My friend and I arrived early for dinner, and luckily we were arranged to be seated at a corner table with L shape glass walls around us. We really enjoyed the view that day coz weather was good! We were there from 6pm to 10pm. Haha...

昨晚,朋友帶了我到位於銅鑼瀛V-point的豫園食中菜,第一次去不知道味道如何呢?環境方面,座位好舒適;就算系二人台也不會感到逼。茶芥是每位$18,而前菜為$25一碟。南翔小籠包:小籠包一籠四個,每一個既小籠包同樣包有肉汁,所以需要小心夾。一咬小籠包的肉汁咇出黎,令到入面既鮮豬肉好juicy!皮不會太厚或太薄,再點上醋,令味道更加突出!海鮮雙黃麵:雙黃麵炸到脆卜卜,而且海鮮汁是另上,可令食客自行調較麵的軟硬度。海鮮包了魚肉和蝦隻,另外仲加入了蘑菇和小白菜更加健康!生煎鍋貼:鍋貼一共四隻,同樣地每隻很大;煎鍋貼不會太過油膩;鍋貼入面既鮮豬肉多汁又鮮味,簡直一食就愛上!焗釀蟹蓋:蟹蓋很的色,外層很香口,內層是蛋白;味道會比較淡味,另加一些醋令整體味道提升。

豫園係米芝蓮指南的上海餐廳,今次我是特意來品嘗精緻的上海菜!餐廳的裝修風格都是按照上海豫園為主題,大廳的壁畫描繪了老上海的風貌, 而且餐廳更有很多的落地玻璃,可欣賞到醉人的夜景。來帶上海餐廳必食的一定係小籠包!豫園的小籠包味道非常好,首先小籠包的外皮很薄,但是内餡湯汁非常豐富,小籠包一吃咬掉也不會有任何的油膩感,而且肉餡亦滑嫩。大家都覺得可以再來一籠。果然是米之蓮的級數。龍鬚鮮魚絲:這是餐廳的時令菜式,師傅將魚砌成一條條絲狀!只食刀工這道菜已經值會票價。這個菜式沒有多餘的調味,味道清清地但能食到魚的鮮甜味。值得一讚的係魚肉即使切到絲狀也沒有影響到整體的口感。上海炒年糕:這道是我最愛食的上海菜,年糕口感煙韌加上醬汁味濃,令人認不住一口接一口。
