《豫園小籠包》一定係必食推介, 秉承咗上海南翔小籠包嘅美譽, 皮薄多汁、餡料多。 喺新鮮嘅豬肉入面加入咗美味嘅湯汁, 入口湯汁瞬間爆發, 湯汁帶有肉香而且鮮甜美味, 裏面嘅豬肉餡料非常飽滿, 可謂皮薄餡靚。 加埋香醋同埋惹味嘅薑絲, 令味道更上一層樓。

適逢父親節想答謝家人,所以揀左間比較得體既上海菜同佢地食。前菜提供左一小碟酸菜,一啲鹹臭味都冇,亦都唔係平時食米線果種酸,佢係帶有少少鹹,配入紅羅蔔同毛豆,非常惹味。好juicy那小籠包,入面舊肉被大量既肉湯汁周圍,湯汁清甜,至於塊皮既厚度適中,唔會過厚。海鮮雙面黃,啲麵烘到好脆,脆得黎唔介口,麵條亦比街外食既幼,而且蛋味好濃。由於麵身幼,所以更架吸啲芡汁,芡汁入面有蝦,魚,蔬菜,再加幾滴醋一齊食,好夾。豬仔骨,肉質好嫩,一啲都唔鞋,唔似煲湯肉。每條份量唔會過多,食一條唔會比佢打飽曬,岩曬乜都想試下既朋友。野山菌,好香既菇味,炒到干身,顔色好上色。最後叫左豆沙鍋餅做甜品,豆沙好棉,唔會過甜,外皮有蛋香,皮薄,推介!

上海菜絕對係除廣東菜之外最愛的中餐.留痕約朋友試一試黎間米芝蓮推薦上海菜豫園.餐廳座落名廚林立既銅鑼灣V point.鼎爺間私房菜都係響樓下.裝修無得頂啦.豪華優雅.門口酒架提供中西名酒.仲有無敵維港景.在這用餐真係無敵享受.龍井茶脆香味十足,好鍾意.普通一碟醃菜好好味完全唔鹹上海菜點少得小籠包.皮晶瑩剔透.湯清甜.有水準.豬全臂居然可以保持到肉滑juicy.要知道出面通常都做到肉質老.而且好入味,甜味突出.炒菇表面香脆,煎到夠焦.所以除甜味外仲食到陣焦香,停唔到口.麵食嗌左.蝦肉煎兩面黃.麵身超脆,乾身無油膩感.脆過薯片.好好味.甜品豆沙餅.甜而不漏,加埋酒釀丸子.完美的一餐.
