朋友介紹下到此餐廳食生日飯慶祝,叫了兩個OMAKASE,每個OMAKASE約$12XX。由於價錢不菲,所以對這餐很有期望。可惜食材未達高級水準,性價比不高,有些食材水平更不及低價及中價的日本餐廳。當中有一沙甸魚刺身壽司,看見有一條白線物體從魚肉中鑽出來,便詢問店員那條是否蟲(因為從來未見過),店員立刻收走壽司,說會詢問廚師,然後回來解釋那只是反光,但因為怕我們不放心,所以換了赤貝壽司給我們。我越想越不對勁,因為我懂得分辨是否反光。但因為當天是生日,不想影響心情,故沒有進一步行動。往後在網上查找「壽司蟲」,結果一致。這餐廳收高級日本菜價錢,但沒有高級日本菜水準,更沒有高級日本菜的待客之道,竟然指鹿為馬,實在令人非常失望。廚師發辦的菜裡,竟然有這種問題,並且不承認錯誤,這種處事態度連一般小店及酒樓都及不上。

連續兩個星期五嚟呢度食午餐,特登要求坐sushi bar,點咗自選12件壽司餐,師傅會按你食嘅速度而一件件整完送到你面前。每件都好好食仲好新鮮,不過我就唔係完全知道自己食緊乜。因為好不幸我兩次都被安排坐喺靠右邊嘅sushi bar, 兩次都係同一個黑面師傅,全程就係掛住同個學徒細聲講大聲笑。又唔講我哋食嘅係咩嚟。sushi bar左手邊另外兩位師傅就差好遠,全程同客人有傾有講,仲每一件都會講係乜嚟。$305一個午餐其實唔平,質素嚟講係值嘅,可惜比個黑面師傅扣哂分囉。

最深刻係肥美的蠔, 生日海膽山 (足足有3/4板海膽, 赤蝦壽司 (好有心機地將蝦頭d膏火炙舖係面), 白子天婦羅, , 鮟鱇魚肝, 魚湯 (看著普通, 但非常鮮味).

我係佢囗術中只係知道有以下食材:
順菜,鯛魚,歲鰻,毛蟹炒飯,鮮魚湯,赤背,小蝦,小尤魚⋯等等。其實有好多食咗落肚都唔知係乜,或者唔知係乜魚⋯⋯唉⋯⋯不過,所有食物都好好味⋯⋯


順菜(じゅんさい),又叫做蓴,又名蓴菜、水葵,多年生水生宿根草本,為浮葉性水生植物。性喜溫暖,適宜於清水池生長。顏色透明,清晨時分採摘。

味道,好似啫哩,口感特別,清甜味,又有彈性,又爽口。



鯛魚,紅紅地色,味道清鮮又甜美,日本貴價刺身之一。魚肉彈口,又有實肉感,非常鮮甜,食後必定掛念,停不了口。



毛蟹炒飯,特別制造,係餐廳嘅Facebook見到,留位時一併要求,師傅每晩只做一鍋,不會多造。記住,如果你冇食過此飯,可以一試,但必須要有6-8人才好食,其實炒飯非常大鍋,否則食飽飯後,你可能食不了其他新鮮食材啊⋯⋯

毛蟹,兩隻,全起肉,只有蟹肉,沒有蟹骨,蟹羔最後才落,然後另一師傅場炒,嘩,炒飯非常香囗,香味十足,一開鍋蓋已經聞到,一淡蟹肉一淡飯,Wooow....鮮味到呢⋯⋯飯係日本優質水晶米,好鬆軟,好滑,又干身。



魚湯,奶白色,鮮魚味十足,好好飲。

其實,咁大個人好少食啲咁貴嘅嘢,今次初嚐後已念念不忘每樣食物,好想再次一試,可惜成$1500位,係$1500位,真的不能夠每星期都來,不過,兩三個月一次才不算太過份吧。


再講,餐廳都非常公道,不論什麼人也需要訂位,當晚黃影帝同朋友都親自到來,可惜冇訂位,而餐廳又冇現位,餐廳只好勁講不好意思,也要請他去其他嘅餐廳。因此,來此店,訂位是必須的啊。

朋友介紹的日本菜,預早book定枱,今日午場唔算太多人,店內7成客人左右。第一次上去,師傅好友善,主動作出介紹,並為我地簡選食材。前菜會有沙律、蒸蛋同湯。沙律有沙律醋,較為健康同開胃。蒸蛋好滑,配料豐富,有原粒瑤柱、蟹肉等。湯就不過不失。只係攝影部分壽司,食物的用料非常新鮮同有質素,拖羅入口即溶,仲有好香魚油味。海膽同象拔蚌好鮮甜,完全無腥味。軍艦、手卷的紫菜好脆口。師傅逐件逐件上,每食完一件再上另一件,讓食客可以慢慢享受食物,容許鬧市中有一個悠閒的食宴,唔會有壓力。每一個細節都感受到廚師的用心,每手握一件壽司,都會夾有微量wasabi ,食法正宗,基本上都唔使點醬油。配菜的wasabi 似係即磨,而唔係現成唧醬。配菜甜薑與其他連鎖壽司店明顯有好大對比。 仲有飲品、麵同甜品。每款食物都好讚,每一個細節都好用心,感受到一份認真同堅持。亦感謝師傅的推介同安排,令我地有一個難忘同開心的回憶。期望可以發掘更多隱世美食

上次同老細豪食完晚飯,今日決定帶埋家人來個午飯。同行有兩個奄尖嘅人,難得整餐飯無彈之餘仲有讚,我就掌然覺得符合水準啦。雖然今次臨時book無得坐bar 枱,但卡位濶落都好好坐。經理提我下次記住預早一個月就實訂到bar 枱,無他,由司傅揸主意即時喺面前整,同師傅傾下計,逐件慢慢食絕對係一件樂事。同行嘅都話下次要黎試一次omakase。今次隨便食,同行嘅掛住食無影相,只有我自己嘅丼可以share 下,物有所值呀!

I came here for lunch as I was craving sukiyaki. The lunch menu is vast with lots of options from sushi to cooked foods. Service was excellent and the food tasted great. The sides that cane with the meal were also really tasty. I’d recommend this restaurant.

很想吃一餐omakase,於是在OpenRice搜尋「廚師發板」,看到這家評分很好,於是便訂枱了。但很可惜被告知bar枱全部滿座只有table枱,諗住先訂位作後備,然後再找其他的。當天餐廳打電話來告知可安排sushi bar,便決定前往。原本想試銅鑼灣另一日本餐廳「旭」,也只好留待下次吧。七點到達,我們是第一枱客,先order sake,然後再慢慢等待Andy師傅為我們準備的晚餐。三款前菜先上,味道不錯。然後魚生部份便開始了。先來螺片,再上幾款魚類,全部很新鮮,而且份量十足,toro更是一試難忘。另外八爪魚刺身的吸盤很特別,一口咬下脆卜卜的。之後一款是加拿大龍蝦,放上龍蝦的膏,一啖放入口真的好味得沒話說。其實吃完魚生部份我們倆已經飽了大半。跟着便上主菜了,今天我們選擇了天婦羅及和牛,很對板。接下來的壽司部分,全部也很新鮮,那件裝得滿滿的海膽壽司更是一絕。$1280 (天婦羅)及 $1480 (和牛),我覺得非常抵吃,而且服務也不錯。一定會再來!

細細碗,
食完啲壽司食返碗熱野都唔錯,
而且呢隻烏冬比較扁平同幼身,
