其實三人已吃得飽飽,但不可不吃甜點,只是不能吃太多,每人也只是要了一款甜點, 個人選了朱古力開心果餅, 賣相精緻, 還有少少金箔做點綴,面層朱古力味道濃郁, 脆身的朱古力餅底也不錯。

經過幾次,覺得裝修好靚,d cakes,pastries好靚,今日終於果左兩件試下。下午4點幾,有成十幾款選擇,我都企左係櫃前睇左好耐,最終揀左呢兩個。左:Framboise pistache $41,開心果味淡左少少,唔知係咪我買左返屋企唔係即食,而我個雪櫃又凍,到我食完飯拎出嚟食時,就覺得好硬....但我仍然中意上面d脆粒粒~右:Jasmine cassis $41,完全食唔到茉莉味....但就好香黑加輪子味,酸酸甜甜,而佢d蛋糕亦好軟,裡面個fillings都恰到好處,如果有茉莉香味就更加好啦總結:可以啦,由於我自己唔食酥皮,所以未必會試佢d批同酥皮撻,不過佢地個個樣都好靚!其實係吸引的!

沙律沒有太多的汁, 好健康。
最特別在於小米, 口感好似米粒, 好細好細, 質感同藜麥有少少相似。

個人覺得羊肉最重要係要有膻味, 但唔可以太過濃厚, 要留一點點膻味才是一絕。
正正Passion 做得到, 肉質能夠做到幼嫩而唔會鬆散

配上其他食材, 淡淡的醬汁中尋找到羊肉清淺的羊味及膻味

下次晚餐都好值得再黎一試。

可能對於伯爵茶有一種執著, 覺得伯爵茶味不太突出,

這次選了紅菜頭橙沙律,紅菜頭煮得軟腍,加上橙帶點酸酸甜甜,清新的!然後有南瓜螺絲粉,螺絲粉份量就只有兩三條
還有水牛芝士蕃茄,蕃茄很新鮮多汁!

另外還有燒牛肉三文治,可叫店員翻熱的。

Passion by Gérard Dubois has been one of my favorite dessert place ever since they first opened in Wanchai and it was great to see that they've expanded a bit over the last few years. I have read about their new opening here in Kwai Fong but didn't know exactly where the shop was. So this was a pleasant surprise.

I can see the place was already buzzing with people dying to have their sweet tooth fixed. This is going to be a welcome addition in the neighborhood for sure. Like me, my cousin also had a sweet tooth to fix so we quickly found ourselves a seat.

Cousin wanted to try this napoleon with custard and toffee. This was just not fair. The pastry was absolutely perfect and no complaints from me on that custard, sweet and delicate. The toffee was a little too sweet though (even for me!).

賣相每件都精緻到会我情迷意亂,pastry 選了人氣的雜果酥皮,酥皮富牛油香,擠上custard 醬,點綴以繽紛的水果包括草莓,奇異果片等等,咬下custard 細滑,份量剛剛好就不怕custard 太多太滯,牛油香酥皮輕盈又有薄薄的麵包鬆軟在內。

甜品點了earl grey pear 同熱情果黑莓餅 各$41,因是moussecake ,  拿回家熱溶了,不好意思影相了。不少梨肉加在蛋糕中 ,面層朱古力濃郁迷人。而熱情果黑味則有莓的酸香,底下的朱古力脆脆豐富了mousse cake的口感同層次。

還有很多精緻甜品想每試每年擊破。

細size沙律,若$40,可選三款。在「櫥窗」內各樣沙律賣相已十分吸引,最想試係圖中白色汁的蜆殼粉雞肉沙律,點咗返嚟發現蜆殼粉有少少過冧,但汁醬的味道是好的,好濃郁。最好味係薯仔菘子沙律,味濃,調味一流,菘子好香脆,一口接一口。再加個清淡的「蔬菜依甸園」平衡一吓, 清新又健康的一餐

蘋果派有少少失望,果肉不夠多。

想讚一讚這兒的餅廚/店員,有著酒店餅廚的造型和自信,把自己創作出來的藝術品奉上到客人手上,就算收銀的小弟弟再忙,也會跟客人說說笑。高級的感覺不是來自價錢,是來自尊業、對自家出品的信心和歡愉的氛圍。如果不用即棄餐具會更好。
