天氣變啦,1月份天氣仲喺咁熱。今晚同朋友去打邊爐,本身想食泰國菜,點知見到間川菜火鍋,就入左去打邊爐啦。火鍋爐。叫左個麻辣湯底。小食。夫妻肺片。青瓜麻香爽脆,醬汁濃郁,青瓜吸哂醬汁好濃好多汁。火鍋必叫炸響鈴。湯汁麻香濃郁,響鈴輕輕一滾吸哂湯汁精華,入口麻香帶點香脆,又不太油膩。大大條魚做湯底,叫點蔬菜解膩。生菜爽脆清甜,吸盡湯汁入口不會老。加配水餃。菜肉餡滿滿,內裡滿滿湯汁,皮薄不鬆散。最後點上一個白飯。吃到最後有點辣,叫個白飯更加滋味。

These seafood balls are different from those fish balls made by flour/starch.

These seafood balls made by abundance of ingredients.You can taste small cubes of shrimps,cuttlefishes .

There are crab roes added into the shrimp balls while I even taste a very small fish bone fragment inside the fish ball.

The octopus tenticles and Ox stomach are crunchy and have bites.Both of them are quite large portions which are value for money.

I highly recommend all the customers to order noodles for the hotpots.

These noodles act as sponge soak up all the essences of the ingredients and flavours of the soup base.

The noodles glazed and covered by the rich,thick,flavourful soup.superbbbbbbb.

The beers here are very cheap.How can you without beer when have hotpots!

辣子雞是我很喜歡的一個菜式, 而這道亦是我全晚最愛的菜式. 

外觀看是滿滿的乾炒辣椒舖滿整個盤子. 內裡的雞塊則切成小塊, 這道菜會先將切小塊的雞肉泡一泡油, 快熟前拿起來伴以乾辣椒, 花椒及其他配料快炒. 

雞肉吃起來既麻且辣, 外酥內嫩. 或許這道菜的更大趣味是可堂而皇之地在盤中以筷子來回找雞肉,朋友說若中家中吃飯這樣東挖西找, 家中長輩必說沒禮貌而用筷子敲打一記. 哈.

晚上不太愛吃白飯之類, 看到有炒水晶粉便點來過過口癮. 店員問要辣還是不辣, 第一反應當然是辣了. 

香噴噴的水晶粉不一會送上, 碟上除水晶粉尚有一大堆芽菜, 白菜. 纖維並不少. 水晶粉挾起來不會纏著一大堆,吃起來的口感, 借用台灣的說法便是"滑嫩帶點QQ". 雖然炒的時候有加上辣椒但辣度並不高, 個人還希望再辣一點呢. 

埋單的價格是$400, 以兩人消費的價格來說不貴不便宜. 但份量及味道上均滿足, 日後可約車友來聚餐一下. 

翻食指數: 75分.  

價格中規中矩, 食物水平不錯, 交通方便是一大好處. (對駕電單車的我來說)

一大班人慶祝生日,決定去九龍城食雞煲。雞煲非常足料,平時好多餐廳可能得幾舊雞,之後就要加錢再加。但係呢間店就唔會咁。另外,個汁都好入味,配合埋調味的配菜,真係一流呀!而且,所以都點了一份粉絲吸一吸汁既味道,食落完全滋味。店員之後都有加水再打邊爐,當然味道會淡左,但店員都會加返少少醬汁落去唔會好似出面其他店咁只係加一大碗水,完全無晒味道。

烤魚種類有幾款:烤鲩魚、烤泰鰂魚、烤鉗魚等等, 烤魚口味都有得揀,分別有麻辣、醬香、酸菜、香辣。因為只有烤鯇魚先可以有半條, 所以就揀咗佢。另外我地再叫左火鍋配料!

仲有最開心嘅係有天地1號蘋果醋,一般市面餐廳好少有供應🤓🤓

同埋呢間餐廳好有人情味,老闆肥仔香成日同客人吹水,介紹下食邊一部份嘅魚先,久唔久就會過嚟睇吓火加下湯,服務確實不錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

安格斯肥牛粒 HKD108,把肥牛切成厚粒,脂肪不算很多。可惜放在湯中,可能因為太厚切,要待中間熟了便有點韌口,感覺有點不太好,還是食一片片的肥牛更好。

餐廳環境像茶餐廳格局,但比一般茶餐大,有多人坐,雖然如此,都不影響到食物的味道和質素。除了有魚鍋,還有些川式小菜,可惜朋友不食得辣,選擇食魚鍋,但確實魚鍋又讓我有口福,希望下次有機會再來試川式小菜,好好享受一下。

雞入口鮮嫩滑又入味,加上麻辣得來有層次,

不只是死辣,帶有點甜味, 忍不住一口接一口。

其實可以加湯打邊爐,因太飽了沒加。

去到九龍城揾食未必一定食泰國菜,仲有其他選擇,今晚選擇試下有口福既雞煲先除左雞煲,有朋友推介其他小食同前菜,呢度仲有燒烤,有烤聖子但因為我熱氣所以就順應媽子先叫了個麻辣雞煲,就要左中麻雖然天氣好熱但餐廳內冷氣十分充足,所以食熱野或辣野都冇問題沒等太久熱辣辣既雞煲就上枱, 香氣噗鼻 我好急不及待就夾起一件, 汁很濃而雞也十分滑, 只是辣的程度對我有點辣,但家人卻十分享受所以另點了酸菜生魚, 魚的份量蠻多而湯也很甜不會因有酸菜而過份的酸, 魚肉很滑沒帶太多魚骨, 食起來十分爽最後也來多客香辣蟹, 十分新鮮, 蟹肉是鮮甜,而配合辣味十分惹味,份量也剛好十分滿足辣味的一夜

我超喜歡食辣的,約了朋友在九龍城吃飯,本來諗住食泰國野,行過見到這間川菜突然想食麻辣,就入去食~!! 幸好是閒日的晚上,有位不用等。我們本身諗住叫半條烤鯇魚,怕一條吃不完,但店員向我們推介鉗魚,會較少骨,我就點了一條麻辣烤鉗魚。配料很足,我點了小辣,麻辣超香,最愛辣得黎帶點麻! 上枱後煮了一會才完全熟,鉗魚比較少骨,魚肉很滑,兩個人食完整條魚之後點了其他配料打邊爐。點了手打墨魚滑,以為份量不多,原來煮起來份量很多,很新鮮!手打墨魚滑很彈牙,用麻辣湯煮後超正!這鮮炸響鈴卷是新鮮炸的,蠻乾身的,很適合用來打邊爐。韮茶餃是厚皮的,味道OK,蠻飽肚。另外,我還點了干煸四季豆,很香及爽口,蠻乾身的。其實打邊爐的配料也蠻多選擇的,可惜少人食,點太多怕吃不完。

其實我不吃辣的,可是又聽說他們的川菜好吃,所以便要了一個微辣的雞煲頂一下隱先說說這個雞煲,味道調味真的不錯,汁也很多,微辣的還真的連我也可以接受,真的很幸福!肉質方面我認為幾有咬口,量都好大,一個煲一定夠哂一家四口食加湯之後,我最愛的響鈴!質量真的很好,炸得好蘇好脆,今日去五秒之後嘅口感真係啱啱好!仲有佢哋個牛肉真係好新鮮~我覺得就幾抵食另外值得一提嘅就係如果你想啲湯濃啲打邊爐,可以叫餐廳姐姐幫你加少啲湯,咁就食到雞煲嘅味~
