新麻浦,初時進港名氣頗大,據說是韓國首家爐邊蛋的店家。韓潮不斷轉新,可算是不可能追上,一下子又出了芝士麵包鍋,甚麼88cm的串燒。友人相約小妹在元朗新開幕的Yaho Mall吃晚餐,友人L說:元朗也有新麻浦了!小妹說那不如就試一試吧!放工時段七點多,店內也不少人,店員安排我三人在卡位,隱蔽度頗高的。三個人也沒有甚麼好偏好,所以點了個三人套餐便可了,套餐包了個三層燒豬牛拼盤跟一碟灸燒和牛壽司。套餐燒肉分別有三層,第一層是蔬菜層,第二層是豬肉層,第三層則是牛肉層。店員說應從第一層開始燒起,蔬菜不用轉燒板,金菇燒到微微軟身,開始有水份便可,入囗爽脆,沾黑青椒醬油會更香囗。冬菇在燒烤中應剪開一塊一塊,較易燒熟,味道不會太香囗,有點微焦味,水份不足,有點乾身。五花腩脂肪分佈勻稱,分明的肥瘦脂肪瘦肉,換爐板燒過後的油脂不會直接滴在爐,有效減低彈油機會。肉質帶點爽囗不油膩,燒至微焦會更香囗,加些大醬會解膩感。護心肉小妹也是第一次吃到這護心肉,原因護心肉是一種頗貴的位置,甚麼產類也是很少。護心肉先經醃製,肉質頗嫩,肉汁頗多,味道頗入味。下次有機會一定要再試。霜降牛肉燒到七八成熟即可,入囗即溶,牛味濃郁

小妹也是第一次吃到這護心肉,原因護心肉是一種頗貴的位置,甚麼產類也是很少。護心肉先經醃製,肉質頗嫩,肉汁頗多,味道頗入味。下次有機會一定要再試。

霜降牛肉壽司

店員會到枱邊服務,可選五成熟或九成熟,因為友人不太吃得太生,所以點了全熟。店員用火槍灸燒過,擠出油脂,紅潤的色澤換化成熟透的色澤,最後加上些花生醬作結尾。牛肉味道雖濃郁,但是花生醬蓋過牛的味道,所以配花生醬有點奇怪。

紅莓紅醋

味道清新可解肉的膩感,入囗舒暢不會太冰難以入囗。聽說,紅醋有美顏的作用。

牛肉都幾大塊,飯反而細小,應該是手搓的吧!

所有肉類都醃得好入味,而且都幾厚身,啖啖肉呀!

先來個火炙霜降牛肉壽司, 這個應該是新的吧, 而且侍應會問吃生點定熟點, 即刻用火槍燒, 差不多就可以吃了, 幾有軟的感覺, 肉感好, 而且加左花生醬(侍應會先前問有無敏感!), 味道都幾得意, 不過略覺得個飯唔夠實, 夾上來就會好易散…….

先烤中間層的護心肉及霜降牛, 因為之前學過烤牛肉的秘訣, 今天就來烤給朋友吃吧, 先烤一面見到有血水就反另一面, 再烤一烤, 網紋都能漂亮的出來; 護心肉粒粒狀好嫩軟軟, 好稔加上廚師醃製過, 個汁蠻不錯啊; 而霜降牛就厚度適中, 紋理脂肪都幾好, 吃著幾多汁, 也不會太韌, 但有彈性~~~當然要加埋烤肉醬同生菜一口KO, 只怪我口太細, 一啖有難度, 但也試了兩次成功, YEAH!!!

本來侍應說蛋烤15-20分鐘就吃得, 但我地覺得還有點水狀, 所以基本上烤了半個鐘左右(應該大家要按自己當時情況去定吧~); 爐邊蛋之前是新款大熱之勢, 如今基本上任何一間烤肉店都有, 吃過不同韓店的爐邊蛋, 我始終覺得只有兩家較為標準及好吃, 這裡是其中一家, 因為泡菜與蛋漿的比例幾好, 而且加入的泡菜不會醃得無味, 最重要是蛋漿不會混太多水變太浠, 比例不錯, 烤到表面有少少脹及金黃色就可以吃, 裡面滑滑的, 亦可以看到泡菜粒, 好味YUMMY~~~本想再ENCORE REFILL, 但朋友說差不多FULL了, 兩個人吃是會快飽的, 哈哈!!!

之後又再烤那大大的排骨, 看到紋理已很漂亮, 而且廚師也在上界了得多刀, 應該會易熟同入味D, 燒到咁上下就剪開佢, 好稔唔駛點用力就可以剪到, 而且也是經廚師醃製過, 幾入味, 我覺得應該有梨汁醃過, 因為都食得出那個水果味, 很不錯……..

萬聖節血花冰~~~最後當然要吃埋個甜品啦, 餐是包BASIC那兩個可揀, 如果要揀藍莓或棉花糖或如今次萬聖節的就要加返$12~~~雖然個萬聖節冰幾核突下, 但朋友說應下節是特別VERSION, 咁就吃這個啦, 真心望多一眼都覺得好核突啊!!(其實係廚師真係做得好似…….), 這個是混合了OREO、曲奇及士多啤梨的雪花冰, 出面就有好多OREO及曲奇粉, 中間就是雪花冰及士多啤梨肉, 不過可能真係士多啤梨而家唔係季節, 所以坦白講有點酸的, 不過雪花冰都算幾綿同埋好幼細下, 加上我鍾意食的OREO曲奇粉, 可以MIX一齊都幾好吃, 同埋凡事真係唔可以睇表面, 原來那兩隻手指好好食, 哈哈!!! 加埋雪花冰一齊仲好食, 佢係好鬆化的, 似餅乾又似糖, 唔錯……

兩個人食其實真係幾飽, 如果大家想吃多款式的話餐係比較化算, 當然如果食量真的不多散叫都可以, 跟朋友開心的一餐, 又能吃到家鄉野, SO HAPPY!!! 之後希望也來這個MALL行下同試下其他野食, 不過真係平日比較好, 真心六日好多人……..

眾多韓燒之中,新麻蒲價位算公道,未算天價。座位空間比我想像中狹小,如果要帶bb車將會十分不便。你可能會話:「有bb就唔好學人食韓燒啦!」可能啦,香港就是不歡迎bb車。想像一下傷健人士,難道又是哪裡都不可以去嗎?貢嘰!

Finally there's a decent Korean bbq restaurant in Yuen Long, I don't need to go far for Korean bbq. My friend tried the one in Mong Kok and said it was very nice. Therefore, when I found out that they are opening a shop here, I asked my friend to go with me. It was 7pm and the restaurant was full of people. Finally there's a decent Korean bbq restaurant in Yuen Long, I don't need to go far for Korean bbq. My friend tried the one in Mong Kok and said it was very nice. Therefore, when I found out that they are opening a shop here, I asked my friend to go with me. It was 7pm and the restaurant was full of people. Once we got our seat, the waiter brought us lots of side dishes such as salad, raw onion, bean sprout and kimichi etc. There were lots of dinner set to choose from and we ordered the "beef and pork". This set includes different types of beef, pork, seafood, sushi roll, dessert and drinks. The staff suggested us to order the blue lemonade and hongchoade because they seem to be very popular so far. The blue lemonade tasted like lime soda and hongchoade tasted like strawberry jelly to me. They were both very nice drinks.

The staff then came with the beef sushi roll. When they arrived, they were raw beef, the staff will ask you the cooking level; since me and my friend don't really like raw beef, we asked for medium well. The staff heated them up right next to us, when they were about ready, they will put the peanut butter sauce on them. These rolls tasted so nice! The beef was so soft and easy to chew, they actually melted in my mouth. I really like the taste of the beef with the peanut butter sauce.

After that, the staff poured the egg mixture in the bbq-pan gutter for us. When the food arrived, I quickly cook the beef and pork skirt meat. The beef was so yummy, we didn't need to dip them in any sauce to eat them. They were marinated in a special sauce. Beef was soft and easy to chew. I then cooked the marinated beef prime ribs, the beef was so tender as well. They had a strong taste of pepper and soya sauce. I love the texture of the beef, they were so soft and easy to chew.

We started to eat the egg on the side before they were over-cook, they actually tasted very nice with the kmichi. We then cooked the prawns, mushrooms and sausages. The sausages had cheese inside and they were a bit salty. The mushrooms tasted so nice and smell so good while cooking. The prawns were tasteless so we dipped them in the chilli sauce.

The scallops were so big and fresh, there were lots of garlic and mayo on top of the scallop, to our surprise, the mayo actually match well with the scallop. I really like the flavour. The clams had a strong taste of pepper and the mussels were quite chewy. But my favourite was the oyster with cheese. There were lots of spices in cheese such as sweet corns, mayo and rosemary. The oyster tasted so nice with the cheese.

To finish off, we got the Halloween bloody snow ice as dessert. It was actually milky snow ice with strawberries sauce inside and oreo cookies on the outside. The two scary fingers and scary eye were actually white chocolate biscuits. The snow ice was very thin, it melted in my mouth within a second. It would be better if they put a thicker layer of the oreo cookes.

火灸霜降牛肉壽司首先上檯,鮮紅的牛肉即場淋上花生醬(始終花生是易致敏食物,之前Oppa會問清楚要不要加醬),然後以火槍燒至七成熟,極有看頭,這也是新麻蒲致勝之道~

Oppa 先燒好一面,然後會再反轉、加醬,再燒另一邊,加上成品本身肉多飯少,花生醬味頗濃郁,加起來算是挺好吃;不過那肉其實不算易咬,囝囝就不太吃到,要另外剪碎才行。

燒肉方面,牛霜降肉帶一定厚度、燒起來除了肉汁保持,咬下去的滋味非常棒,加一點麻油超好吃,建議淨吃!新麻浦護心肉口感結實,肉味也不錯,又是加點麻油、然後捲生菜吃最好。最後新麻浦秘製排骨(即牛肋)也很美味,始終牛豬之戰,我們的心總投牛的一票~

不熟火候關係,那批蜆及青口死得挺慘,烤焦了一半;不過青口本身肉質很一般,不吃也不是損失,蜆隻就很過癮,很多都藏有小蟹,味道較鮮。但最好吃是芝味豐富的烤扇貝及烤生蠔,特別後者的芝士煙韌成絲,緊緊包圍鮮甜的蠔隻,太太太邪惡又好吃啦~

雪花冰插著兩根「手指」及一隻「眼睛」,各沾上紅艷艷的「鮮血」上檯,樣子相當震撼;表情豐富的囝囝超級交戲,馬上露出超驚惶表情!之後不客氣開動啦~ 如圖,這裡的雪花冰真的很夠粉綿幼細,而成品的「鮮血」全是士多啤梨醬,冰中亦有大量士多啤梨果肉粒,因此成品口味酸甜清新,連同「手指」也鬆化好味,味道並不遜於賣相。雖然比較下還是紅豆豆粉雪花冰最美味,但也推介這出品給喜歡果味/搞鬼的朋友啊~
