一直好想去這間位於ICC 101樓法國餐廳,但每每同朋友食飯都選了周邊的日本料理,今次終於同家人一行5人在Halloween 當天訂枱,晚上享受了這個9道菜的廚師推介。先來wasabi ice cream , 凍蕃茄湯,幾fresh, 之後龍蝦,鵝肝,Tuna, A4和牛, 到sake ice cream 配日本桃子,食出廚師用心安排。

琴晚去慶祝生日,我吃3-course, 老公吃4-course, 但餐廳前前後後俾我哋的小吃也變成6-course dinner. 食材新鮮(多數來自法國及日本),每碟也精緻如藝術品一般,令我哋影好多相。最經典係個Japanese Sirloin, 香、軟、滑,入口簡直係享受。生日仲有驚喜,音樂盒上有個精緻甜品,真係有心到一個點!成餐飯連埋酒都係$2xxx, 在這個6星級靚景,配上藝術級數的晚餐,十分值得😄

由於上菜速度太快,我需要在完成主菜後要求侍應稍為延遲甜品的上菜速度,因為我還想慢慢地欣賞美景,一邊享用一下麵包。
在要求下,大約15分鐘後才上了甜品,紅桑子疏乎厘配荔枝雪葩。甜品很出色,疏乎厘賣相粉紅色很甜美,口感鬆軟,荔枝雪葩的味道也很濃郁,而且雖然前三道菜的份量不大,甜品的份量十足,吃完以後很飽。

星期五中午應Banker及老同學邀請到這家法國餐廳吃飯。餐桌在落地玻璃窗旁邊,維港景一覽無遺。好清爽。點了set lunch。先來的冷盤八爪魚粟米清新爽口。再來的帶子西蘭花與中式做法截然不同。但一樣好味。主菜點了雞。雞肉較硬。我還是較喜歡中式的脆皮。甜品是我至愛。這裡最出名是櫻桃梳乎里,加上滿滿荔枝香的雪糕。一點都沒剩下掃清。又肥幾磅了。最後一些小蛋糕完滿結束。但服務有改善的地方:沒有主動送上麵包,問服務員拿橄欖汁也漏掉拿來。但這一餐我不用埋單。開心!

應朋友熱烈推介第一次上ICC吃法國菜,又剛好寫第100篇食評,其實都頗期待。一坐下就看到180度無敵海景,上sky100都要差不多200元啦首先麵包外脆內軟,熱呼呼非常新鮮,牛油搽上去即融,吃下有煙肉味。兩個人都會有一個完整麵包,我們覺得太好吃了,將剩下半個麵包打包熱前菜日本溫泉蛋配田螺是意想不到的配搭。流心蛋黃、青豆和田螺三種不同的質感和味道縱橫交錯,真是吃過不停。唯獨海鹽和黑椒就落得重手,比較濃烈主菜salmon bass皮脆肉嫩,不得不提用brown shrimp熬製的汁,新鮮蝦味很濃,還有蝦粒,是整道菜的亮點甜品raspberry梳芙厘和荔枝雪葩一上碟時,一陣嘉年華棉花糖味撲鼻而來,充滿了童年回憶。微甜的梳芙厘和酸酸的raspberry醬是絕配,荔枝雪葩更是我的至愛總括:午餐一試難忘,環境食物和服務都絕對符合這間餐廳的定位和價錢

一直喜歡田舍家的壯闊海景,呢間法國餐廳環境和食物都一流,lunch set - four courses 超值。我最喜歡呢度嘅甜品和餐前麵包,十分好味,main course 也做得精緻出色。頭盤可以稍作改良,味道再加提升,刺激味蕾。以呢個價錢,高質素的享受,朋友們都食得好開心。下次一定再來。早兩天食過半島大堂餐廳的生日set dinner, 頗失望,今次 odyssee 填補了心靈的空虛。Wonderful experience.

餐廳位於ICC 101樓高空,一大片的落地窗可以飽覽迷人維多利亞港,但美中不足是當天比較大霧,所以不是全晚也能欣賞到美麗的維港,畢竟餐廳氣氛浪漫有情調。.法國女主廚將九道菜晚餐發揮得淋漓盡致,每一道菜都充滿驚喜,滿足視覺及味覺享受,別具心思。.九道菜中最喜歡鵝肝,主菜加錢upgrade了A4和牛,可惜有點失望,份量非常小,味道不過不失,不是太大驚喜。吃完主菜已經吃不下甜品,因為最尾三道菜全是甜點,結果要打包走。.

呢道菜外形似港式餃子, 但餡料方面用左Venison (鹿肉)以及不同種類香料, 鹿應有既羶味能保留而且不會太重, 這一點非常難得!! 廚師更在配菜方面加入香脆及爽口的青豆。 令整道菜在口感及味道方面都配合得相當不錯!

三文魚是經慢煮並不是煎封而成, 由於是慢煮的關係, 魚身極之嫩滑。魚身配上豆苗, 碗石及三文魚子, 濃郁中散發清新的感覺, 豆苗更完完全全中和了三文魚油膩的感覺。
不得一提的是薯蓉方面也很出色, 口感幼滑不膩。

採用了A4 Tenderloin, 肉質嫩, 冧, 可見廚師為了保持牛的原味道,輕輕煎封了一下外層, 更令人難得的是並沒有多餘的血水滲出。配以pommes soufflées 以及
日本的茗荷作伴碟。茗荷味道清新回甘, 恰好令牛腰肉的味道更為突出。

最後一道當然是選擇甜品了, 底部由榛子雪糕鋪上一朱古力慕絲, 灑上可可粉及一些榛子脆脆。濃濃幼滑的慕絲的配上冰凍的雪糕, 而且甜度恰到好處, 喜愛朱古力的朋友們一定不能錯過!!
事後才發覺, 餐廳是採用了Guanaja chocolate, 難怪朱古力這麼濃郁!!


經過今次用餐後, 發覺廚師非常細心, 係炎炎夏日採用了酸酸甜甜的頭盤令人大增食慾。而且菜式構思, 用料方面更上一層樓!!  
最後以朱古力甜品劃上完美的句號!! 真令人陶醉~

另外無論在價錢, 味道, 環境, 服務方面都令人叫嘆!

高踞101層當然有無敵風景,餐廳雖然唔算大但感覺恰到好處。當日負責我哋張枱嘅法國侍應態度非常良好,風趣幽默,對答得體。準備點菜時已經有薄脆放係枱面,點完菜即有個熱烘烘的sough bread同牛油,牛油帶有煙燻味加少少海鹽,質感較厚身值得一讚。前菜我選擇鵝肝醬而朋友選擇牛油果他他,我自己覺得牛油果他他味道較為清新。 接着我選擇了蝸牛法式湯而朋友選擇是蕎麥沙律,我較喜歡湯因為配搭特別,味道啱啱好。 主菜方便我選擇了魚而朋友選擇了豬面肉,我較喜歡豬面肉。因為肉質諗、醬汁濃郁,突出肉的鮮味。他們的Portion 都比較大,所以食完三道菜已經飽。但係我比較貪心,我一直覺得法國餐廳的甜品是不可以缺少的,更何況有我的至愛疏乎厘...柚子疏乎厘,味道及質感都無敵。最後還有配上兩件法式小蛋糕作為完結。另外,更加有意外嘅驚喜是香港現是一般fine dining很小做的。話明是驚喜當然要守秘密啦。總括來說是日的午餐環境非常優美,待客貼心,餐廳的食物選材優質、presentation 有美感、味道有驚喜及菜色創新。極配合女主廚creative dining的主題。我衷心希望他們很快摘星。
