而家已經漸漸進入夏天嘅天氣,難得呢個復活節假期喺香港呢一日冇落雨,仲有少少風,所以就決定去西環食個晏晝,我哋本身冇乜目標嘅,行吓行吓先到呢間幾別字嘅餐廳,就決定入去食。呢到裝修感覺好西式,但其實d野食都有d中西fusion,幾特別。我哋要咗兩個午市套餐,所有lunch set都包左三個starter,脆炸意大利戒指小雲吞配蒜香蕃茄醬,黃金單骨雞翼同埋月亮蝦餅配冰梅醬。我覺得個黃金單骨雞翼整得好好食,salted egg yolk嘅質感剛剛好,唔會太greasy或者太杰身。另外個冰梅醬都超好食,酸酸甜甜有d似升級版honey mustard。低溫慢煮加拿大豬鞍陪中式糖醋汁塊豬雖然好厚,但keep到好juicy,呢d就係慢煮嘅功力啦!煎紐西蘭牛柳配薑蔥汁塊牛好好食,超濃牛味,口感一流。兩個main雖然係fusion嘅醬汁,但都冇搶左原本啲肉嘅味道,不錯!當然連伴菜都烤得好好啦,尤其係個broccolini!呢間餐廳細細地但真心好好食!

餐廳收費加一,人均200 HKD 左右,如果想飲House wine/ cocktail 另外加48-58 HKD, 中上環黎講性價比好高, 填飽肚皮又有好多新鮮味覺享受😎

以餐廳名字來命名,我想絕對是餐廳特色招牌海鮮飯!同樣以fusion手法炮製~海鮮是油甘魚、大蝦、帶子、三文魚、三文魚子,以日式火炙的方式炮製,樣樣新鮮,入口鮮甜!最意想不到同樣亦是最出色的是飯底,感覺在吃西班牙海鮮飯,但是又加入了肉腸,味道有點像臘腸?又有點豆豉香?飯粒粒粒飽滿,吸滿了精華,非常惹味!!

月亮蝦餅
蝦餅造型很精緻,有點像pizza,搭配微酸微甜的冰梅醬挺合拍,口感彈牙彈牙的。

-他們的主菜主打中西合璧,幾有趣。四川辣汁搭配軟硬適中嘅意粉🍝,看似風馬牛不相及的兩者,確實融合得很好,香辣不嗆喉的川辣味滲透入豬肉的紋理之中,很入味亦惹味。
-另一款主菜,加拿大豬鞍亦有驚喜,肉質軟嫩,色澤粉紅,加上咕嚕肉會用到的糖醋汁,雖然很fusion,但卻配搭得很好,有種渾然天成,感覺豬鞍就是應該配糖醋汁的感覺。周邊的配菜例如綿密的焗薯仔,爽彈多汁的雞髀菇和吹口香甜的小蘿蔔,亦非常不錯。
