在某電台節目主持人介紹下, 心癢癢來中環山腳的擺花街試了一趟, 幾個年青人的追夢之旅也說不定, 我們來的是週日晚, 客人少是定律的了吧! 而這亦是吸引我們來的因由, 平日午餐時候這裡必定戰壕般客人跟廚師拼個你死我活, 但週日晚上大家放鬆心情, 有的是時間在這狹窄空間內下單然後等待..這裡餐牌簡潔易明, 賣的品種不多因為廚房只有一個狹窄空間放不了多少廚具, 今晚叫了兩碗都是牛孖寶$82 /碗, 湯底清新但又完全的"牛"! 放面作裝飾的香菜絕無欺場,  但主角(牛肉) 無論是生的或熟的, 份量超級少, 明白成本計算係好重要, 但超過八十食碗越南河粉, 現在的兩片會給客人感覺好少, 無論湯嘅層次幾高, OL的胃多細, 始終凡人就是凡人啊! 另一個有趣的地方係呢度的餐牌內有小食/ 飲料都可以加錢 UP-SALE客人, 例如:蜜糖雞肝醬多士+$30 (兩片), 越式炸春卷+$15 (3條), 芫茜特飲 +$15, 越南咖啡 +$20不過, 以上加錢的項目, 只有一個肝醬多士比較特別之外, 整體OK , 但以一碗越式河粉(pho)去計算實在有點貴,

喺朋友推介之下,今日再去試另外一間越南牛河。佢位置喺中環,樓面比較細,眼看似酒吧多個似餐廳。但去到門口時見到裡面都座無虛席,於是決定一試。今日我哋點了一個生牛肉湯河和火燒牛腩拼燒豬肉撈蒙粉。值得一提的是餐牌上說的燒豬肉,其實也是用炸的方法去煮的。先講牛肉湯河,湯底比較清淡但都算有牛肉味。河粉都算滑,但系越南粉經常一同配上的香草依度就比較少。牛肉都算嫩,但牛肉味不是太夠。整體都算唔錯啦。另外一個火燒牛腩撈蒙粉調味上都做得不錯。牛腩雖然切得比較薄但食得出牛肉味,火燒後嘅香味都同調味料和撈蒙粉的醬汁很配。豬肉就冇乜特別,整體值得一試!但系唔知點解我哋坐個位可以見到廚師喺度煮嘢食,但系廚師個樣好似唔系幾開心,可能生意太忙掛?

另外一個火燒牛腩撈蒙粉調味上都做得不錯。牛腩雖然切得比較薄但食得出牛肉味,火燒後嘅香味都同調味料和撈蒙粉的醬汁很配。豬肉就冇乜特別,整體值得一試!


但系唔知點解我哋坐個位可以見到廚師喺度煮嘢食,但系廚師個樣好似唔系幾開心,可能生意太忙掛?

This pho is rather large in portion, with eight different ingredients including Raw beef,beef brisket, ox tongue, beef tendons, tripe, beef balls, Vietnamese sausages and radish... etc. the soup is the soul of the pho, the soup is rather clear and tasty, and the pho noodle is quite smooth and soft. All the eight ingredients are nicely done, raw beef and beef brisket are so tender and juicy, tripe is not too chewy , Vietnamese sausages is standard quality and beef balls are kinda bouncy and tasty. Overall the pho is pretty good.

Adding extra $15 dollar , I can have the Vietnamese spring roll. The spring rolls is really crispy and yummy, it is cooked well that I can’t feel it too oily.

The grilled beef brisket is a bit firmer than the raw beef. However, the beef flavor becomes stronger after it is roasted. I quite like the mix of the beef, the Vietnamese fish sauce and the cold vermicelli, it is a bit sweet and sour, and the peanuts add another layer of crunchiness, the flavor becomes really rich and tasty. I quite enjoy it.

This dipping coffee is quite interesting. The coffee is really strong and intense, together with the condensed milk, the coffee is really smooth and sweet with very strong roasted aroma. For those who doesn’t like sweet might find it a bit sweet, but I quite like the strong bitterness of coffee merging with the sweet smooth condensed milk, really strong in character.



I still enjoy the meal here even this is the second time. The staff is friendly and the food is nice, plus it is not costly. I surely will encore it again.

呢一間越南粉係朋友介紹我去食,食過一次就愛上左呢度嘅撈檬,今日就帶咗我姐姐去試吓,happy friday 去happy下,雖然落雨,仍然不減我要食呢一間越南粉嘅熱情,因為真係好好味,今日都係叫咗火燒牛腩燒豬肉撈檬,亦都推介左呢一個撈檬比家姐,撈檬我覺得好重要嘅係佢嘅魚露,之前食開一間店,好鍾意佢嘅魚露好難得搵到比佢更好嘅魚露,今日終於搵到,以後有多一個選擇,我哋都滿心期待,等左一陣,我哋兩碗撈檬終於上枱,份量好多,材料整整齊齊咁排列着,令人急不及待開動,呢碟撈檬有好多醃制嘅酸紅蘿蔔白蘿蔔絲,好開胃,刺激食慾,仲有切成一片片嘅清新爽脆青瓜,清新健康,夏天咁熱,食呢啲就係最好,火燒牛腩呢度先有,所以好特別,有香香的火燒香味,兩大片牛腩,可能係燒過嘅關係,牛腩一啲都唔油膩,肉質仲好嫩滑,兩大舊酥脆嘅燒豬肉,豬肉又唔係鞋又入味,仲有芽菜同一堆花生碎,撈埋一齊食,好豐富的口感&味道,加埋個魚露醬汁好鮮味,而且酸嘅味道調校得好好!有啲蔬菜伴食好清新,一啲都唔漏,粉又唔會痴埋一舊舊,好滑!一定繼續支持

可能係我見識少但呢間暫時係我在香港食過最好味好balance既pho!一次好食可能係撞手神但食過幾次都好食就係水準穩定!個湯底望落清澈但味道相當濃郁好香牛骨味近似韓國雪濃湯成兜飲哂都唔會口渴證明唔係味精加工野個河粉同市面車仔麵/pho幾唔同係偏煙韌彈牙唔會極速吸哂湯汁變成一餅野每次黎都會叫生牛肉+牛腩片牛腩片有少許肥美甘腴但係好滑一d都唔鞋口蘸點點是拉差辣醬更加提升牛肉鮮味呢間真係私心最愛唔想佢太紅更唔想佢做唔住要執笠所以要開心share大家一齊支持

星期日下午茶時間黎到擺花街食呢間係openrice都幾多笑哈哈既pho舖道食野店面都幾細,門口有6,7個bar枱位,入面先有普通2人4人枱,bar枱位冷氣都唔係好夠入到去都冇乜點諗就叫左menu上面打左星星既推介。我要左火燒牛腩片撈檬,本來男朋友想要牛脷湯檬但waiter話無牛脷,於是又係叫左牛腩片湯檬。本來除左牛油雞翼之外重想叫埋咩雞肝醬蜜糖多士,但waiter又係話未有。乜都無就唔好寫上個menu道啦火燒牛腩片撈檬係唔錯既,份量唔算大,男生就未必夠啦。好多蔬菜,感覺好健康。撈檬汁好味,兩三羹已經夠撈,唔知有d鋪頭d汁好稀好似水咁,酸味味夏天好開胃牛腩片都幾肥,不過唔明既係點解要切做一片片,咁同肥牛無分別,根本食唔出個口感牛油雞翼好油,炸得唔乾身,麻麻地。男朋友話牛腩片湯檬個湯咸到喊,我試左一啖都真係幾重口味...anyway,呢個價錢係中環食到pho算係咁,不過食撈檬好啦其他野唔係必食

蜜糖多士比起一般嘅法式發包考得鬆脆香軟,配合左自家製嘅雞肝醬一點也不膩!一定厚度雞肝醬搽左係多士,白滑細膩,不感油膩👍🏻好想食多塊!

只屬個人意見,係一間會再次進餐/推介朋友既一間越南餐廳!有心思自制雞肝醬多士,用心烹調係感受到👍🏻希望下次再黎仍然保持水準!

The weather was bad today, so we decided to have some comfort food...and Vietnamese is a better option for lunch during the rainy days. My friend recommended prime pho as she tried and told me the pho was yummy. I ordered the beef combo with beef tongue and sliced beef - the tongue was soft and melted in my mouth. I haven’t had a beef tongue that was so good in Hong Kong and this place surprised me! The beef was great too, the broth was yummy and hot. Noodles portion was huge, I couldn’t finish

I ordered the beef combo with beef tongue and sliced beef - the tongue was soft and melted in my mouth. I haven’t had a beef tongue that was so good in Hong Kong and this place surprised me! The beef was great too, the broth was yummy and hot. Noodles portion was huge, I couldn’t finish it...the price is very reasonable and we also extra snack - chicken wings (which was tasty!) I would definitely come back for lunch as the price is cheap compared to other restaurants around this area.

It is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve tried in Hong Kong! Good price! Tasteful soup base! Meat is extra delicious! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for good Viet food! Everything in this restaurant is amazing ! Omg the par toast, a must try! It is one of their specialty and I’ve never tasted anything like that before!love this place!

今日黎到中環一間越南餐廳,聽聞係出名食湯河,間餐廳好貼心地提供掛袋勾勾,值得一讚!喺中環來講,呢間餐廳嘅價位唔算好高,我嗌咗個生牛肉湯河,$78,加$8要蘿蔔。碗河粉嘅面底好足,食到好飽,而我好鍾意個湯底,味道濃郁,我仲吱咗兩個青檸,加咗啲酸味落個湯度更加好食,仲好fresh添~另外我單嗌左個越式燒豬肉,$55,呢個小息係必要,除咗好大碟之外,豬肉層皮燒得脆扑扑,好香又夠晒味,可以用嚟送河粉。飲品方面,我嗌左杯野青水,味道同便利店買嘅一支支椰青水一樣,因為食碗河粉都食到好頸渴,用椰青水解渴一流,但如果可以大杯啲就好了~小食都叫咗兩樣,一個係雞肝蜜糖多士,另一個就係越式春卷,兩隻都整得好好,春卷足料之餘仲好入味!
