男朋友帶我嚟食,話碧咸都嚟過食,咁就要試吓啦!服務同環境都唔錯,上麵時師傅仲會大聲叫,好得意(但我自己覺得有啲尷尬haha)。因為一開舖就入咗去,所以唔使等位。價錢嚟講有小小貴,但因為和牛,都合理嘅。原始個麵底得150g,有啲少,我加多左150g。和牛燒得好香!見住師傅燒嗰陣時已經聞到啲和牛香味,好正。趁熱食左一啖,好好食!但我鍾意將好食嘅嘢留到最後食,點知最後凍左,味道同質感大打折扣,強烈建議和牛一開始就即刻食!湯好快凍,所以最後個1/4嘅麵係凍住咁食。湯底都係偏咸,正常。其他配料都不過不失。

Slurp like a boss! 9点被人拉出去吃和牛面,我居然厚颜无耻的把汤都喝完了!蘸面也可以出出大餐的感觉,上菜时的一声大吼也满满的仪式感。和牛肉和配菜给的很实惠,汤品有一点点咸,但不影响整体效果。非常有心的在紫菜上印上两只猴子。入店先点餐给钱也是非常接地气的做法。如果不够的话还可以加面加汤哦。可惜在外面吃饭不能点里面 wagyu mafia 的cocktail...... 我想跑步回家....#疫情之后肥无样 #不胖我胖谁

原本對呢間和牛飯抱有十分高嘅期望,因為係碧咸都食過嘅和牛飯,但係期望過高 😢座位上佢係吧枱形式,只係適合一至兩位朋友去食,三人以上傾偈不方便。而且佢嘅食物種類不多,亦都唔適合坐得耐。我同朋友都係嗌左和牛飯,牛肉質素確係唔錯,但係調味同飯太過鹹,而且份量好細,男仔嘅話應該唔飽。

原本對呢間和牛飯抱有十分高嘅期望,因為係碧咸都食過嘅和牛飯,但係期望過高 😢


座位上佢係吧枱形式,只係適合一至兩位朋友去食,三人以上傾偈不方便。而且佢嘅食物種類不多,亦都唔適合坐得耐。

Sad news is, I’m not gonna visit again lah☹️

最後特製和牛沾麵,有和牛片、溏心蛋、竹筍及椰菜;怕大家不夠吃還加了麵底。沾麵是走粗身彈牙路線,口感煙韌,掛湯力好,加入超級濃縮的和牛牛骨湯沾麵汁,惹味濃厚。而平時的「叉燒」當然是變做了和牛啦,同一樣的油香美味、嫰滑無比;溏心蛋煮得好,夠溏心,日本蛋關係蛋味濃郁,同滷汁味道相得益彰。

This restaurant is a located in a small street away from the crowd of wanchai/causeway bay. Service was good and the staff will remind you to get a ticket and to pay first before getting seated.However, the noodles cannot be customized. Would recommend the wagyu from this restaurant.

男友鍾意食和牛,出開去香港就黎試下啦。依到食野,要自己襟機買飛,只收八達通同credit card 叫左個和牛丼、和牛沾麵,和牛餃子和牛丼好味,和牛份量多,用火槍燒過,燒汁留哂落啲飯到,加埋隻蛋黃撈埋食,好味但略嫌份糧太少。和牛沾麵個汁略嫌濃味蓋過左牛味,塊牛就禁食係無味既,不過點埋個汁食啲牛味就出哂黎,不過就唔係入口即溶,反而有啲韌,整體黎講都好味和牛餃子一咬多肉汁,但又唔係話十分好味,不過不失。間舖得10幾個位,係吧枱黎,廚師整好就會chok爆送碗野食比你,逼你影相,如果我唔影唔知佢點呢?餐飯食左$470x,本人覺得太貴,其實唔值。題外話,啲侍應無帶口罩,依個禁敏感時期,做飲食業,係咪應該帶返口罩會好啲呢?🤔
