身為一個食得之人有時要豪啲嘅, 唔係點食到好野今次老公帶我黎到呢間高級嘅禮賓傅聽個名都知勁! 而且選址中環, 附近都係高級嘅食店, 真係有番咁上下級數先會開喺呢度.之前好期待, 總算一入場真係無失望! 場入面擺設布置充滿氣魄, 禮賓傅果然無改錯名! 頭頂嘅水晶燈提升左個場嘅層次, 椅背嘅花紋加上白色嘅枱布, 添加左唔少古典美嚟到咁高級嘅地方當然唔少得影下相啦!見到呢個獎狀又令我充滿期待啦! 快啲上菜!呢一味真係開胃前菜! 湯底有適當份量嘅胡椒味, 加上鹹酸菜本身嘅濃郁味道, 連埋白滑嘅大白鱔, 胃口立即大開之後有羊城鴿鬆, 我一向好鍾意食生菜包. 今次呢個羊城鴿鬆就口感十足! 新鮮生菜加上惹味嘅肉粒, 係一個高級嘅生菜包蒸蛋白最緊要夠滑, 但呢味真係唔至蛋白滑, 連石班都滑! 一啖食入口, 好似石班同蛋白一齊溶入口中, 果種感覺而家都仲記得加上有淡淡嘅松露香, 令到口感加味覺同時豐富!百花釀蟹鉗唔會整得太油, 入面蟹肉非常豐富, 啲肉夠厚又多鮮汁, 真係咬完一啖又一啖呢個炸子雞都算炸得香! 聞到已經好想食! 加上有不同醬料配搭, 令到咁大隻雞都唔會乏味, 反而覺得唔夠. 雞皮鬆脆唔會甩
