To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於我真係太鐘意朱古力,所以佢地推薦左我飲佢地既signature chocolate drink,呢杯朱古力係我飲過既朱古力中可以話係最好飲,非常濃郁而且甜度適中!!必試!!!
我同男友都好滿意呢餐法國餐,因為無論環境、服務、食物方面都好正!!!最緊要食飯之餘仲可以做善事!!一定會再黎!!

總結,係食咗好滿足同好有意義的一餐!等我下次收工過嚟試埋個dinner set先~~~

I started with the pan fried foie gras served with jam of #fig and pineapple( back); foie gras cream terrine cheese (middle) and then a slice of fig topped with foie gras terrine ball coated in black sesame( front) . In this sequence of eating, there is a gradual transformation- from soft and original form of foie gras to a relatively thicker texture, giving a modern touch to this traditional French twist. Every ingredient is able to stand out with its refined and characteristic taste without dominating others

The ribeyes was marvellous. Perfectly grilled to give a crispy charred outer and a succulent tender pink inner. The potato mash at the bottom was quite finely done and buttery.
Overall Service and food is in top quality but I expect to have a more extensive #wine list. Although the manager was so nice and matched wine for our mains, the recommended Saint Emillion 2006 is quite bland. Prefer bringing a bottle of personal favourite to match with the dish.

Personally the most impressive mains is definitely "the pan fried salmon and scallop with carrot for a sweetie harmony". Each bite just gives a burst of freshness and complexity of flavour, thanks to the perfect colourful pairing of garnish: a bunch of chopped beetroot and vinegar that highlights the succulent salmon ( surprisingly my mouth is drenched with the fish stock!) ; and complemented with mashed carrot paste and basil, successfully giving a sense of completeness and harmony to the dish.

牛排下是大蘑茹和薯蓉,半成熟的牛排完美地保留了肉汁,加上表面被煎得微脆,與內裏鮮嫩多汁的肉形成對比,令口感非常豐富。

這個以草莓為主的甜點,應該很受女生歡迎。瓶子裏盛滿酸酸甜甜的草莓及以草莓溶製成的啫哩,加上冰凍的草莓雪芭,再配合香蕉味的棉花糖,真是四重享受。

The waiter served and poured the soup immediately in front of us. Because of the red colour, the first sight of this soup, Fish conmade with Mediterranean garnish really looked like a Borscht soup, however there was a big difference aftertaste. It was a little bit sour, yet tasty.

I was a big fan of pasta and I loved this pasta - Lobster pasta trio with creamy white wine chives sauce very much. The sauce was creamy and the pasta had a nice chew because the dish had been mixed up with 3 different types of pasta, spaghetti, penne and tortellini.

The dessert, Chocolate souffle, banana crumble and vanilla ice cream was amazing good. I think the most delicious one was banna crumble. The crumble was very crispy and sweet with a little bit warm. Chocolate souffle was excellent as well. Apart from a rich chocolate flavor, the texture was light, yet moist inside. 

Overall, the service and food were very great and we had an enjoyable dinner. It is worth to spend the money here as the net revenue from La Parole is being donated to Benji's Centre to help the speech delay children.
