牛油果煙燻三文魚酸種麵包有驚喜,牛油果其貌不揚,但原來食落去好軟熟甜香,另外煙三文魚都好fresh,配上軟硬適中嘅sourdough,水準不錯。

老闆還跟我們說,下次可以order外賣、因為是老細親自送的😆😆

大家去的時候,除可以上2/f睇睇,還可以參觀一下「真理之門」(其實是洗手間,但打開有驚喜)

見到好多人推介呢個腐乳carbonara ~ 真係完全係中西fusion嘅一個pasta~椒絲腐乳呢個組合會令我聯想到椒絲腐乳炒通菜😂 個汁嘅味道不但唔會太重味,而且又真係幾特別~因為佢個腐乳味雖然都幾出,但都無蓋過carbonara汁嘅味道~然後會食到成個汁仲有啲椒絲味滲左入去咁~所以味道真係會有幾層同埋冇傳統carbonara 咁濟~然後碟意粉用左臘腸代替本身喺carbonara 嘅煙肉~成碟野即刻chinese左勁多~

加左話梅汁嘅latte都好特別~完全又係中西合璧之作~ 我覺得話梅汁加咖啡呢個配搭出奇地唔奇怪~ 成杯咖啡會比一般咖啡酸甜味多少少🤏味道都幾唔錯😚~但可能我本身食開重味野,我覺得有少少似平時飲開一啲酸酸地嘅咖啡~ 然後店員話下次我黎嗰陣幫我落多啲話梅汁🤣

Overall覺得CP值喺中環地段都屬於高,因為真係唔太貴同埋碟碟野食都好大份🤩同埋成間店都用腐乳做主題真係好特別~而且仲要係大部分都係創新嘅fusion菜式,覺得真係試得過~
