市面好多快餐店、燒味店貨源一般是攞貨售賣,新唔新鮮、肉質靚唔靚、餣得好唔好都無法穩定控制,但深水埗呢間開業十幾年的快靚正燒味茶餐廳,於元朗自設廠房燒製燒味,一手一腳由買貨餣製燒烤至售賣都是親力親為,可見餐廳對燒味的認真同執著。快靚正茶餐廳位於西九龍廣場附近,燒味可以斬料外帶亦可以選擇堂食,堂食就有更多粉面飯供選擇,真係明符其實快靚正就可以醫飽個肚,而且仲非常抵食!今日一家人開飯,買左半隻燒鵝、一斤乳豬同半斤叉燒,燒鵝本身大隻,肉質非常嫩滑而且肉汁juicy,肥美的外皮非常甘香,配埋酸梅醬,啖啖肉好好味!$190/半隻乳豬皮非常脆口,餣製入味,$175/1斤,非常抵食,又新鮮,熱辣辣忍唔住偷食,開飯時已經無左半盒,好好味!不得不提半肥瘦叉燒,肥肉剛剛好不會太多,餣製入味,肉質新鮮唔會鞋唔會硬,重點是全部熱騰騰的,回到家仍有餘溫,即刻開飯趁熱食,非常味美。燒味又何止以上三款呢,仲有燒乳鴿、燒腩仔、燒鴨等等,經過深水埗值得考慮斬料之選。

本來夜晚約了友人食飯,誰知最後被放發機,唯有轉戰去陪屋企人食飯,為了方便唔使煮到大汗淋漓,最後選擇了去斬料加餸。這間在西九龍中心對面的燒味店,燒味每日新鮮製作,賣完即止,除了外賣燒味,還有堂食。燒味價錢都不算便宜,但勝在新鮮。燒腩仔外皮鬆脆,肥瘦均勻,有豬肉味,不是街邊幾十蚊貨式可媲美,食落有肉汁,不會燒得太乾及太咸。半隻油雞煮得入味雞味嫩滑,中間不會有血水,雞皮都有雞油香味。本來點了兩樣燒味就算,但見乳豬新鮮出爐,忍唔住再要了一斤,反正五六個人都應該可以食完,乳豬外皮比燒腩仔更脆,咬入口真係卜卜聲,下面的豬肉薄薄一層,真係食到肚滿腸肥。

今日去到深水埗買野 ,經過見到有間燒味吸睛,忍吾住入左去吃晚餐 ,入到去見到裝潢都幾乾淨而且仲有電視睇,黎到當然就食燒味啦,左諗右諗最後決定雙拼加飲品,而做外賣妹的我就買左外賣比先生。乳豬燒鵝飯 $92,燒鵝脾勁吸引,咬落去味道濃又香,皮帶點微脆口。乳豬一咬脆的聲音十分討好,而且肉又好味,配上乳豬醬一絕,而且送的湯又好飲足料。紅豆冰 配飯加$4,味道甜度適中,紅豆大粒都夠淋身,味道不錯。黑椒干炒豬扒意粉 $54加辣版是待應推介,先生都覺得十分好味,黑椒味夠重又香,豬扒份量大口感不錯,食完勁飽肚。鹵水乳鴿 $50,鹵水味不錯而且真係比平常更大隻,不過肉都保持到嫩滑。臨比錢時原來這裡可以用支付寶添,十分方便。

逛完西九中心一圈後,在西九龍中心來來去去都是那些餐廳,沒有一間有特別特色的,在西九龍中心的餐是很多種類,但是質素沒有很好,之後我就去了西九龍中心天橋那邊下去街市那邊找東西買回家吃,一下去就看到有一間叫快靚正燒味茶餐廳的,這裡的燒味不是太貴,跟大部分的燒臘店差不多,我點了一斤肥叉燒、半隻油雞回家加料,跟家人一起吃。在等外賣的過程中,有一個應該是老闆的年輕人過來跟我聊天,他說這裡的燒味都是我們自己燒的,沒有像出面一樣是叫已燒完的回來,所以我們的燒味會比較新鮮。回到家中,先來一口肥叉,叉燒的瘦肉很軟嫩,沒有很乾很硬的感覺,肥油的香氣也充滿了整個口腔。而油雞的味道剛好,不會燒得過火而變硬變乾,相對的味道沒有過鹹,在家配上甜豉油飯就很好吃。這裡也有使用支付寶作付款,也有使用網上外賣平台和網上外賣平台作外賣,沒想到這裡是那麼與時俱進的。

這個叉燒不得了
肉質軟能到不行,就連牙口不好的長輩都覺得順口,完全沒有咬不動的感覺!真的一口接一口!而且叉燒汁也與他家不同,帶了點鮮甜,裹上米飯也是一碗接一碗的節奏!這個真的超讚的啦⋯⋯本來一斤想說放著慢慢吃!結果最後也一併K.O掉了!

本人對燒肉啊,燒腩的完全無感,就是很不愛!原因就是超 級 乾 的 !老公吃了一口後,直接又夾了一口塞到我嘴裡!
天哪!這應該是這輩子我吃過最濕軟的燒腩了!最扯的還是,不會有油膩感;油脂分配得剛剛好

話說這盤油雞我只吃了一塊,而且是很小快的!一個不留神,跟家人聊天:轉身就剩下一個空碟!
所以,好吃的程度你就自己想像;我先到旁邊哭一哭
(不過至少也有嚐到一塊啦)

朋友係深水埗區工作,同我講佢公司附近有檔燒味好多人排隊我見我同佢公司都係差2個站, 一於放工搵埋佢斬個料返屋企試下先去到員工們都好熱情, 佢地好似係一家人一齊係舖入面幫手咁唔知邊樣好食, 就跟佢地推介既招牌燒味咁斬首先係燒鵝, 比左1/4 個下裝我, 連埋隻脾通常燒鵝比較多肥膏, 呢到既肥膏同肉比例岩岩好唔會過膩之後仲斬左少少燒腩仔, 呢個老豆最愛平時飲茶都一定要叫既,返到屋企個皮仲脆, 好神奇最後仲有乳豬, 平時去飲先食既, 呢到既乳豬皮薄肉嫩, 有少少肥膏所以食落唔會太乾身~

又到左一年一度買遊戲機日,當然要去深水步個頭買啦,因為之前都係個到買開,特別有新切感,所以重遊故地。買完四隻遊戲之後見餓,當然要食我最鐘意既燒昧飯啦,就係買遊戲附近,見到師虎斬料,當然要買啲返屋企食啦,之後我點左,半肥瘦叉燒,燒腩仔,同埋我至愛既乳鴿,係現場都忍不住偷食左幾舊,現覺叉燒既比例岩岩好,肥肉都平均,而且燒腩仔啲皮好好好脆,一定冇得輸,最後乳鴿更加唔洗講,好食過深井,所以燒味黎講呢間算出色

今日阿媽話唔想煮太多,叫我斬啲料返屋企加送,咁香港人第一時間就梗係諗起叉燒啦,於是我放工就那那林趕去斬料啦見佢寫住快靚正,完全符合晒香港人嘅要求,而且睇到佢櫥窗啲雞又黃又大隻,咁就梗係要試吓啦。呢隻燒鴨返到屋企仲係熱㗎,而且皮脆肉滑,肉質厚實又唔會好肥膩,而且價錢有經濟實惠,絕對係抵食燒肉用正腩肉位,肥瘦適中,啲皮依然好爽脆,肉質彈牙,啖啖肉連阿媽都問我去邊度買到啲咁靚嘅燒腩仔返嚟。叉燒蜜味好重,而且用嘅係梅頭肉,肉質厚實肥瘦適中,食落淋身又香甜,用你送飯真係一流呀⋯⋯乳豬嘅皮鬆化無比,食落脆卜卜,又唔會好肥最緊要係唔會有豬嘅蘇味,,呢間快靚正真係食過返尋味,連阿媽都話平時唔識買餸嘅我今次果然無揀錯。
