相反地,今次我光顧「中環」「國際金融中心」分店的「金色不如帰」,選擇享用「貝汁鹽味拉麵」的時候,發現「貝汁鹽味拉麵」鹹味程度,比「貝汁醬油拉麵」濃厚超過很多倍。

或許是因為一般「日本」「醬油」的味道都是偏甜,所以令「貝汁醬油拉麵」實際製成品湯底的味道,變得沒有「貝汁鹽味拉麵」湯底那麼鹹。我自問對味道偏鹹,價錢偏貴的「貝汁鹽味拉麵」興趣不大,下次應該不會再享用了。

至於今次我在「中環」「國際金融中心」分店「金色不如帰」裡面,除了享用味道有點偏鹹「貝汁鹽味拉麵」之外,就沒有其他適合食品供我選擇,結果我只點了一杯,由樽裝「完熟白桃」倒出來的「完熟白桃梳打汽水」。

「完熟白桃梳打汽水」的味道無疑是非常甜的,只是餐廳侍應一早替我直接把樽裝「白桃」汽水倒進玻璃杯裡面,令我無法直接感受享用樽裝汽水的快感,是少許令我感到有點失望的地方。

我發現原來「金色不如帰」拉麵食品的實際整體味道都偏向有點鹹,而且只有「豚肉」作為「叉燒」食材,有點令我失望,下次或許不會再光顧了,就算下次再光顧,我寧願食飯好過。

一上枱就已經聞到好香,原來貝汁湯底之外佢地亦都加左牛肝菌粉同黑松露醬,唔怪之得一上枱個陣香氣已經撲鼻,飲第一啖湯已經試到貝汁嘅鮮甜,配合埋面頭啲黑松露醬簡直一流。

招牌拉麵,湯底以蜆湯、豬骨清湯和魚清湯混成三重湯底,旁邊有「指引」教人如何細心品嚐整碗麵,不過看完指引覺得沒了解到什麼,換句話說:多餘。

湯是比較濃稠的,普通的豚骨湯味加上些黑椒浮動,黑椒味不如網上說的濃,濃稠豚骨湯令湯底變更鹹。
洋蔥條下藏有豚肉碎,混血黑椒都幾好味。
比較特別的是面頭幾條炸牛蒡,少有在拉麵見到,脆脆的。
同樣有兩塊薄豚,及細份幼身麵。

異於其他店舖,這家沒有讓人選麵條硬度、湯汁濃淡,蛋也不包括在麵內,要加$15才有一隻,我們就沒有加了。另外吃完麵不斷想加水飲,雖然聲稱不加味精,但是湯太鹹了,在香港來說相信不能拿下米芝蓮了。
太細碗,吃完不夠飽,性價比一般的。
整體來說,沒有吸引我再光顧的特色。

朋友話帶我食間响IFC米之蓮一星拉麵由於lunch 時間,附近都好多上班族等位,等左十五分鐘先有位。經朋友推薦今次叫了lunch set我揀左貝汁鹽味白豚骨拉麵,一口芝士脆豚加杯凍烏龍茶$168貝汁鹽味拉麵,一上枱已經聞到好濃好香嘅蜆湯味湯味好鮮有少少鹹味。而麵條係用上全麥麵粉,會見到幼幼嘅麵身帶有小小嘅麥粉。至於兩片豚肉,我就略嫌太薄片。

貝汁鹽味拉麵,一上枱已經聞到好濃好香嘅蜆湯味
湯味好鮮有少少鹹味。而麵條係用上全麥麵粉,會見到幼幼嘅麵身帶有小小嘅麥粉。至於兩片豚肉,我就略嫌太薄片。

Happy Friday去IFC行街順便食埋飯啦⋯⋯其實IFC選擇都唔少!老公話不如去食拉麵🍜咁就行咗過嚟啦!呢間拉麵之前喺日本都好似係Michelin餐廳!所以都有啲期待!當時大約6:30左右,一撳票,已經話有位啦!雖然係Bar檯,都冇所謂啦,至怕要等位,舖頭店員全部都非常有禮貌,就連隔住個口罩都feel都佢哋有笑容,好親切👍🏻👍🏻之後我哋叫咗兩碗拉麵—貝汁醬油拉麵同貝汁鹽味拉麵,同一個小食—涼拌黑松露紋甲墨魚頭!拉麵湯底好鮮味,同一般用肉類熬製嘅湯好唔同,比較鮮甜亦帶出蜆味,加埋黑松露嘅味道,好正呢~不過我個人鍾意鹽味湯底多少少,因為味道冇咁濃。另外果個小食真係誠意推介大家試吓,墨魚非常爽脆,味道酸酸甜甜好開胃!

I have ordered a shoyu Hamaguri soup ramen and a deep fried tofu. The noodle tasted ok, but very salty. However, after I finished the whole bowl of noodle, replied all the emails, checked the FB and IG, and whatsapped a few friends, the tofu still didn’t come. It finally did only when I asked for the bill. I seriously think that if a side dish would come only half an hour after the noodle, they should have alerted the customers beforehand. 見無人入去試,叫左黑椒豬骨拉麵,味道很重,其實有點過鹹但味道可以,麵質幾好是在日本食的拉麵感覺。叉燒係就係即溶甘,但太薄啦全無口感!貝汁醬油拉麵是朋友食的,我試了點湯很鮮甜係有淡淡海鮮味。加左炸雞,第一眼望落去很可愛好圓炸皮唔錯肉質ok但鎖唔夠肉汁,無咩雞味88蚊不太值。但拉麵無咩餸算是有點肉點綴下。巨峰同白桃SODA都幾好,好大杯喜歡食拉麵o既呢間都係一個選擇。
