜,入口唔會太過鹹,鮮味十足,加上材料夠晒豐富,真係好好味呀。

抺茶啫喱
抹茶味道香濃,入口有好香嘅茶香味,加上唔會太過苦,比較容易入口。

整體來講,金鶴拉麵嘅質素係每一間分店都維持得幾好,唔怪之得每一間都咁受歡迎啦。

一間位置唔顯眼的餐廳招牌係雞湯拉麵,除此之外,仲有串燒小食,連鰻魚飯都有,我同朋友分別叫左極濃白雞湯拉麵、北海道蟹拉麵。雖然拉麵唔係填紙仔,但要讚的係店員好細心會問我地拉麵入面的木耳絲、荀,青葱要唔要,可以自由選擇。雞湯拉麵,湯頭奶白色,偏清淡,同埋唔會好油,配埋炸牛蒡視覺上好靚,味道唔錯。蟹拉麵,一上台時已見到有一大pat蟹肉,很香唔會腥,湯有香濃的蟹肉味,麵質適中,份量足。其實淨係食碗麵已經夠飽了,但我又貪心叫左雞肝串燒、牛舌串,同埋鰻魚串,串燒上枱的時候都係熱炳炳出晒煙,要讚下上菜的碟都係熱既,真係好細心。

一間位置唔顯眼的餐廳

一直想試呢間,今日咁啱去開佐敦,所以專登嚟試吓呢間拉麵,可能時間較早。不是太多人。沒有訂枱所以坐吧枱。洗手間位置要經過天井,有個日式小庭園,洗手間好似日本咁,日本座廁和有電視機。和日本一樣,都係咁貼心。食咗一個濃湯拉麵和炸雞試試。湯底果然濃郁,有脆脆的類似牛蒡的食材,好好味,全部湯都飲晒。雞肉即炸熱辣辣,香脆沒有太多粉。
