網上面睇到好多人介紹呢間過江龍難得過到嚟中環就試吓佢午餐時間真係好多人等咗半個鐘先至入到去餐廳好大個範圍係open to all 都幾嘈下想傾吓計嘅話就唔好揀lunch hour去啦叫咗一個貝汁醬油拉麵再加溏心蛋我同朋友都跟足佢嘅食法去食先講個湯底 有海鮮味而且濃郁嘅但煮出黎好清旁邊有少少黑松露但又無搶咗啲味個人來講係覺得湯底幾出色佢有兩塊豚肉 一塊肥一塊瘦 成件事加埋係好balance 麵底亦都好食
