Muffin:平時我唔食muffin都覺得呢個ok好味,因唔會甜到濟,皮面鬆脆~
Waffle:抹茶味但唔係太食得出~
個muffin同waffle最後食,個幾鐘後依然脆,配三個醬,因我怕甜所以選擇奇異果醬~ 唯一不足點解俾咁少醬? 咁大舊muffin同waffle,咁少醬一個人都唔夠仲要兩個人份~

總括:推介同非常滿意呢度個tea set,價錢合理$508兩位(比lobby平),又好好味!!

下午茶時間來到洲際,通常都會點tea set, 但這次我單點了這個薯條三文治!薯條新鮮炸出來,熱辣辣,配上茄汁,入口即溶,充滿薯仔味,又爽脆,比起出面食的,質素好多了!另外,三文治排得很齊整,三文治的包很爽,很脆,而入面的蛋,火腿,菜,芝士及肉,每樣都很新鮮!酒店吃的公司三文治,質素味道真很無得彈!

全港第一間提供日式afternoon tea set嘅酒店,因為小妹係綠茶控,緊係先點綠茶飲品解一解癮先啦 街外很少有『黑豆』飲料,所以豪不猶豫就點了綠茶黑豆飲料,綠茶味特出,而且不太甜,大愛等左一陣,主菜黎啦,餐牌每隔一段時間就會轉一次。因種類不少,就不逐一介紹啦。最特別的是醬油味的scone, 平時食的都是甜味,這個卻是鹼的,很特別。每一款食物都很小型,食曬成個tea set剛剛好,唔會浪費。

以往較少食英式下午茶,總覺得好睇唔好食,但今天這個日式下午茶給我帶來了新的感覺,食物貫徹了日本菜的美味,又不失和式美食的精巧,實在是好睇又好食。可惜我不太好新派日式fusion菜,只對傳統壽司有興趣,所以不會試這裡的晚餐。有空再來洲際酒店時,會試一試SPOON by Alain Ducasse這間西餐廳!祝天下父親 父親節快樂

Our friend loves green tea and it was her birthday so we decided to take her to Nobu for their Japanese afternoon tea.

Their afternoon tea set seems to rotate and change, so here is what they have currently. It includes sweets, savouries, green tea waffle, scones and one drink.

Sweets: coconut taro roll, white wine creme brulee, red bean wagashi, black tea miso macaron. Overall I did not enjoy the desserts as much as my last visit. Aside from the macaron which was quite interesting (mind you it is salty and sweet so it could be an acquired taste), the rest I did not care for so much.

Savouries: lobster toast, fried cheddar toast, snow crab avocado mousse, fois gras pancake, salmon on endive. I always go for savouries in a tea set and these are all right up my alley. I was delighted to see endive because I have not had this in a long time.

The set also comes with green tea waffle. These are so soft and fluffy I wish they sell them as breakfast.


Drinks we chose black soy milk matcha, red bean matcha, and strawberry matcha. Our favourite vote goes to black soy milk matcha. It was heavenly with rich flavour in both matcha and black soy milk.

The service here is always polite and impeccable as usual. Highly recommend here if you are getting bored of the standard hotel afternoon tea.

有整整兩頁的甜品選擇,而且全都非常吸引。最後選了Round N Round。大概3mm厚的芝士雪糕球,中間是紅桑子汁。紅桑子汁帶點梳打的酸味,跟濃郁的芝士香十分夾,甜味之中帶點清新。底下的脆米,加上黑蜜醬,再加一重口感。

接著下來的幾道都是Sean的創作,最近不知為何愛上吃沙律,特別是加入了醒胃的胡麻醬,所以特別喜歡這個【龍蝦配香脆椎茸沙律。胡麻松露醬汁】。在爽脆鮮甜的生菜上灑上大量炸香了的椎茸,份外香脆,而且龍蝦肉都相當鮮甜彈牙,十分開胃。

【脆炸龍鬚麵蝦卷伴魚子醬。紫蘇山葵蛋黃醬】是複雜有層次的一道,表面有香脆鬆化的龍鬚麵,內裡則以紫蘇葉來包著鮮甜爽口的蝦,正是那種外脆內嫩的美好感覺,表面的魚子醬及紫蘇山葵蛋黃醬也起了提鮮的作用。

【烤帝王蟹腳配海膽牛油】及【香煎鴨肝櫻桃漬配自家製烤麵包片】美觀地放在眼前,先聞一聞烤蟹腳的焦香,再嚐一口,甘香的海膽牛油已完全佔據著蟹肉的味道,兩者配合得天衣無縫。還在回味那道鮮味時,喝一口凍清酒清新一下味蕾後品嚐鵝肝。鵝肝煎得火喉剛好,很嫩很滑,油香芬芳,配上酸溜的櫻桃漬正好減輕了油膩的感覺,連麵包一併吞下,確實令人歡喜。

來到甜品環節,【田豐。果蜜】,賣相精緻,很喜歡那幾小片的紫色啫喱,很豔麗,原來是薰衣草味的,感覺新鮮。蜜桃則有兩個質感,其中一個就是桃肉,另一個型態就是做成慕絲狀的,甜度剛好,微微的冰凍感覺,很好吃。

黑芝麻Waffle沒錯是不熱的,但個人很欣賞個texture, 外微硬,內軟,粉和空氣的比例對,所以不會很實很filling~ pineapple jam亦很少見。

另外店員很有禮,細心,值得一讚~

總結:
環境寧靜,對著正面維港美景,精緻的手藝。食物質素高且鮮,不是很多下午茶提供新鮮的咸點。吃慣英式一貫下午茶的,絕對值得來個小清新。
侍者說每一季左右,他們都會變換tea set 的款式。我是期待的。

This was my first time to pay visit to Nobu just for their Japanese afternoon tea and have been advised that the price for the tea set and types of food items will have a little adjustment start from December. The tea time is until 5:00pm and began at 2:30pm. We arrived a bit late around 3:30pm. The restaurant was a little gloomy with dark brown wooden floor but facing the victoria harbour enhanced the exotic atmosphere of the dining area.

The tea set came with regular green tea, coffee and matcha drink just for $308 for one $508 for two person. With Pierre Jouet Grand Brut would be $488 for one $848 for two person. We ordered one regular drink of Strawberry Matcha and one champagne brut.

When the waiter bring out the tea set and set it with dry ice under the wooden tray , the whole scene turn out to be quite dramatic and dreamy as you can saw the smoke of the dry ice came out from the middle of the tray.

The staff did detail illustration for the ingredients of the food items and kindly remind me to stir my stawberry matcha for a better taste. My drink was a bit too sweet for me with the strawberry jam added and the matcha flavour was a bit weak while my friend quite enjoy his champagne brut.

I prefer to begin with scones and waffles first. The Shoyu scone 醬油鬆餅 was crunchy but taste a little bitter with shoyu flavored. Lightly greased with creamy milky butter tasted more palatable. There are chocolate sauce and pineapple jam to go with the Goma waffles 胡麻窩夫. The thin taste of goma waffles was not crispy enough but spread with the accompanied sauce and jam was just utterly delicious.

The most delicate light refreshments of the tea set was Hokkadio cheese 北海道芝士 and Salmon jerky sticks 三文魚乾條. The rich taste of cheese paired with the crunchy crackers and the yummy salmon jerky stick both turned out to be irresistible snacks to go with the tea set. Herecame also the Green tea pudding 綠茶红豆布甸 and Wagashi 和菓子 which is both delightful in taste too.

The Chestnut pastries 栗子蓉糕餅 is kind of tiny pancake with Chestnut puree on top and the Fried dough with grapefruit slice inside was just taste average and not my most preferred desserts. Tamagoykai 玉子燒 flavored in squid sauce with asparagus and eel wrapped inside was not outstanding in taste while I can barely taste the aroma and umami of the Tamagoykai.

Disappointment came with the Lobster tofu rolls   龍蝦豆腐卷 and Okinawa sata andagi 冲繩掦菓子. While the tofu roll taste so bland with lobster meat wrapped inside, perhaps with some olive oil added the whole things turned out to be tasteless and odd in flavour. The okinawa sata andagi appeared to be colorful with berries flavored but actually it was tasteless also.

Sevice was heart warming and impleccable. Apart from the gorgeous view of Victoria harbour and the presentation of the tea set by using dry ice which bring me pleasureable surprise, the only drawback was some food items have not meet my expectation.
After all , it was definitely a brand new fresh experience to indulge in this unconventional Japanese afternoon-tea.

最近筆者與友人談起Bucket list發現有很多items 不是做不到只是常常欠缺動力去做 又或是左思右想最後又沒有做Fine dining 大概是其中之一這天筆者終於決心一試洲際的Nobu沒有什麼特別的事情想慶祝只是單純地想感受一下食物的美好與朋友倒是豁了出去想吃 便點選了一個湯 四個主食 以及二個甜品先來的是海膽松露飯 及野菌湯這個飯實左太驚為天人遠處經已傳入陣陣的松露香氣鬆化的紫菜加上早以滲入松露海膽的飯上面再舖上小小的一塊松露以及一口海膽再沒有比此更美味的配搭相較之下野菌湯顯得有點遜色不是筆者想像中Creamy的一款反而是清清的一壼 有點像傳統茶漬飯的茶接着下一道是精選卷物一般卷物吃上一口便很容易散開這個吃上幾口依然完整可見師父的手藝內裏的剌身亦十分新鮮然後出現的是筆者很是期待的海膽天婦羅天婦羅做得出色海膽新鮮外脆內軟 實在讓入一再口味最後一道是A5和牛餐牌上的價錢有點嚇人但只要吃上一口便明白了生熟恰到好處濃郁的牛味在口裡迴旋甜品以經典的朱古力盒及清新的豆腐雪糕作結邊看着維港夜景邉品嘗着這些美食生活本該如此美好

入口第一下的感覺是覺得粟米餅與牛肉不太襯,誰知到喉嚨後那醬汁就發揮功效,把牛肉和粟米餅拉在一起。牛肉味雖不突出,亦沒分得出慢煮與否,這個cross-over也頗叫人印象深刻的。

鱈魚西京燒是名菜,醬汁貼貼服服地在魚肉上,一點不浪費。鱈魚向來深得人心,魚肉嫩滑,調味亦恰到好處,我這個大膽媽媽也給了小部分魚肉小王子吃,可知調味不會過濃。值得推介。

對這客焗帝王蟹我的印象反而不太深刻,蟹肉的鮮味大概給芥末醬汁蓋過了,不過這倒是很好下飯的。

來到高檔的日式餐廳都必定要吃刺身飯,方才嘗到食材的新鮮程度。這客刺身丼最叫我印象深刻是當的蟹肉,鮮味得像剛在海中撈出來! 海膽和新鮮紫蘇葉叫人有在 本吃刺身丼的感覺、其餘的帶子、白魚、甚至甜蛋都吃人食指大動,這絕對是感動味蕾之作!

早已跟店方說明是次午餐是慶生,故會在甜品碟上寫上祝福字句。老土吧? 也多年沒有這樣子了,偶然老土一下,老公都始料不及! 圓型的芝士蛋糕,有點像雪糕一樣凍,是店方的創作甜品。入口芝味濃郁,口感介乎雪糕與芝士蛋糕中間,的確是簡單但夠特別的創作。

中間的紅莓酸酸甜甜,可以一解芝士的飽濟感,小小的一個球,對於我倆甜品怪來說,不消一會就KO了。

總括來說,Nobu的服務是貼心,食材新鮮,煮法也帶點新穎,最高興是老公完全估不到我會選這裡跟他吃慶生午飯。吃罷更可到海邊走走、吹吹風,拍拖或家庭樂都不錯。
