昨晚有朋友請去尖沙咀鮨石在寶勒巷1號地下,廚師發辦日本菜omakase,室內座位和燈光舒服, 我們選神石餐,有九款 菜式,這位廚師是個幾好傾,清楚和詳細介紹每款菜式所用材料👏👏,頭盤蝦上面有少許醃製 tuna內臟醬料與蝦是絕配😋😋 ,配極濃味靜岡蕃茄,杯內赤水母十分爽脆,白魚中排首位的伊左木sashimi,非常之鮮甜,北海道北寄貝,12頭帆立貝,青心魚子上面磨上柚子皮,食後令口腔感覺清新,我本來對魚子麻麻地,但是這魚子要比個讚👏👏 ,安鮟魚肝側邊加二片自家醃日本西瓜bb超好味, 熟食慢煮八爪魚,燒獅魚, 中日fusion蚧肉燒賣有新意。七件壽司 ,地金目,北海道赤貝切像蝴蝶賣相👍👍,墨魚,Toro, 紫菜包著 一片生和一片熟tuna,味道與別不同,還有紫菜湯及甜品,這餐真是滿足。食材新鮮加廚師用心做,是大家值得來一試。

腦天 - 呢個詞係解額頭位,食落去同拖羅的感覺更唔同,真係做到入口即溶嘅感覺!不過唔知係呢個部位特色定點,係食到有少少筋的。

灸燒左口魚 - 始終食左咁多件,味蕾都有D遲鈍,呢一道溫度比較暖,同鹹香來得剛好!
