生牛肉湯河
生牛肉浸在上湯中很快由嫩粉紅轉為淡啡色。 牛肉選用部位很有牛味又嫩又滑, 即使浸了湯一會仍然軟嫩。 有大量的香葉,芫茜,薄荷葉,芽菜等令湯底更添鮮味。 湯底味濃而清, 河粉幼細而滑身, 盡吸湯的精華。

這個招牌Pho材料非常豐富。有生牛肉,牛柏葉,牛脷,牛丸,牛腩片,牛筯, 扎肉,蘿蔔。 配上大量香料, 就是有越南的風味。 牛脷炆煮得非常軟腍入味, 入口即融得叫人難以相信。
牛腩片也一樣嫩滑無渣, 腩位帶少許肥筋,正!
牛柏葉切成一小段,都是爽口唔韌。
牛丸彈牙富牛味。

另外還點了烤豬肉。 烤豬肉肥瘦適中,切成比肉粒大丁點, 表面烤得香脆,有甜甜的蜜糖味, 估唔到肉質軟熟

越南咖啡比較特別,要等佢上面嗰度滴晒落去先至成功可以飲用,本身係熱辣辣嘅,之後可以攪拌以及將飲品到落去啲冰度,先至叫做大功告成,不過我唔係太飲咖啡所以我都唔知好唔好味,但係我阿媽就話好正啊。

SOHO附近的擺花街開了不少異國風情的餐廳,Prime Pho 就是其中之一。店面不大,裡面除了吧枱之外還有數張枱,幸好等了一會兒就有位置了~第一次來當然就試試餐廳推薦的招牌Pho和火燒牛腩撈檬招牌Pho 超足料,有生牛肉,牛腩片,牛脷,扎肉,牛柏葉,牛丸和蘿蔔,湯底也很香濃餐廳的牛肉是選用了美國Prime級牛肉,而且牛脷好驚喜,口感超柔嫩,牛丸又夠牛味夠彈牙天氣炎熱吃個火燒牛腩撈檬也是不錯的選擇,夠晒清爽開胃店員送上撈檬的醬汁,酸甜醒胃肥瘦適中的牛腩入口軟腍,火炙後十分香口,蠻特別的!撈檬同樣拌了多種配料,口感層次非常豐富,清爽開神,讓人不禁一口接一口吃跟餐加了兩款小食 (@$15),這款蜜糖雞肝醬多士烘得香脆,雞肝醬味道香滑肥腴香噴噴的牛油雞翼,炸得非常酥脆飲品方面我就點了養生的冬天熱飲桂花桂圓杞子茶,很清甜滋潤,朋友就點了冰涼的椰子水兩款招牌都不錯,而且價錢份量合理又不設加一,值得一試喔

超好食既火燒牛腩!
其實本人好少食撈檬因為對酸汁麻麻 為左影下靚相於是都叫左碗 事實上以視覺效果黎講真係好過湯粉
睇相都見到配料方面確實落重料 檬粉本身好幼身 岩哂偏好幼麵系既我 不過麵量就唔多 相對地牛腩片就有好幾大塊 大大片其實更考處理 一個唔覺意其實好易整得過韌 呢幾塊不特只唔韌夠哂淋 最驚喜係火炙過既口味 從未係其他越南菜館試過 各位若有機會建議一試

員工見我地兩個人share就主動幫手一開二 烘過既多士脆身 重點既雞肝醬搽面並混有蜜糖 食落有分似食緊鵝肝多士 當然無咁飽滿膩度亦減幾分 蜜糖味甜甜地都幾配下 個人覺得幾特別叫得落

香港有幾間大型連鎖越南餐廳我諗相信大家都食唔少,
但如果你嚟中環呢一間小店但用心製作嘅生牛肉湯粉,你就會真正食到越南味道。

其實用牛脷、牛柏葉、牛筋做越式湯河真係第一次
見,不過又出奇地夾,牛脷原來吸左越式湯既味都好正🤤

講返個湯底先,個感覺好清,食完都唔會口渴,好怕有餐廳做到好甜...而且可能影左一陣相,九層塔同芫茜既味已經滲透入湯底

牛腩做得好稔😆

而且我因爲一個人食坐吧檯既關係,見到廚師有keep住幫湯底量溫度,好一絲不苟

不過美中不足係店員冇主動提供青檸同埋指天椒,係食到中途發現有其他食客有先問成拎

我一向都鍾意食越南嘅pho, 奈何喺中環返工真係冇乜越南餐廳可以選擇。難得見到有一間越南pho 餐廳咁就梗係即刻去試。其實我已經食咗兩次今次先來寫comment,呢間野絕對值得推介。我第一次食嗰陣時係試咗佢哋個招牌pho, 好多餸好多料,但男士就可能覺得D粉唔夠多。女士食就非常之夠飽。首先佢個湯底做得非常之好味道夠晒濃郁,feel到用骨餚咗好耐,其次係佢嘅生牛肉非常之有肉味亦都夠嫩口,細問之下原來佢哋係用美國頂級牛肉,唔怪之得唔鞋口又好食。所有粉麵都會配青檸同辣椒夠正路,因為我都食過一啲真係唔會跟青檸同辣椒俾我ga.可以話呢間鋪頭嘅老闆絕對係用心做粉麵,食咗兩次水準都保持得到。所以真心推介。

一個人係中環唔知食咩好,行行下見到一間新開嘅鋪,門口望入去裝修唔錯,原來係食越南河為主,就入去一試,餐牌上都以牛肉為主打,以牛腩片為recommend,本人亦十分喜歡食牛,所以就點牛腩牛脷河,湯底夠熱夠味,牛腩炆得好淋,係半肥瘦嘅,我最愛,牛脷亦唔錯,唔鞋,店鋪雖然唔算大,大約有二十個坐位,但坐得舒服,一個人又可以坐Bar枱,幾好,雖然越南河好多地方都有,但食得出係有用心思去做,同平時食嘅係有分別,會再幫襯

i love to try different Vietnamese restaurant cause i love Vietnamese food and for all the Vietnamese restaurant i tried in central, this is the best. It's a new restaurant but the food is beyond my expectation. i love it's raw beef and briskets, you can have the choices of two when ordering. They also got a Prime Pho which they got all the choices in it.

I had the choice of two and with a set i had Vietnamese fried chicken nuggets and a special milk tea. The nuggets were very juicy and soft which i love it. I'm not a person who drinks coffee or tea but their milk tea was something that i would like to have again. I went there with my friend and she ordered Spring roll which was delicious too and my friend loved their "Vietnamese milk coffee".

Overall, their price are pretty reasonable compared to other restaurants in Central. For the food, i think it's their soup base is what makes it special. The restaurant is clean but small. The only thing about it is their menu got few options at the moment but they said they will add-on later. Since they are new so they only accept cash. The service is good and friendly. I would definitely like to go again.
