我哋兩小口去到中環見到呢間舖,打開menu, 76蚊食個生我肉湯河,痴線。。 我哋叫咗一個招牌湯河$98 , 生牛肉湯河$76, 加咗$15 牛油蒜香雞翼,$15雞肝多士,椰青水$20. 生牛肉湯河牛肉用上美國prime 牛肉。美國牛特點係肉味濃,其實好適合做湯河,但成本高,基本無人會咁做。牛肉好好食,湯河都做得好好食,軟身帶彈牙。 招牌湯河都好味,湯底同粉都同生牛肉湯河一樣,而且材料特別豐富。有牛栢葉,牛丸,生牛肉,牛筋,扎肉。 食完個湯底牛骨味帶香草味,問問侍應,原來係牛骨加藥材,但無咩藥味,好好味,湯飲咗半碗。總結,食pho 嚟講價位唔平㗎,但中環來說定價不算高,而且非常足料用心,一啲都唔貴。小食雞翼炸得香脆,雞肝多士特別而且不油膩,有洋蔥平衡都值得試

生牛肉湯河牛肉用上美國prime 牛肉。
美國牛特點係肉味濃,其實好適合做湯河,但成本高,基本無人會咁做。牛肉好好食,湯河都做得好好食,軟身帶彈牙。

番工人士最煩惱既就係OT時間食咩好,上星期就試下一間位於中環既越南 pho, 中環都有好多越南野食餐廳位置都算方便,入到黎人唔多,叫左個招牌Pho火燒牛腩撈檬。嘩,一入口唔係誇張,真係好好食,燒得好香而且有種入口即融既感覺,另外佢撈檬入面既配菜都分量好多,好似extra叫左一個沙律咁樣(慳番一筆!哈哈)不過始終都係熱食最好味,如果涷左之後食我諗味道會有影響.見到meun話加15-20蚊可以叫一個細分量既小食,不過趕番公司就無叫了整體黎講值得再黎!題外話:呢間鋪裝撈檬汁好似飲品咁,差小小就拎左黎飲,好好笑

As I was in Central, went here for a quick pho fix.Ordered the Pho Signature which has everything from tripe, raw beef, beef balls etc.The broth was clear and very sweet.The noodles had a good chew to it and does not go too soft when it has been in the broth for too long.For drinks, finished with the coconut water and lime soda.

檬粉做底, 加上薄薄的青瓜片, 蘿蔔絲, 炸蒜, 牛腩片等, 簡單組合加上特調醬汁卻是無窮的美味, 醬汁酸辣中帶鮮味, 火炙過的牛腩十分香口, 也是一樣的軟嫩, 有入口即溶的感覺, 如果每天也吃這個撈檬, 我想我也不會生厭。

今曰在中環的IFC同置地遊走了好一會,想找家餐廳吃晚餐。那邊的食肆以連鎖店或西餐居多,一於同honey 往蘇豪區碰碰運氣。步至擺花街,就在泰昌旦撻對面,發現一家裝修別緻的越南餐館。餐廳座位約有廿個,設有bar座同枱座,簡潔摩登,感覺有型。餐牌只有一張紙,主打越式牛肉粉同撈㩚,價錢由$62-$82,另設小食五款$40-$55,而且不設加一。以中環的價格而言,定價親民。招牌Pho特別Prime Pho $96Prime pho 果然是招牌,材料十分豐富,有生牛肉、牛腩片、牛脷、牛筋、牛柏葉、牛丸、扎肉同蘿蔔,合共八款麵餸。生牛肉口感軟稔又嫩又有肉味;牛脷大大片,入口即化,炆得好稔,超牛味,正!牛腩片牛味十足,有肉感,而且完全不用費勁咀嚼,不錯!牛柏葉爽口唔韌;牛丸彈牙有水準;扎肉ok;蘿蔔好稔,無渣清甜;然而靈魂湯頭特別甜,帶有牛骨香,味道濃厚而清澈;河粉也滑不溜口,索哂湯汁,真係正!十分滿足!!火燒牛腩撈檬$68這個撈檬比較特別,別處從未見過這個菜式。撈檬上舖滿了牛腩、生菜、酸蘿白、青瓜和芫茜,賣相吸引。火燒牛腩口感稔身,加上大大片,有點厚度,口感十足。既有濃濃的牛肉味,而火炙更為牛腩增

聽說小店的牛肉是選用了美國Prime級牛肉!
大大的一碗!很多莞茜XD還有黑椒
河粉的質地不易斷,有咬口,好滑!
呷一口湯,好清!
特別喜歡牛脷,好軟稔,好有牛味!
生牛肉也很嫩滑!牛腩片則較有口感!
牛丸超彈牙!整體很滿意!
跟餐+$15就可有小食,價錢相當親民,於是我們一口氣點了3款!

天氣咁熱,我就揀咗碗撈檬孖寶,故名思義就係有兩款主食,我就要咗炸雞翼同火燒牛腩,食前要倒入餐廳預備嘅酸汁,炸雞翼似係用咗牛油炸,金黃嘅外層,好酥脆,而火燒牛腩係不得不嗌,望落同牛扒差唔多,其實係切得薄嘅牛腩黎,再用火槍微微火炙表面,食落口感係極嫩同軟身,仲富牛香添,真係好出色

好欣賞佢地有呢個架係bar台附近方便食客將隨身物品勾上去<3小店一家 menu選擇貴精不貴多最出名緊係食牛喇~!呢個凍檸荼飲飲下好有梅既味道好特別 食咁多炸野 叫返杯 絕對去油膩感~!呢個咖啡真係好有心機 唔係就咁一杯上仲要佢有lin奶 更香滑 咖啡味更突出而呢個Lime soda我最愛 因為佢唔止得酸味仲有甜味整得好好飲呀~!下面呢D小食,我地係因為叫左個麵 所以可以跟餐+錢叫小食所以份量唔會太多~! 但我地兩個人就真係好夠食呀!!呢個炸春卷 唔油 好香 跟埋佢個汁 一流個炸雞好滑 好香 +埋佢地既沙律汁 真係不知不覺又食多幾件佢地既小食都會跟幾塊好新鮮既菜同埋酸蘿蔔呢個真係搭配真係好好 食多幾個都唔怕濟~!我呢個牛油雞亦 真係好香呀~!!首先佢地真係好大隻 一碟有四 大 隻而且佢地既牛油好香 佢地唔止係表面先有味入面都好香 真係好正而且佢地個青瓜真係整到好薄佢唔止係一個好食既撈檬 仲係一個視線效果上都好豐富既撈檬多元化既配料 真係大滿足呀~!而呢個火燒牛腩 一黎到已經好香 個牛腩肥瘦都岩岩好入口溶溶地既感覺 真係好香而且佢地既麵係凍,真係一凍一熱 好好味緊係唔可以小左個汁喇
