Sweet Items 有:
抹茶蕨餅 - 類似日式年糕, 軟熟, 如加入少許黑蜜醬, 更突出抹茶香味.
紅桑莓朱古力脆脆 - 朱古力味特濃, 配酸酸的紅桑莓, 一酸一甜, 好好味.
椰絲疍糕 - 味道類似Madeleine, 輕輕的椰絲味, 不錯.
抹茶窩夫 - 脆口, 抹茶味濃還有疍香, 有三種醬可隨意伴食, 柚子蜜, 芝痳醬和蘋果醬.  芝麻醬比軟罕有, 口感滑溜; 蘋果醬清新, 相信是用青森蘋果製成; 至於柚子蜜就普普通通.
紅豆泡夫 - 有一粒粒小紅豆, custard不太甜.
整体滿意, 過了一個非常愉快的下午.

枝豆玉子燒好鮮味, 清淡得黎食到蛋香. 起初還以為抹茶味玉子燒, 服務員一介紹完就明白了.

腐皮三文治, 腐皮炸到脆身做成三文治的包, 都幾特別, 而內餡的三文魚過熟帶腥, 夾青瓜同醃黃瓜好日式feel, 但味道不討好.


北海道芝士配脆餅, 三文魚芝士條. 芝士軟身濃郁帶甘, 有微微芝士香味, 配脆餅好好味.
三文魚芝士條煙韌香口, 好好咬口既零食.

大蝦紙米卷, 有少少越南野feel, 蝦夾著香料, 應該係紫蘇葉既清香, 立即變返日式風味.
大蝦爽口彈牙好味.


甜點 (下層) :

朱古力布朗尼, 算輕盈版, 因為布朗尼唔會太實太乾. 朱古力味出又唔會好濃, 食完唔膩.

櫻花紅桑莓慕絲, 酸酸甜甜, 好fresh既甜品, 但就食唔出或冇櫻花味.

日式蕨餅, 我本人最喜歡, 清爽冰涼口感, 軟嫩細緻質感, 帶怡人香氣. (有點似台灣的涼糕)
可點少少黑蜜同食, 但個人就覺得太甜,唔點就甘食都已經好好味.


抹茶窩夫, 紅豆泡夫 配 (柚子蜂蜜, 芝麻cream, 蘋果醬) (盒仔) :

窩夫既抹茶味唔算好濃, 可能都已經飲左特飲, 蓋哂d抹茶味, 不過窩夫做到脆身, 內裡鬆軟已經好好.

反而有興趣係3款醬, 柚子蜂蜜好清香, 最正係用蜂蜜, 因為有d甘甜, 好明顯食出係蜂蜜, 唔係糖醬.

芝麻cream又係好中意, 輕身既cream唔膩, 而且芝麻味好濃.

另外蘋果jam都好得我歡心, 清香好, 好日式果jam感覺. 3款都做得甘好, 好想帶回家配麵包.

紅豆泡夫, 就比較普通, 泡夫已淋哂, 好彩紅豆餡微甜, 啖啖紅豆味, 個餡都算唔錯.

可可抹茶:

飲唔出可可味, 不過抹茶特飲黎講, 抹茶味好濃郁特出, 而且甜甜地, 好好飲.

牛奶抹茶:

友人點既牛奶抹茶, 同樣抹茶味好夠, 而且甜度可自行調教, 幾好.

當日比較熱, 所以揀左特飲, 但見試利招園熱綠茶同抹茶特飲既人數比較一半半, 所以都係揀左特飲一試.

我地結帳後還想傾多陣, 服務員請我地坐餐廳外的等待位, 坐得好舒服, 還送上熱茶, 太貼心了, 我地約6:00pm就離開.

由上左一起:蝦春卷,很fresh,蝦外面包了一層透明的疑似越式檬粉皮,蝦又包著香草,清新!隔離杯上載了「乾肉條」,朋友卻太殺風景地形容似讓她wowo的零食條=.=",還有芝麻脆餅,很香濃的芝麻味,不過我們看見中間那兩片厚厚的北海道芝士時,便把芝麻乾餅跟芝士放在一起吃,才不會被芝士吃膩了肚子,幸好芝士不是太濃烈,不然便招架不住了

芝士隔離的卷物......中間是熟三文魚、日本蘿蔔、青瓜,就是似腐皮卷的感覺,很普通。右邊的是枝豆卷物,這個我們認為應該會最好味的放到最後,果然沒有失望,頂尖的枝豆,然後白蘿蔔絲,下面是枝豆卷包著冬菇,雖然枝豆沒有甚麼特別味道,但是包著冬菇的配搭也不錯呢

用白匙盛著的,我也不知道是甚麼,通常這個外形的會配上又很嚇人的味覺,又是意料之外,淡紫色的是Raspberry mosses,然後是薄薄蛋糕餅底及透明的帶有酒味的啫喱,終於到了我愛的酸甜甜點,當然偏見地覺得這是不錯呢!

右邊的是和菓子,說是要配上隔離的黑糖漿,我覺得還好不過朋友說不用糖漿的較好,至於和菓子,沒有平時嚐的和菓子那麼甜,而是輕輕的甜,很好喔

另外還有抹茶窩夫,跟窩夫匹配的三款醬:apple jam、芝麻cream、柚子醬,又是柚子醬當選最匹配窩夫,而芝麻當然也不錯,因為芝麻味香濃非常,只是cream狀有點full了,而apple jam...很似蜜糖的texture但有點苦苦的,我們不懂欣賞了,最後我們encore了柚子醬

另外的是紅豆泡芙,其實有點怕,但原來也有驚喜,紅豆不是平常嚐的紅紅一堆紅豆醬,而是幼滑的淡紅豆,沒有over了感覺

店員的服務很好的,另外值得一提的是,HSB Platinum Card享有20% off外,其餘的信用卡也會有15% off,不算貴呢!

飲品都被喝了一大半,食物終於上場。'Simply' T-set 怡茶敍 ($288 For 1, $488 For 2),以黑白長碟分別盛放鹹甜點,碟下是保冷的乾冰,實是很貼心的設計。我們要了兩份For 2,故碟盤佈滿整個桌面,動一動也怕打翻東西。鹹點方面,蝦卷用上了越式米紙,捲著了爽彈蝦肉、青瓜和紫蘇葉,蝦肉鮮甜跟紫蘇葉的獨特香氣十分合拍,很討好。小杯中的是餐廳自家製的三文魚乾及伴北海道芝士吃的米餅,三文魚乾鹹香討好,芝士淡淡乳香,柔滑的觸感踫上米餅的乾脆,很不俗。只是明明是二人份,怎麼米餅只有三片,教人該怎麼分?

袖珍湯葉包用上炸脆的腐皮湯葉作包面和包底,是挺創新的做法。中間夾了三文魚、醃蘿蔔、青瓜和少許沙律醬,食味不錯。玉子燒呈綠色,原來是混入了枝豆汁,口感鬆厚濕潤,味道帶甜。中間捲著了野菌,咬下多了分爽口,也很有新鮮感。

甜點方面,抹茶蕨餅茶味不重,黃豆粉不足,口感也不夠柔軟,不好吃。櫻花蛋糕清香,未算太甜,食味還好。朱古力布朗尼味道太甜,表面的慕絲層也太甜太厚,恰巧跟我早一天在帝苑酒店吃到的那個布朗尼是雲泥之別的對比。

日式下午茶沒有Scones,取而代之的是抹茶窩夫和紅豆泡芙。紅豆泡芙中的紅豆忌廉味道太甜,不大能嚐到紅豆香。抹茶窩夫茶味輕描淡寫,拿上手已是又冷又軟的。伴上三款醬,蘋果果醬味道太甜,跟窩夫不是很搭。芝麻醬幼滑,如芝麻味能更突出一點更佳。柚子蜜糖甜美混入了清幽,是三款中我最喜歡的一款。

整體而言,下午茶的鹹點都很不錯,且很具新意。但甜點則令人非常失望,沒有一款跟好吃二字攀得上關係。大概是之前曾跟朋友結伴來嚐過餐廳A la carte的創意甜點,留下了深刻印象,才對下午茶的甜點有了期望。這款日風下午茶雖沒用上三層架,但比許多下午茶架看上去精美搶眼多了。吃膩了英式下午茶的話不妨來一試,也希望餐廳方面能改善甜點內容和質素。

而蛋卷層厚而不塌
柔軟還夾有濕潤的蛋液

Extra-Fine Hojicha (3/5) - Rishouen Tea was established in 1947 in Uji, the birthplace of Japanese tea. With 5 different flavors to choose from, I decided to get the hojicha because I wanted a stronger tea flavor. The tea leaves were steeped in a tea pot but unfortunately the flavors were quite mild. In fact, all of my friends' tea were very light in flavor. I would probably recommend getting their green tea cold drinks instead as they looked pretty enticing.

Hokkaido Cheese (4/5) - the cheese came with Japanese rice crackers and dried salmon sticks. The cheese was very creamy with a slightly salty flavor. I just wished there were more crackers as I still had a lot of leftover cheese after I finished the crackers. The salmon sticks were a pleasant surprise as I thought they tasted like ham or bacon at first.

Matcha Waffle (4/5) - served with Hokkaido honey, sesame cream and Japanese apple jam, the matcha waffle was soft with a slightly chewy texture. The green tea flavor wasn't that apparent but the yummy sauces more than made up for it. All of them went well with the waffle but my favorite was the sesame cream! If only the outside were crispier, this would have been flawless.

Amai Spoon (4.5/5) - this dessert was gorgeous with a lovely pink sakura mousse dome floating on a layer of lychee jelly while topped with sugar powder and chrysanthemum petals. I tipped the entire spoonful of heavenly delight in my mouth and everything just came together perfectly.

Stepping into the restaurant, you're immediately ushered to your seat and your eyes will feast upon the impressive coral structure hanging above your head. According to Nobu's website, it's actually a "unique undulating sea urchin ceiling". Either way, the aesthetics of the restaurant are visually appealing and unlike any other restaurant you'll have seen in Hong Kong.
For lunch, I decided to order the Nobu Signature Bento Box , although there are also many other selections available for lunch including a "create your own bento box" option. The bento set doesn't come with drink or dessert but it does include rice and miso soup.

The service at Nobu is great- attentive and detail-oriented but not overly clingy, and our server made sure to describe each dish to us as it arrived. The bento box arrived in two stages- the first being the cold dishes- a salad and a selection of sushi.

Nobu's Matsuhisa dressing really gave the salad an extra refreshing kick with its soy sauce, mustard and vinegar elements and went very well with the bitter leaves and the plump tuna.

The Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy Sauce is probably one of the most moreish things I have ever tried- after all, who could resist bite-sized pieces of crunchy tempura-battered shrimp, coated with a mayonnaise, spicy and sweet (not to mention patented) sauce? I could eat plates and plates of this and never get sick of it.

To conclude, I had a great dining experience at Nobu. Many people seem to have a preconceived notion that eating at Nobu is very expensive- but the prices of their lunch sets are definitely very similar to the prices seen in many other Japanese eateries in Tsim Sha Tsui/Central/Causeway Bay etc- and you get a lot of delicious, lip-smacking food, not to mention that the portions are quite generous!

是我渴望已久的甜點,心太軟的形狀無可挑剔,十分完美! 從它微微下陷已經能預計切開後將會有澎湃的流心朱古力湧出來。朱古力軟心蛋糕下陷的位置加上了脆口的可可,豐富了品嚐時候的口感。朱古力甜品配上綠茶雪糕也十分美味,唯雪糕比想像中融得快,不能慢步伐去品嚐。

未點甜品已經感覺很飽,但終究還是敵不過誘惑,吃畢甜品已經飽上加飽了,這時到海傍漫步會是個不錯的選擇!

The Toro cooled to the perfect temperature such that it didn’t feel fatty when eaten. It was accompanied by the salty burst of flavor from the caviar breaking into your mouth, sweet & slight sourness of the accompanying ponzu/soy sauce and the whole dish went absolutely perfect together. A bit pricy, but this was just incredible, best dish of the evening!

SnowSweet (middle top left) – This was a strawberry/yoghurt/jello combination, surprisingly nice!

Chocolate cake (top) – should be the same chocolate cake from their chocolate bento box. Wasn’t as good as some other reviewers had said in my opinion. This might be because there wasn’t any green tea ice cream to go with it!

Whisky Iced Cappuccino (bottom) – coffee cream, cocoa crumble and whisky foam. The whisky foam was light and went very well with the coffee cream. Quite a special dessert.
Raspberry Marscapone (right) - don't really like marscapone myself so no comment.

Overall (9/10)


I had some of the best fusion japanese dishes I’ve ever tasted here. Portions were generous, service was great and it definately was better value for money compared to many other fine dining restaurants. The overall experience was a lovely one.
Definitely will come again!

這裡週一至週六都serve 同一樣的lunch menu,在週日就另有Sunday set lunch。午市套餐選擇算頗多,有丼定食,壽司定食,便當盒等。午市定價大部分都約兩百多至三百多元一份,不過當然特色和特選套餐除外。想一次過滿足多個願望的我們都同樣看上了可以自選配搭的便當盒午餐。在6款冷盤和6款熱盤中可以各選3款,另包括湯和白飯,$388一份。

本身這個自選便當午餐是沒有包括甜品的。不過午市大家能以$100加一個甜品便當,一盒有3件由廚師安排的甜品。朋友這日就選了一客甜品便當,是一件黑朱古力撻,一球雪糕和一件macaron。而我就從全日供應的甜品menu中的創意甜品list選了Tofu-san / 瀛蜜•營物($148)。

單看這甜品的名字,已經覺得吸引,原來賣相亦都相當精緻。黑豆豆腐雪糕帶清新豆香,與軟綿綿香滑甜美的栗子蓉和新鮮無花果,還有黑豆脆脆片,這道甜品的各樣食材味道和質感加起來都很夾,而且吃完一點不會覺得膩,質感輕盈。

Ordered the Bento. To be honest the outllook is very bad becasue the box are old. I feel quite surprised (maybe add-on traditional japan feel) but taste is first factor and outlook is the second factor.

Bento was coming! It was divided into 2 parts.

Sushi came first. Sushi is not as fresh, umami and good as Traditional Japanese Restaurant but like buffet one. If you wanna try the real taste, here is not recommended.  Left hand side dish is fried chicken with soy bean sauce. This one was better.

2nd dish were fried shrimp with spicy and sweet sauce and cooked cod fish with soy bean sauce. Both were very nice, which made me non-stop eating.

If you ask me to price it , I also agreed with the bill - around 300 per person. The view is excellent if you enjoy victoria habour and sunshine.

牛肉是MEDIUM RARE呈粉紅色,吃下去肉味十足腍滑沒有渣.可惜出事在這南美辣醬汁照燒汁上!汁底的鹹度完全超出了個人能接受範圍內.鍋內所所有配菜也是吸盡汁底精華,一小口足夠用來吃掉大—碗白飯.

這雪糕甜品沒有什麼可值得去形容.

這晚吃到和友人那晚吃到的當然不能提並論.價錢不同有分別外,食物質數也差天共地,原來老闆在當天下午已返回美國去.......
