To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 直到進入餐廳坐下, 只覺這是一間有情調的西餐廳, 燈光昏暗, 侍應有禮

在menu上就挑了3 course

1. Scallops in 2 ways - Sashimi scallop with wassabi sauce and pan fried scallop with rasberry sauce

2. Seafood chowder soup

3. Fresh and red coral trout and shrimps from sea

擺盤精緻, 絕不失禮

吃下亦是食材新鮮, 尤其sashimi及魚, 一不新鮮怎樣煮都是徒然

應鹹的鹹應熱的熱, 不要笑, 這並不是必然

總括而然, 他們沒有用上高超的技巧, 但全都煮得恰到好處

不要跟酒店米芝蓮餐廳比較, 就當一般西餐廳, 性價比絕對是正比!

最怕午餐時間去中上環食,又逼又滾水6腳被人趕,想坐耐啲嘅餐廳又好貴。今次阿妹推介喱間香港人開嘅法式餐廳,環境舒適,寧靜,枱與枱之間好有空間。set lunch 加埋一大概$2-3XX, 三道菜加飲品,加埋食物嘅食材質數,算是reasonable 啦餐前麵包: 熱辣辣法包,農夫包,有2款dipping source, olive, chili 同埋butter, 得!餐湯clam chowder: 都落足料,味道鮮甜,係賣相可以靚啲,80分Main course 咖喱羊,我㨂黃薑飯(有薄餅選擇):羊好新鮮,不過略嚴味淡一點,個人口味愛濃咖喱。不過我都食晒,75分Dessert: 黑森林蛋糕:無乜驚喜,不過我喜歡不太甜,70分Drink: lemon water, 好多檸檬,得!我哋由12pm 坐到3pm, 全程有服務,有唔同waiter 問我哋覺得菜如何,睇得出用心去經營,讚!總括嚟講,可以再帶朋友嚟食過嘅餐廳。

聖誕節前兩個星期打電話 Book Christmas Set, 個 waiter 好好,主動問需唔需要Whatsapp send 個餐牌俾我睇。之後收線一陣我就收到個file 了。個日我同男朋友食晏啲8點開始個part, 可以慢慢食,每碟份量雖然睇落去唔多,但一道m一道上,食食下都食唔晒。當日有人現場彈鋼琴,同有請人係餐廳唔同角落唱聖誕歌, 氣氛好好。稍嫌枱與枱之間太近,隔離pair 情侶講咩都聽到,搞到我同男朋友都能暢所欲言。但會再幫襯。

跟著叫了四個前菜,分別是生牛肉他他,香煎鵝肝,蟹肉蘆筍意大利飯及帶子大蝦。每個前菜都各有特色,每樣都試到,很有層次的感覺;要特別一提的是蟹肉蘆筍意大利"飯",其實是沒有飯的,只是以鮮蟹肉配蘆筍,用傳統做意大利飯的做法烹調,很有鮮味但不飽膩。

主菜有很多選擇,喜愛吃牛的就一定樂透了,單是牛都有四款選擇,有兩位朋友是牛痴,所以叫一個Entrecote 500g (二人份量),頂級安格斯厚切牛扒,待應把一大盤牛扒送上,更在我們面前切,牛扒厚薄適中,一看到肉的眼色便知道是頂級材料,還有一塊燒得紅紅的火山石,可把牛肉放在上面再按生熟喜好即燒,真是無得頂,兩位朋友做了我們的即席廚師。跟著還叫了銀鱈魚、龍蝦扁意粉及法式油鴨腿。幾個主菜都不愧是餐廳的招牌菜式,美味可以有不同的配撘,更令人回味無窮。

甜品只選了兩款,是梳乎厘配香橙雪芭和法式焦糖燉蛋。本只是想分嘗一下,但當送上香橙梳乎厘時,不禁嘩然驚喜,除了size夠大外,擺設很精美,們都爭著要一個人吃晒一整個,這樣才可陶醉在美味中,為晚餐劃上完美滿足的句號!

There was a big party on the other side from where we sat. Restaurant has two main sections that separate out, keeping a good sound level. We picked dishes from set menu and their a la carte menu. A friend wanted to have tartare for sharing for our starter.

Before appetizer, a finger food styled dish along with some baguet. The finger food was okay. But since it came as a complement, so it's a plus.

Roasted lamb rack. Medium cooked and delicious in the mouth. It fits well in the whole meal, and because of the next dishes, you'll see why you better save some room in your stomach.

We didn't know we ordered an extra main! This is probably the BIGGEST souffle we have had. The egg mix in the middle was very smooth and well made. It came freshly made and hot. The cold orange sorbet juxtaposes well with the hot pot of tasty soufle. We should have been adviced that this dessert needs to be told to be shared!

We left extremely satisfied and would recommend this place for anyone looking for diverse choices of fine food in a cosy and lovely setting. It's a little pricy but you pay for what you get!

又到甜品,有soufflie with orange, Creme brulee with strawberry, chocolate cake可選。soufflie好大份,令人飽上加飽,橙味雪糕要加進去,跟著熱氣流上升,才會把橙味再逼出來,還可以。Creme brulee很好,焦糖面算不太甜,我也忘記了吃旁邊的新鮮士多啤梨和士多啤梨醬。這回合勝出!

看到開飯網有許多人推介這間社會企業的餐廳,便特地前往品嚐一下法國美食。這店鋪屬於樓上鋪,乘電梯上三樓便到。進入店內已感受到那簡約寧靜的氣氛,室內滿布鮮花,牆上亦有掛畫,感覺雅緻。先送上餐前小吃,橄欖醬脆麵包,鬆脆可口,接著是兩款法式麵包,味道正宗,非一般貨色。前菜分別點了三文魚沙律,上菜時只見魚碎,並非一片片三文魚,故感覺略嫌少了一點;另外點了磨菇批,批薄香脆,磨菇鮮味,較為有特色。主菜點了香煎鯛魚,魚肉偏腍,魚皮香脆,更灑上果仁增添口感,味道不錯,伴菜則一般。另一主菜為bouillabaisse,滿心期待,因為不是每間店舖都會炮製這款魚湯。其實這道法國南部馬賽魚湯,只要一離開當地都不能以此命名,因此一看餐牌便眼前一亮毫不猶豫地點了,但一試便大失所望,徒具其名,並不符實,湯淡稀少,內裡更混入蔬菜,完全不是那回事,我想可能是怕顧客吃到腥味,故此加入蔬菜以闢味,這反而吃不到海鮮的鮮味。甜品是香梨配雲呢嗱雪糕和焦糖海綿蛋糕配朱古力雪糕,份量太少,兩啖便吃完;跟餐點了咖啡及薄荷茶,尚算多選擇。整體而言,這兒環境比食物優勝,令人感到悠閒愜意!
