上碟時候好簡單介紹 有時skip左要自己睇番menu
不過呢個價錢加環境 真係算唔錯
(其實如果唔係叫左pairing+咖啡+蠔+額外upgrade嘅dish其實$600應該可以埋單)

好啱唔太多budget嘅慶祝活動 可以影下相

海鱸生魚片,擺碟美觀。調味分別有檸檬片,刁草,麵包碎,細蔥,胡椒,同埋非常香既橄欖油,上菜時侍應亦會喺面前刨新鮮檸檬皮增加菜式既香氣🍋 魚生片味道細膩甘甜,整體味道亦平衡得幾好,雖然份量唔算多,但勝在口感軟滑,而且酸酸地幾fresh幾開胃

🥚Japanese Egg
拮碎面頭既薄脆之後,底下係一隻用紅酒汁煮既poached egg、法國鍋牛、炒過既蘑菇同埋菠菜。紅酒汁估計有用beef stock一齊煮,味道帶有少少肉香。鍋牛煮得岩岩好,完全冇煮得過熟而令到口感好韌。底下配料既口感偏向濕潤綿滑,同上面既薄脆同乾蘑菇形成強烈既對比,所以一啖食落去口感非常豐富💖 個人認為哩味starter比上面既生魚片喺味道同層次感上都更出色,亦係當日食既眾多款dish入面最好味既😋

🐙 Japanese Cuttlefish
就咁睇係一道平平無奇既pasta dish,但其實廚師仿照左carbonara既特色而去reconstruct入面既元素,令佢成為一道法式同意式fusion既菜式。主要材料有打成泡沫既Parmesan cheese同埋傳統carbonara會用到既煙燻豬腩肉🧀🥓 而入面既“pasta”並非係傳統用麵粉搓成既麵條,而係一部分用上墨魚,而另一部分用芹菜做既😂 兩款“pasta”撈埋一齊睇落冇乜分別,但係咬落會覺得墨魚既部分軟得黎有少少煙韌,而芹菜既部分則非常爽滑,口感好有趣🧐 味道方面就比較淡,主要都係保留返芝士同豬腩肉作為成個dish最主要既味道來源。而為左襯托返海鮮哩個主題,上面仲加左啲三文魚籽,相比起另一款main,哩款既食材同味道有連貫性得多,但因為濃郁既芝士味同埋份量頗多既pasta,食到最後會覺得有少少膩

🐂 Veal Osso Buscco
綠色既醬汁係打成泡沫既青咖喱汁,食落唔辣,味道比較溫和淡雅。然後橙色既係蘿蔔蓉,入口酸甜,但酸味非常sharp,有少少破壞左味道上既平衡🙈 伴碟仲有豆腐粒同埋烤蘿蔔,雖然蘿蔔幾嫩,但係唔覺哩兩樣食材對於成個dish既味道配搭起左啲咩作用。牛肉既肉質結實,但又唔會乾同柴,入口易咬,味道比較係單純既肉味,冇特別調味或處理上有特別既驚喜,同青咖喱汁亦未有好驚艷既和應感覺,整體黎講一般

栗子味非常濃郁特出😋 旁邊係質感非常滑溜既栗子雪糕,面頭係楓葉形狀既杏仁薄脆🍁 有陣微微既焦香味,同栗子撻一齊食會有種食緊炒栗子既感覺,撻既表皮好薄好酥脆,撻中間有一層柚子果醬,但係味道上同栗子唔係太夾,我覺得就咁mont-blanc加雪糕同杏仁薄脆已經非常出色,柚子果醬有一種畫蛇添足既感覺😬

It was my second course. First of all, presentation was so nice with a super thin cracker topped by sliced button mushrooms. After breaking it, the Japanese egg was underneath! It was cooked in red wine with Burgundy Snails and button mushrooms on the side. The Japanese egg was nicely slow-cooked in red wine. The snails were very well heated too as the snails and mushrooms are equally tender, not overdone.

A special credit should be given to the bone marrow which could be eaten using a separately provided small spoon. That said, I found this mains just so-so, because the veal was not tender enough and was pretty tasteless. It was mostly about the green curry sauce for this dish.

In conclusion, presentation of the food was nice. The overall quality of the food was not bad, except for the mains which was a bit disappointing. Service was quite good as there was a server who chatted to us and made us laugh! Overall, the cost did not seem too expensive when discounted by location, service and presentation.

The mains on the contrary were a bit lackluster. A4 sirloin was nice but very ordinary, wasn’t worth adding $290 for (which is almost the 3-course price). The slow cooked yellow chicken was also quite underwhelming, overall lacked flavor.

The chocolate soufflé is perfectly risen with very rich dark chocolate flavor, super indulgent and satisfying. The avocado sorbet on the side though doesn’t taste so good, it is refreshing but taste quite weird with a grassy note.

There was a final surprise at the end with the cutest celebration arrangement presenting the petit four with a music box in a chocolate cake kinda appearance (faked us all!) and Mr.Koala biking joyously with the birthday song, how cute was that! It’s really lovely and just put a smile on everyone’s face! A hearty end to an incredible meal.

今次係第一次食法國餐,令我地印象非常好。法國人都會講下笑,d野係好好食!我地叫既係9個course, 每個course都令人驚喜。Sourdough係名不虛傳;個蚝最令人想不停食;wasabi ice-cream, sake ice cream唔錯;和牛同乳鴿都好食。係牛仔肉比較遜色,可能食唔慣個味道。以為法國餐會食唔飽,點知都好飽,仲上得唔慢既。

首次來 ICC 的dining 101,選了價錢較相宜的 Odyssee。個 View 是無敵的,望中環及西面海景,點了 488 四道菜的 set lunch,好吃的Sourdough,嘗一口80元一杯的 matching wine,心情大好兩人嚐了各二道前菜,雖不是特別名貴食材,但制作認真,擺盆漂亮,最重要是味道出色,令人眼前一亮。主菜是羊肩和魚, 醬汁和配料內容都很豐富, 十分味美,羊肩的造型更是一絕,看出主廚的心思和功力。甜品點了開心果疏乎厘,另一款是朱克力和酒心 cherry, 貫徹漂亮的擺盆,味道中上吧。 這裏主廚的功力不差一流法國餐廳,好吃好看, 就是服務普通了些,不算差但跟不上食物的水平,有點可惜。
