👌🏻原本想試Salted Plum Americano,不過店員推薦Latte就試試,咖啡與甜中帶鹹的話梅嘅搭配都幾夾,幾特別,如果中意latte的朋友都值得一試,但對飲開Americano的我就覺得飲到尾有啲似煉奶的甜,不算太中我口味。兩者中會更推薦帶鹹味嘅Lau White~

聽聞中環結志街有一間用腐乳整西餐嘅fusion菜餐廳,今日就嚟朝聖一吓初次睇佢英文名以為佢係「劉」Bistro,但其實佢係「流」Bistro第一次嚟,鋪面位置唔多,幾有café feel雲石枱夾埋Tiffany色嘅牆身帶出一種簡潔美,如果枱底有個鈎掛袋就會坐得更舒服啦Lunch Menu食到下午3點,趕得上尾班車除此以外佢仲有啲腐乳小食Lunch set加$20蚊可以加杯啡,當然要試下佢哋呢杯signature嘅流白,係一杯腐乳Expresso Tonic將沉喺底嘅腐乳攪渾即可飲用,個味道好新鮮,腐乳帶酒香味及少咸碰上湯力水嘅甜,在加上咖啡嘅芳香,係一個好奇妙嘅組合,絕對值得一試今日腐乳龍脷柳飯賣晒,我就唯有叫咗椒絲腐乳卡邦尼意粉腐乳當然唔少得,仲加入椒絲同臘腸等材料去煮西式嘅意粉,食落竟然可以咁match但如果份量可以再多啲就好啦,食完嘅感覺只係剛好有啲嘢落肚嘅feel,如果你唔怕食腐乳嘅話,就絕對要嚟試吓啦

中上環近日開了間全港第一間以腐乳為主題的餐廳,他們基本上由飲品去到食物,都有用到腐乳!牛油果煙燻三文魚酸種麵包,這裡的酸種麵包口感不錯,不會好硬!麵包上面有帶有腐乳味的酸忌廉,上面放滿煙三文魚和牛油果,味道不錯!腐乳咸蛋黃炸魚皮,魚皮炸到脆卜卜,上面有滿滿的咸蛋黃醬,非常香口!南乳炸雞球配薯條,他們的炸雞球外層脆口,內裡肉質juicy嫩滑,再點上惹味的南乳醬,出奇地好味!還附有蕃薯條,估唔到蕃薯條點上南乳醬這麼美味,令平時不太喜歡蕃薯條的我都食了很多!椒絲腐乳卡邦尼意粉,他們的卡邦尼意粉除了有蘑菇和煙肉之外,還有臘腸和三色椒絲,而且食落有淡淡的腐乳味,中西合璧,非常特別又美味!Lau White,這杯流白其實是espresso tonic再加入了腐乳醬,完全想像不到原來咁match!咖啡偏酸,加上tonic的酸味,再加入腐乳醬的味道,非常特別而且好飲!Salted plum latte,這杯latte除了有咖啡的味道,亦有淡淡的華梅味,又是一款非常特別的飲品!
