好姐妹終於忙完可以準時收工難得與她相約,當然要找個地方慢慢坐底聊所以選址選在她公司附近想不到原來銅鑼灣也有露天酒吧下一層就是晚餐的地方晚餐地方全層落地大玻璃坐底一會後,我們選了二人晚餐我就選了蟹餅作為前菜聽說這裡的蟹餅都很受歡迎所以都試試看果然名不虛傳蟹餅整個都是蟹肉滿滿蟹肉之餘,還吃到陣陣蟹膏香味上面再有牛油果醬作調味清新之餘沒有嗆過蟹的味道食完前菜再飲蘑菇濃湯湯很香濃,質感很稠湯𥚃面還加了適量的蘑菇所以飲住香濃蘑菇濃湯之餘還可以食到蘑菇,多重口感主菜我選了慢煮三文魚三文魚煎到半熟外層煎到好香,內裡煎到很軟身再配以用帶子燉煮既Fregola感覺無飯咁飽肚而且很有嚼勁最後甜品有我和朋友最喜愛的栗子蛋糕不會太甜剛剛好另外還有Cheese cake、Milk Pudding、Brownie每樣細細件,不會太飽,又可以吃到不同款式適合我們這樣多心的女生們

牛扒非常之大件,比預期中大。

先講個牛扒,一切出嚟嘅時候水份和肉汁都溢來,完全感受到佢有幾juicy。

香料醃制得唔錯,唔會太鹹,但係又不失保留牛嘅香味同鮮味,食落很香口!

底下仲黐住一塊脂肪層,油脂滿溢,嫩滑多汁。幾鍾意佢隔離有一個原隻烤蒜,可以配上來一起吃,相當好吃,挺滿意的一個主菜!

古語有云,唔做媒人三代好。的確,我相信呢個道理,盡力我都不會做這樣的事情,而不過,人生有時候你做左都唔覺。

我很相信,直到我被媒人看中了。

因為四季弾的關係,我在這大廈發現了Penthouse這餐廳 而老實說,那驚喜度是很高。

就等如我不認識Penthouse 這餐廳,就算佢是米芝蓮的推薦,佢有幾好環境,佢野食幾好,沒有媒人,都有點難認識,當我知道了四季弾的環境多優美後,我特意上到來這裡,我告訴自己,要吃一下這裡的晚餐。

於是就來到這裡,可惜,今晚天氣不太好,要不是一定可以享受到這裡美好的景色。

不過那個環境之舒服令我第一次覺得媒人之好。

簡單的一晚,還是多得媒人的幫助,我突然想起一個故事,曾經有不情願的情況下,我做了媒人,將K先生介紹了給S小姐,然後,故事發展是他們開心快樂的生活,這個媒人我沒有想過,只不過,故事的自然發展,就是很好吧,這個故事和Penthouse一樣,原來媒人沒有好與不好,只有註定了的命運吧。

今年10月,朋友同我去呢間餐廳慶祝我生日。一入餐廳,燈光環境係perfect嘅,話唒無敵夜景係佢賣點之一。坐低後有個好幽默嘅waiter走埋黎同我地傾計,再介紹我地有咩係佢recommends嘅,之後我地就落order。講真,食物賣相係唔錯,味道係咪值米芝連就見仁見智,service係ok嘅,最後埋單3個人$3000左右。但到我地離開餐廳就發現,喺大厦嘅𨋢門貼左張poster,原來呢間餐廳做緊2個promotions,第一,如果你食夠$1500或以上,用citibank信用卡埋單,係有1枝紅酒或者白酒送番俾客人。第二,有一個買1送1嘅餐。但問題係,無論我地喺落單嗰陣,又或者係menu,都冇人同我地講過有買1送1呢樣嘢。而埋單亦冇職員問我地有冇Citibank信用卡。而全間餐廳,even係你坐嘅嗰張枱都冇擺任何做promotion嘅牌仔。到我地發現返轉頭問職員,佢嘅答案竟然係餐廳冇位擺promotion嘅牌。我話void單轉用Citibank,叫佢補返枝酒俾我地,佢答我地已經埋唒數,要void單會好麻煩⋯⋯嘩~呢間餐廳係米芝連喎,竟然係用埋啲咁嘅方法cheat佢嘅客人,我永遠唔會再去幫襯

成件事太唔舒服 我地好快就埋單走人。

餐廳食物真係好,但服務好難接受,如果用super Monday 食得ok, 回頭機會通常好高。食過幾間中環既super Monday都會再番去,但呢到,成餐飯感覺太唔舒服,又成肚氣。咁既價錢同景,真係可以番中上環既餐廳算啦。

大家之後食飯 飲野都會講番呢次經驗,每次都講得好嬲 ...唉 好一個聚會

We shared the 44 Degree Slow-Cooked Akaroa King Salmon with Fregola ($398) and the Maine Lobster Tails with Gnocchi ($388). Both were very nice. Nothing wrong with the Giant Fries with Truffle Mayonaise ($78) either. The fireworks came (literally) with the Valrhona Guanaja Chocolate Bavaroise dessert ($128) and continued throughout the evening from the tables around us.

Penthouse charges $30 for the sparkler/fountain candle and $10 for the I-forgot-to-ask. We responded with a "Super Mondays" card (2-for-1 on main courses) and ended up paying a total of only $750 for an enjoyable meal.

餐廳的落地大玻璃可以睇到銅鑼灣既夜景一路食飯一落睇夜景好浪漫餐廳的裝修好華麗,而且環境好舒服Crab cake 果然係米芝蓮級,依個crab cake 真係好高質外層煎得硬身,但入面蟹肉好juicy 蟹味濃郁新鮮,配埋三種唔同醬汁食好正!依個慢煮三文魚真係頂級三文魚入口即溶,口感細膩,完全唔洗用力咬就感愛到魚肉既柔軟而且一切開就見到好似紅寶石咁粉嫩既魚肉,真係好靚三文魚既精華完整咁保存,味道一流!配料同醬汁都好高質素配料好有口感,仲有帶子同蟹肉係配料之中。醬汁以蕃茄汁爲基本,唔會太濃味,新鮮微酸而唔會太甜,平衝番三文魚濃郁既味道
