又到工作比較忙嘅月份,難得今日可以準時收工,就決定獎勵一下自己,去食omakase dinner. 花晨月夕一直都係人氣極高嘅一間omakase店,但我一直都未食過呢到嘅dinner,次次來都係食lunch。果然,dinner真係好特別,同比起lunch我覺得更加抵食!今日雖然冇book位但剛好walkin都係得返bar枱最後兩個位 天公造美,當然要個最高級嘅set。omakse moon $1580 包5款sashimi,御料理,10件sushi。最值得推介嘅,一定係個又好食,又睇得又新奇嘅bubble pop sashimi,用上鯛魚捲住海蝦他他,再加埋魚子醬,本來已經十分吸睛,但係竟然用埋食用番梘,整咗個波波出嚟,會慢慢變大變大,然之後爆開嘅時候仲會有煙霧出出嚟,成件事勁有鮮意,但係記住一個人要影片一個人要影相呀,真係好值得打卡!另外個海膽配ikura都好正,本身呢間嘅ikura比較甜,但係配埋海膽一齊食,就真係剛剛好,又係另一道超好打卡嘅dish!呢度食中午其實水準已經好高,所以食晚餐更加係正啦!

Sea urchin lovers have to check this out!! Fresh and creamy sea urchin were being used in a lot of the items in this omakase set, from appetizers to sashimi and hot dishes, not to mention the giant sea urchin roll at the very end!! Personally find the 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 Set a better deal than 𝐒𝐮𝐧 - adding an extra HKD$200 gives you two more types of sashimi and one more piece of sushi, including the really photogenic seabream sashimi served in a bubble (*¯︶¯*) Food quality and service were superb, particular the seared nigiri-s which had their flavour and texture elevated to a next level ⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎

喜歡海膽的話一定要來吃看看這家omakase!! 前菜, 刺身及熟食都以海膽入饌, 最後還有超巨型的金箔海膽卷, 全部都很鮮甜沒有腥味, 海膽控會超滿足(*¯︶¯*) 𝐒𝐮𝐧和𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 Set價錢只相差$200, 但後者有多兩款刺身和多一貫壽司, 包括像看表演一樣的真鯛魚刺身泡泡, 覺得𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧性價比較高!! 整體質素不錯, 尤其炙燒過的壽司魚油香顯著, 入口即化, 是滿滿的幸福感(+吃完整個套餐真的飽到不行⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎

花魚壽司,配少許薑蓉是很好的配搭;帆立貝壽司味道鮮甜;毛蟹海膽壽司很新鮮滋味;澳洲龍蝦壽司口感佳;深海池魚壽司魚味濃郁;銀鱈魚壽司比較少吃但不錯;鯖魚壽司味較濃也美味;喜之次壽司油脂豐富;鳥取境港大拖羅壽司油脂分布平均,一睇就知道取料上乘;海膽壽司灑上鹽同金箔特別有氣派,散發著淡淡的海洋香氣,口感豐潤,滋味濃郁,正到爆😍整體嚟講,壽司飯團有適量的米飯,師傅加的Wasabi及豉油分量剛剛好,好好味, 真的急不及待地一件一件放入肚內😂

先吃紅酒啫喱西瓜,再食埋日本赤肉蜜瓜,清甜多汁,令人回味呀!

整體來講,呢度食物及服務質素都有高水準,最值得欣賞的是食物夠新鮮,擺碟有心思,一上枱已經令人有驚喜,視覺享受絕對能增加食慾,值得推介❤️
