星期六去荃灣逛街,朋友好想食天婦羅,我們就去金子半之助食晚飯,店內裝修以木系為主,一邊食飯一邊播放日本音樂,彌漫著日本風情。半之助沙律,色彩都幾豐富,有不同的蔬菜,新鮮爽脆,炸蝦好味,香脆彈牙,海葡萄清淡爽口,感覺幾健康。海老天押壽司,方形的壽司卷比較少食,味道調得幾香濃,炸海老夾雜在飯團中,感覺完全不油膩。燒鹽麴鮭魚加迷你天婦羅御膳,鹽燒鯥魚肉質好嫩滑,一點都不柴,入口有甘香的油脂感。天婦羅好酥脆,油而不膩,特別喜歡食炸瓜菜,能保持瓜菜中的水份,不錯!穴子是必食的,都幾大條差不多30cm長,肉質比一般鰻魚更緊緻細滑,外皮很酥脆,裏面仍保持軟滑,加點醬汁更美味。
