水瓜煮魚鰾:魚鰾一般是用沙爆,所以有時過水唔清會帶有小沙礫,聽聞此店用上沙頭角魚鰾,而且是用鹽爆,多了一份咸香.魚鰾吸收肉碎及水瓜所煮的肉湯,爽口清甜.

白飯:白飯都寫?..........無錯,一碗平平無奇的白飯,加入店方提供的豬油和頭抽,咸香之餘,飯煮得粒粿分明,雖然同大榮華尚有段距離,但在粉嶺已別無分號.

第三站已經要食上海野,睇下蒸餾水滿唔滿意先?

星期六又同老媽子去新漢記,可能lunch晏食又食得太飽(沙田魚尾獅),晚餐兩味餸兩個人食,都覺得啱啱好.咸豬骨芥菜食過好幾次,真係好正,芥菜爽,豬骨有肉唔肥又唔硬,d湯入味,係今次好似咸左少少. 下次再去都依然會再食咸豬骨芥菜,超讚!叫埋蠔餅,白飯. 埋單一百廿幾.

我見識少,客家菜我剩係食過呢間同客家好棧(講真我唔覺客家好棧有幾客家),如果住北區嘅朋友都可能知,聯和墟無咩多,餐廳最多!(以前未曾火燒舊街市時代,聯和墟係有200+間食肆!)新漢記日日都仲爆到九彩,好唔好食唔洗多講. 禽晚早收工,八點幾返到粉嶺點知老媽子無煮飯,仲好!一於又去新漢記,去到好彩有張細枱,我地坐低坐出面都又有幾枱等緊.兩個人,食唔到幾多,諗左好耐一於試兩樣未食過嘅野. 黃酒炒雞好香,有種類似薑醋嘅味道,雞啱啱好,好滑! 送飯一流,最衰就係我最愛嘅雞尖焦左.. 可惜可惜 魚腐浸菜心正! 魚腐索晒d菜湯,好好味,菜心唔會浸到"林"晒,d湯好清甜,我飲左好多另外仲食左. 砵仔飯天氣凍左,連飯都凍埋  蠔餅老媽子要食,唔係炸,軟身,似蠔仔炒蛋多d.再加啤酒,圓滿結束唯一問題..  上菜等好q耐

昨天北上完找肥仔三人到粉嶺新漢記晚飯。叫咗五個餸菜:1.梅菜皇蒸家豬肉($68)-----梅菜都幾好食,但豬肉就唔好嗱。2.一品炒鮮魚麵($68)-----都可以。3.生煎一夜紅衫魚($68)-----用鹽淹了一夜後才煎,香口好味。4.鮮蜆肉煮葛粉絲($58)-----太重胡椒粉。5.七味黃金炸豆腐($48)-----樣靚、味道普通。因昨日係假期,有好多人等位。所以好快食完,把枱讓回給下輪食客

爸爸生日,去了屋企附近的客家飯店--新漢記,豬骨保--好好味,全部豬筒骨,湯底好香藥材同胡椒味,o岩晒凍既天氣魚麵--好特別,麵好爽,不過太油走地雞--好滑,好味缽仔飯--有埋豬油同埋頭抽,不過飯唔夠熱,所以唔夾豬油佢地話食物不放味精,食完之後不太口乾,呢度既客家菜比起外面果d客家菜無咁多咪精,同埋d食物幾有特色,我阿爸係客家都覺ok,但唔太正宗,如缽仔飯可看到佢地既誠意,另一方面價錢平食物ok

一間令人失望的食肆出現成名係咪代表可以亂咁黎?幫趁少說都有幾年,趁有食友老遠入黎探望小b,安排飯局少不免,早幾天已訂好檯,但當部份食友到達時,主理人竟然說電話唔係佢接而當無件事.........離譜,我點知邊個話事呀?幸好食友大方無計較,但已心中有氣.其實以往食開都知邊樣得,胡椒豬骨湯淡到你唔信,份量少得可憐,狗仔鴨煲食左幾年都係煲上加菜,但個阿姐當我第一次黎,仲話一直以黎都無煲上,我都無佢咁好氣,走地雞肥又無乜雞味,仲要過生,心頭冷左一截,忍唔住自己去指要邊隻,水瓜魚膘份量係以前既三份二,梅菜扣肉同蝦醬蒸肉青算係好d既兩個菜,但係一餐碟碟份量少,食極都唔飽,服務大倒退,食品不思進取,大可從我心中有特色食肆中刪除.

山長水遠走入粉嶺做乜?為的是來看看爐兄剛滿月的兒子,在此祝福他永遠健康快樂。睇完BB,爐兄領班前往新漢記吃飯。訂位時,阿姐說明7時有位,去到則轉口風話頭輪做6:30pm,我哋粹之要等到7:45pm方可入坐,服務這一欄,扣分。講番食,整體上OK,但未致於好味到排長籠。是晚最出色的是蝦醬豬面青,絲瓜魚唇都唔錯,很鲜。胡椒豬肚湯很淡口,胡椒味奇弱。蕃茄浸懵仔魚很腥,我剩係食得落啲蕃茄,炆狗仔鴨我倆都不喜歡,味道很鹹。梅菜扣肉的肥肉都算鬆化,可惜瘦肉部份炆得不夠淋。薑葱蠔獲氣夠,新鲜厚肉;走地雞爐兄嫌不夠走地,但我認為OK,肉都算滑,雞味亦有。豬油撈飯以砵仔上,味道明顯不及大榮華,豬油、頭抽及飯都不香。個人認為不值山長水遠特登走入嚟食。

新漢記是粉嶺區內有名的客家小館,電硯台也曾採訪過它。因為有位同事不喜愛這店經常有食客在吸煙,平日午飯總是幫襯相鄰的豐味軒多,今天有人提出不如試吓新漢記,客人不多但仍要撘枱,我要了一客醬爆雞球飯,跟例湯和飲品,例湯是眉豆杞子煲廋肉湯,看來沒有落味精,雞球飯不錯但餸少飯多。食物水準合格,下次都會再來。

個日唸住去過度試下...去到大約7:00等到7:40先有位..見到咁多人排隊...心唸應該好好食掛..大約8點就落左order啦..點知等極都未有得食..人地遲黎ge都食飽啦..我地唯有問阿姐...原來係唔記得落單..最終等到9點幾先有得食...d食物並沒有想像中的好味而且都唔平.

山長水遠驅車8人黎食,訂7點枱,企到8點至俾張細枱。其間個老闆娘(我估)仲話唔關佢事,唔係佢接電話,係佢D伙計接,佢就唔會受7點枱!!如前文指出,有D人識得老闆唔駛等(或等少D),very bad ar!食物水準差錯,魚湯米線D魚湯好咸,D米線好硬。魚鰾又係好咸,仲92蚊咁貴!飯又硬又乾!最好味係果支燒豬仔骨同梅菜扣肉D梅菜,墨魚餅都OK!果度管理好亂,等位訂位你就知。好多人都食到一肚氣,昨晚就有兩枱投訴:一枱投訴叫左條魚唔黎,原來係冇哂,但果枱人口呆等都冇人話佢知,D人好火;另外一枱就投訴亂開前菜錢,張單又唔啱!所以我地都對左好耐單!

講真,我自己係客家人,但都唔好清楚有咩特色菜,我只知黃酒煮雞同埋蚊豬腩肉,哈哈!我知道聯和墟有一間幾出名飯店係食客家菜,身為粉嶺之友,終於有機會試!正宗客家黃酒炒雞- 半隻($88)喱個好香口,我好鍾意味道,再多酒味仲好,但雞就碎,大件就開心。魚腐煮時菜喱個係侍應推介,但魚腐咸,清清都唔錯。豆豉鯪魚煮大豆芽($38)o.k.啦,喱個唔咩難整菜式,但豆豉鯪魚油麥菜就食得多,豆豉鯪魚煮大豆芽就係第一次食。咸菜紅炆豬肉($45)哎呀!肥淋淋!坦白講,肥豬腩肉我就唔食架啦!但咸菜& 汁真係好正,送飯一流。豬油砵仔撈飯($8)砵仔飯好香口,不過唔算太大砵,我諗男士要食2砵先夠。同大榮華一樣自己撈,但豬油好稀,唔似大榮華咁傑。 我5個人,食4個都好夠,份量都算o.k.,味道都唔錯,係油膩,我諗間舖都有一定捧場客,佢話紅日要訂位。
