餐廳位於銅鑼灣登龍街,旺中帶靜,最啱喺附近行完街後,黎享受一下。我同朋友大約晚上六點就到達餐廳,由於晚餐高峰時間未到,所以當時得兩枱客人,整體環境更寧靜舒適。我哋點餐後,待應就好快手主動呈上一客法包,外表脆脆,內裏鬆軟,而且仲微熱添,夠曬新鮮,配埋香草醬一齊食,口感及味道都唔錯。姊妹談心,又點可以少得飲品呢!好姐妹叫咗一杯熱情果Cocktail,而我因為唔飲得酒,所以叫咗一杯士多啤梨奶昔。兩杯飲品嘅賣相都非常吸引,睇到已經心花怒放。好姐妹更表示,Cocktail帶少少酸甜味,酒味唔會太重,啱晒女仔飲添!另外,因為我哋兩個都唔大食,所以我哋只係叫咗一份NYC Chopped Salad 及 Lobster Risotto。先講沙律,份量真係好大碟,內裏有新鮮生菜、蕃茄、牛油果、大蝦同芝士等,配埋橄欖油及意大利香草醬,口感清新,絕對係前菜嘅好選擇。食完前菜,到主角龍蝦出場,足料兩隻龍蝦得我哋兩個人食,每人食一隻有啲太過份呢,哈哈!我想講,龍蝦肉真係好爽口又彈牙,全完保留鮮味;至於Risotto,由於係用薯仔及麵粉搓成(侍應講俾我哋知),所以特別煙煙韌韌,Risotto吸收晒海鮮濃湯嘅味道,

Prime Rib-eye steak 12oz $428
12安士嘅肉眼扒份量十足。由於朋友唔鍾意食太生嘅肉,所以我哋ordered 七成熟,未上菜前,其實我內心都有啲擔心會唔會overcook(因為出面好多餐廳都有咁嘅情況)。不過,上菜後,切開牛扒一看,發現果然係七成熟,證明廚師功力夠好,抵讚!牛扒亦配上兩款醬汁:芝士汁及燒汁,不過我個人就鍾意就咁食,比較原汁原味。


最後,呢餐飯我哋足足食咗兩個鐘,能夠一邊同朋友傾下心事、一邊品嚐美食,人生一大樂事!下次都會再選擇黎呢間餐廳!

飲品,我們點了"I'm sexy and I know it"呢杯Cocktail特別適合女性,少少甜,酒味唔會太重。

最後,亦要讚下waitress ,好nice好體貼,好了解每一道菜嘅味道、成份、煮嘅過程 。Penthouse係值得一去既好地方,三五好友約埋食餐飯又得,情侶聊天談心又得。

復活節假期、想找一個休閑的地方和朋友吃午餐、於是選擇了這裏。這裏的食物其實屬於中上、semi-buffet的選擇不算太多、但用的用料亦不馬虎、沙律區的菜十分新鮮、火腿亦是不俗的貨色、另外還有翡翠螺、煙三文魚等等、其實我吃了很多的前菜、當食酒店早餐咁食、很滿足。另外叫主菜叫了一客striploin steak, 因為店員介紹這款牛扒比較有肉味、但肉質會比較硬一些、我心諗叫medium rare 應該都唔會硬得去邊掛、但實際上因為油分不太多所以真的比較硬。如果想吃軟一些的、可以選擇rib eyes 甜品亦是半自助餐的、大約有10款選擇、每人的份量亦不大、所以我全部都有試、當中tiramisu 及 nitrogen creation 我就吃了很多、其實他的tiramisu 做得算不錯很軟滑、但吃得出mascarpone 的成份不是很多、但如果是buffet就冇乜所謂、另外nitrogen creation 口感似雪糕、好像有少許花生的味道亦是不錯。以這個價錢加上這個環境算是合理。

重點二號,亦係全晚的主菜,慢煮來自新西蘭的Akaroa King Salmon,
懂得慢煮的食家一定知道呢個方法完全保留了食材的原汁原味,

而且肉質非常鮮嫩,入口即溶,三文魚的肉汁同油香覆蓋了整個口腔,齒頰留香。

另一方面,平時主菜會配意粉、飯或薯菜,而三文魚底下的係叫Fregula,又係第一次食,原來佢係Pasta的一種。

口感好似燉飯、又似超大粒的薏米,因為軟熟,吸收晒肉汁同海鮮湯,加上又有我最愛的帶子同蟹肉,堅係無敵。

率先上場嘅係蟹餅,賣相好靚,旁邊點綴嘅分別係千島醬、牛油果醬、芒果雜果沙沙,有誠意之餘味道亦跟蟹餅非常合拍!個人最鐘意芒果雜果沙沙,酸酸甜甜更開胃!老公就最鍾意牛油果醬,鐘意佢濃濃嘅牛油果味!主角「蟹餅」啖啖蟹肉,鮮甜味美,食落一啲都唔油膩,配少少爽脆嘅沙律菜一齊食,口感更佳!

到主菜出場喇!先黎一道「慢煮三文魚王」,主菜嘅份量比我想像中大,賣相亦非常精緻。大大塊肥美嘅三文魚王,油脂分佈平均,魚肉明明是熟了,肉質卻保持嫩滑,色澤也像生的非常鮮艷;食落口嘅質感比刺身更柔滑軟嫩,慢煮後再烤焗過唔單止冇over cook 反而令味道更好,魚油甘香,魚味甚濃,鮮甜得黎一點腥味都冇!比烤煎的好食好多!伴三文魚嘅係一個香濃嘅番茄醬,鮮番茄配上意大利青瓜、新鮮蟹肉同帯子,再加上一啲細細粒煙煙韌韌嘅疑似「粉團/意粉粒」,唔單令整道菜嘅口感變得更豐富,鮮番茄味仲帶出三文魚嘅鮮味,超正!十個推!

食完三文魚,隔左一陣另一道主菜「西班牙乳豬」亦上枱!有六件大大件嘅乳豬件,皮脆肉嫩,完全冇豬嘅「蘇」味,反而有淡淡嘅香草味,配埋甜甜地嘅自家製蘋果醬減低肥膩感,令人情不自禁食完一件又一件,將瘦身大計完全忘記左!伴碟嘅薯粒同烤原個蒜頭亦不錯!

餐廳嘅服務態度亦值得一讚!點菜嘅時候已經主動問我地係咪share, 又主動幫我地換碟,每道菜上枱嘅時候又會做簡單介紹,有問必答,最後又有問下我地滿唔滿意啲餸菜,!
餐廳整體嘅食物質素、環境同服務都屬於高水平,唔怪得之連續三年獲米芝蓮推介啦!價錢屬於中上嘅合理水平,被老公評為「翻兜之選」!
