因為第一次的來到
店員熱情的推介我們他們最招牌的2個丼 🍱
OK 不假思索的同意了。

店員立刻倒了杯熱茶暖暖胃。 🍵
茶味不太濃烈 喜歡淡淡的易入口感 
前菜: 沙律及茶碗蒸 🥗
沙律菜一看便是新鮮 十分翠綠
除了沙律菜 還有各種的疏果
還有一入口便可以吃的栗米 吃入口爽脆新鮮
醬汁是酸酸甜甜 十分開胃!
偷偷問了店員是什麼的醬汁 😆
店員只笑笑口說他也不知道 果然是獨門秘方 🙈

🍳 茶碗蒸水與蛋的比例調得很好

平時不喜歡銀杏的我竟然也吃下去了
內裹的食材全都融和得很好

老師傅細心的講解了食材及食用方法,
壽司飯是預先經過調味的,內裹已混好了食材
單吃飯也十分有味道。
盛合上鋪滿了各種新鮮的刺身
滿滿的蓋過了所有飯🤣
每片刺身色澤十分新鮮
每片刺身都有2大片,令你滿足~
吞拿魚、拖羅、海膽、魚子、鯛魚,魚子,玉子十多樣😍
老師提醒我地要先食海膽 要襯新鮮 !
不然會溶掉了
算貴價的丼飯 不過每一口都雙眼發光!
一整盒就是大滿足的感覺

立即感到自己protein十分充足
也有青瓜中和了油膩感。
