燒味絕對是香港人常吃餐廳首三位,平日午飯茶餐抑或放工加餸都會見到燒味的蹤影。 今次來到深水埗基隆街的快靚正。 先來兩碗例湯,例湯非常足料,絕不是味精湯。 鵝脾燒肉飯 燒肉外皮香脆,肥膏及肉的比例適中,肥而不膩。 燒鵝髀啖啖肉,外皮香脆中帶點油香,肉汁豐盛,很久沒有吃過如此高質的燒鵝髀了。 乳豬燒鵝飯 乳豬外皮薄脆,帶脂香而不油膩,乳豬肉亦嫩滑。 燒鵝雖然不及燒鵝髀,但鵝皮脆中帶點油香,陣陣鵝香撲鼻。 燒排骨 因為整體質數非常滿意,所以外賣一些回家加餸。肉嫩多汁的燒排骨,帶點蜜汁甜味,送飯佳品。 整體食物,服務態度都非常好,值得再去。

領教過燒味之後, 留下欠佳的印象, 又要試試這店的炒粉麵了, 因為這店有很多, 排山倒海的好評, 唔試唔心息.今天碰巧是黃金週的最後一天, 所有旅遊區都爆棚, 要吃好西當然唔可以去旺區和名店啦.這在深水埗的好評店在下午三點半郤不多客,  只有兩三位. 於是找一個可以看電視的卡位坐下.價期仍然有特價的下午茶餐, 中式的炒粉麵連冷或熱飲品都是39 大元. 於是要了干炒牛河和涷啡.轉眼間, 涷啡已經在面前, 狂吸一啖, 普通貨色而已. 十分鐘後, 一碟星洲炒米擺在面前, 也不太意外, 這些日子, 要大陸阿姐唔做錯野, 比登天還難. 於是有禮貌地告訴她, 上錯了食物. 她一言不發地拿走.五分鐘後乾炒牛河終於到了. 是真的現炒的. 因為很燙口, 味道不錯, 不過很多油. 算了吧, 出來飲食, 廚師那會照顧人客的健康!一啖一驚心之下吃完那碟危害健康但好味道的牛河之後, 慢慢飲完咖啡, 心想這名店, 如非必要, 不會再來了.

Other Info. : 除了屈指可數的幾間店, 多數的乾炒牛河都很多油, 似乎是行規, 不過喜歡吃這東西的在下, 又不可以忍口. 不過這店落油又真的很重手, 奈何! 收銀的小哥郤很有禮貌.

見網上一致好評,今日行過就去試下,差不多兩点大把位,網上講啲燒味不俗就試下啦,四十幾燒味飯唔算特別平,我食燒肉燒鴨飯,一坐低送碗例湯,整碟飯眼看已伏,先講燒肉,一個字“肥”冇味,皮少脆。未算最精彩,燒鴨冇肉多骨最伏係有雪味。忍唔住要碟酸梅醬遮下啲雪味。凍奶茶又細杯似花園餐廳嗰啲,四十幾有啲对唔住食客,感覺似二十元外賣飯盒。不過阿姐服務態度不錯,地方算企理。除非入錯,不會有下次。

今日要成兩點鐘先可以食到lunch 諗諗下仲有半個鐘就有下午茶不如睇下深水埗有冇啲平靚正嘅下午茶, 突然見到一間 燒味茶餐廳 已經差唔多成兩點三 依然水涉不通 應該有咁上下水準先會吸引咁多人喺呢個鐘數都過嚟食嘢。88蚊放題真係好抵食 平時你去街叫一碟乳豬飯都起碼50蚊起條 而且仲可以有燒鵝髀 大家都知一隻燒鵝髀最平都起碼六七十蚊啦 所以我放題性價比真係好高 而且服務質素亦好好 員工會主動問你落唔落單而且相對上菜速度奇快 開頭以為 炒粉麵喺放題是一早炒定到時呢倒不出嚟點樣知你可以feel到我一碟炒粉麵都係即叫即走 果然絕對冇將貨就貨。 整體燒味嘅質素都好好乳豬皮好脆 唯一燒排骨食落去感覺有啲鹹 如果有機會再嚟深水埗 一定會再嚟多一次放題 不過食完之後 可能要第日先 有胃口食嘢 因為真係好飽!!!

88蚊放題真係好抵食 平時你去街叫一碟乳豬飯都起碼50蚊起條 而且仲可以有燒鵝髀 大家都知一隻燒鵝髀最平都起碼六七十蚊啦 所以我放題性價比真係好高 而且服務質素亦好好 員工會主動問你落唔落單而且相對上菜速度奇快
開頭以為 炒粉麵喺放題是一早炒定到時呢倒不出嚟點樣知你可以feel到我一碟炒粉麵都係即叫即走 果然絕對冇將貨就貨。
整體燒味嘅質素都好好乳豬皮好脆

唯一燒排骨食落去感覺有啲鹹

如果有機會再嚟深水埗 一定會再嚟多一次放題 不過食完之後 可能要第日先 有胃口食嘢 因為真係好飽!!!

這間好評多多的店實在很吸引人. 數月前試過一次食下午茶餐, 感覺不錯, 今天下午特意留肚再食.下午三點鐘, 入去時人客只有兩三位, 找個可以看電視的卡位坐下, 慢條斯理的看餐牌, 選擇很多, 不過今次的目的是再試它著名的燒味.於是點了燒肉叉燒瀨粉, 雙併是三十五大元, 假如只單味只需三十二, 外加冷熱飲品只加六元. 今次要了涷啡.飲品先來, 於是狂飲了一半, 是不好也不壞, 五分鐘後瀨粉來了, 份量不錯, 不過第一眼便看見叉燒是全瘦的, 已經心裡有數.一試之下, 叉燒是又乾又柴, 味道嘛, 是算好的, 但是郤不能好評, 因為的確是劣品.燒肉嘛, 是腩尾的部份, 肉有軟骨, 味道狂鹹, 鹹, 鹹, 皮也不是好東西, 不脆, 是很韌, 勉強咬得開, 是我不願浪費食物之故. 也可以考驗牙力.碗內有些椰菜碎, 是又老又韌的部份, 又好, 可以增加粗纖維, 照食.到主角的瀨粉, 郤是不錯的, 爽滑, 彈牙. 湯底是普通的豬骨湯, 因為燒臘店當然不乏豬骨.終於千辛萬苦吃完這碗粉, 心裡十分不悅, 燒臘店通常都會把頭頭尾尾的貨色賣給叫碟頭飯和粉麵的餐裡, 把最差的部份拿去煲例湯.但是不應該在一份餐中

湯底是普通的豬骨湯, 因為燒臘店當然不乏豬骨.
終於千辛萬苦吃完這碗粉, 心裡十分不悅, 燒臘店通常都會把頭頭尾尾的貨色賣給叫碟頭飯和粉麵的餐裡, 把最差的部份拿去煲例湯.
但是不應該在一份餐中把劣品都一起上呀. 幾十元怎對得起人客?
這口烏氣怎麼放得下, 所以要把這一向好評的店決定給予劣評.

去黃金買完遊戲碟就想吃個燒味飯,發現在西九對面就有間,很方便。很多人來買燒味斬料。燒鵝燒得好靚,睇到都流口水。燒鵝脾瀨粉($65)好大隻脾,皮脆肉嫩,肉很多,可以大口大口的吃,覺得很滿足。瀨粉很大碗,cp值很高。熱檸樂加薑(加$10)有很多薑,夠辣,正。蒜茸炒時菜($48)是椰菜,可以要求少油少鹽,健康d,都幾大碟。凍檸樂($16)叉燒油雞雙拼($95例牌),油雞是脾,肉質很嫩,很有味道,又不會很鹹。叉燒有很多,但瘦了一點。例湯菜乾湯唐生菜($15)抵食。有時唔係去飲,都想食下乳豬($158例牌),呢度都有得食。皮脆脆的,肉質很緊緻。

每次去女皇外婆屋企探佢,都好想買啲嘢食加料。聽外母話外公最中意食靓叉燒就唸到深水埗嘅快靓正每次黎到都有排隊現象,所以水準有一定保證。老闆比人一種好健談好有heart嘅感覺,落單時會問淸客人需要後,再加上自己個人頂介,就連鋪頭已經增添支付寶付款服務,又有網上外賣平台嘅外賣app,都喺你等師傅斬料時向我分享。同一般舊式燒味店有著大大嘅分別,可以睇出老闆求新嘅心思。其實除左燒腊快靓正仲有賣炒粉麵,碟頭飯,但每次都比佢嘅燒味部所吸引堂食環境也尚算淨潔,同一般茶餐廳無異。掛到滿滿嘅油雞燒鵝而另一張枱就放下燒豬無咁受歡迎部位,每碟$10,師傅仲強調絶對新鮮,絶不隔夜良心小店。講咁耐,今日我就買左,半肥叉燒一斤,的確係招牌肥瘦適中,肉汁豐富,可惜師傅無比叉燒汁我,攪到有缺憾。另一招牌燒腩,薄薄嘅脆皮與瘦肉間夾雜了一層肥膏,脆口肉香後跟住油香溶喺口中燒鴨肉身略為乾,相信堂食好較好。最後嘅滷水乳鴿皇(比起一般乳鴿較大,多肉食),同油雞都唔錯。希望呢位有heart嘅老闆會越做越好。

有朋友是深水埗老街坊,一向都知我鍾情燒鴨,據說有間老字號,開業多年,出品唔錯,所以今晚決定去斬料加餸,試吓得唔得!間舖都算易搵,係正西九龍中心天橋出口,不過門面就街坊啲!本來淨係諗住買燒鴨同叉燒,因為今晚屋企人齊,決定斬埋燒腩同油雞。師傅兩三下手勢就斬好晒了。返到屋企梗係即係開飯啦!睇相都見到,燒腩$148/斤皮脆肉嫩,送啤酒一流之後就係我最鍾意嘅燒鴨$70/半隻,食落唔太肥之餘,肉質仲好軟腍入味!另外斬料又點少得叉燒$90/斤呢雖然今次我揀咗瘦叉,不過食落都唔會韌!阿媽最欣賞隻油雞$110/隻!皮薄肉厚,兼且味道十足,送飯一流朋友今次真係無介紹錯,而且價錢唔算貴,下次可以再嚟食過!!
