價錢來講佢係算平嘅,490 4 courses 其實係幾抵。不過,嘢食其實很一般!

作為A4和牛,而且仲要加 $290,近乎入口即溶係基本。最正係煎到外脆,口感滿分!
配上black pepper sauce,簡單但好味😋!
就連側邊嘅薯仔都好好食,外脆內腍,配上caramelised onion,出色!
係一個出色嘅煎牛扒,不過值唔值加$290就見仁見智,如果你好鍾意食牛扒嘅都可以試吓,但如果想嘗試特別啲嘅菜式,就可以慳返🙈。

雖然未獲得米芝蓮,但係主廚來頭絕對唔野少,最平$280已經可以品嚐,係間價錢相對親民嘅法國fine dining。加上位於101層,景色一流。雖然味道同過千蚊嘅餐廳比就略有不及,但以呢個價錢來講真係超值,慶祝佳選!撇除佢哋嘅態度,都係一餐好食又有靚景嘅飯。記住想要圖中嘅音樂盒,就事先同佢哋講定係慶祝生日啊🎂!

阿林💬:今年生日在禁晚市中渡過,唯有吃一頓豐富的午膳以作彌補。來到ICC 101樓的Odyssée,飽覽西九和維港景色後,毫不猶豫選擇了包含六道菜的Tasting Menu ($780)。打頭陣是包含三個部分的小吃。店員建議先吃Celeriac & Pear,餡料包覆在春卷皮中,芹菜味頗重,後由香梨緩和,再由開心果補充crunchy口感。Pork & Truffle組合在餅乾之上,有著沉實的黑松露味道。Potato & Salmon薯蓉打至幼滑,柚子在三文魚籽的鹹香中帶出酸度。第二道菜是Duck Foie Gras,鴨肝配上鰻魚,各自風味濃厚卻不會奪去彼此風頭,是滿有潛力的配搭。蘋果醬偏酸解膩,再配合榛子的nutty,味道層次豐富,可惜執行上未臻完善。鴨肝質感硬得就如剛從雪櫃取出未解凍,口感偏差得不能忽視。盤子上其中一顆榛子是苦的,似乎在挑選食材上稍為大意。幸好接着迎來了最好的。Perigord Black Truffle外表平凡,卻富有內涵。在多士裡面,是看似一磚豆腐的北海道帶子蓉。多士薄脆,帶子蓉又厚又滑,兩者比例剛好,大感滿足。黑松露輕輕提昇味道,卻同時造成強烈色彩對比,刺激著味

Kristal Gold Caviar的呈現方式同樣有趣。魚子醬下隱藏著一條條的墨魚,伴隨著青綠色的西洋菜醬汁。進食過程像在吃扁意粉,不過口感完全不同,味道也不一樣,如同在挑戰感官的協調性。

甜品是Black Forest,把黑森林蛋糕的元素分解再重組。立方體朱古力包覆了櫻桃pate、海綿蛋糕和忌廉,旁邊有櫻桃雪芭和酒釀櫻桃。整體酒味頗重,同時感受到櫻桃的多樣變化,遺憾的是失卻了黑森林蛋糕layering的特色。

以為完結之際,店員捧來一個「蛋糕」,實是音樂盒,木製公仔不停氹氹轉,上面放了Jasmine Cannoli和Tomato with Basil,是滿特別的生日饋贈。

最後分享一段插曲。話說隨餐包附上的是煙燻牛油,我嚐出燻料是蘋果木,但不百分百肯定,故向一位穿西裝貌似經理的店員查詢。他回答:「就係煙燻。」見他答非所問,我把問題重覆一遍,並闡釋得更清楚。他再答:「呢個係煙燻⋯」旁邊的侍應見他支吾以對,立刻代為解答。

還有第二件事。話說鄰桌客人的進食節奏較慢,我們差不多吃完甜品時他們仍在吃主菜,「西裝經理」希望他們加速,而他用的方法是走過去直接叫他們「要食快少少」(真實對白)。Well⋯差點令我忘記這一頓是千多元的午餐。

個別店員的服務確是不敢恭維,但論食物質素,創意值回票價。

講吓優點呢間係嚟食景因為你一坐低就會發現一個無敵大海景呢個角度係超靚同麗斯卡爾頓嘅景觀係一樣其次佢都係頂級嘅法國餐廳。佢嘅食物嘅擺盤全部都好靚,而且下午套餐嘅價錢唔算貴。但係你話食物質素或者好唔好食呢?我又覺得未去到會令我想再返嚟食
