餐廳位置在尖沙咀K11商場附近,在地鐵站下車後只需要走五分鐘就到,地埋位置比較方便。開車的朋友也可以在附近停車,費用大約35元一小時。野食方面,大致上都比較難忘。首先叫了一份刺身,有大約五款種類,值得一提的是,三文魚腩非常肥美,咬下去很香口,油脂味較濃,值得encore;象拔蚌和帶子都算新鮮和鮮甜;吞拿魚拖羅就不過不失。呀!仲有牡丹蝦,非常新鮮,蝦頭裡的糕唔會黑色,食落都算彈牙,仲有點蝦膠的感覺。刺身整體表現良好。另外都叫左唔少串燒 ,有雞腎,脆口鹹香,調味適中。炸雞奕,鍾意佢上面有芝麻粒,好香,雞奕炸得好脆冇油益味。

今晚同朋友兩個人去尖沙咀石亭居酒屋食飯,環境唔錯!刺身真係冇得頂,好新鮮,好鮮甜,分別食左北寄貝、油甘魚、蝦、鯛魚、帶子同太魚,個人特別喜愛佢個鮮帶子!清甜爽口睇下幾大粒就知啦!另外亦都食左和牛串燒同雞肝,雞肝個人喜好麻麻,都係朋友愛吃嘅,但係個和牛真係好好食、好好食、好好食!口感好好、燒出黎味道好出,必點!另外個七味魚翅都唔錯,送酒一流,佢唔係平時出街食會痴住個口果隻,而咬落係鬆同爽,唔會好硬。壽司方面叫左拖羅同炙燒拖羅,兩個都好鮮好好食,但炙燒嘅香係分外突出,好少有係燒到我就咁食飯團都唔錯!食左咁多肉,叫左個雜菜湯烏冬,湯清清地,唔太特別。總結:刺生、串燒、拖羅一流不過兩個人食到lamlam脷都係食唔晒大家食就住份量叫啦!

味道方面豬肉腸唔算十分特別,豬肉腸整得唔會太過乾身,食起上嚟都唔錯,不過兩者比較之下我更加鍾意食呢度嘅炸雞皮,炸雞皮做得脆卜卜,鹹香味十足,我雖然係炸雞皮,我但係食落一啲都唔覺得油膩,而且覺得香氣十足!食完之後好想再encore🤤🤤🤤

最後叫咗呢味清酒煮大蜆,超大隻嘅大蜆食落好有肉感,大蜆有五大隻,因為以清酒🍶煮食落帶有少量酒香,味道都唔錯嫁!鮮味取勝

食到咁上下都已經要捧腹回家,呢間雖然係小店,但幫襯既人好多~就算有客人埋單冇耐又有新客入座。雖然座位比較迫但野食真係好得!
估唔到今次可以搵到呢間咁好味既日本餐廳,下次再同男朋友過黎食😽👍🏻
