泡菜豚肉鍋 $280 (烏冬加$30)
清甜微辣的湯底和豐富的配料,湯底的酸辣味帶點甜味,令人食指大動,搭配上泡菜和豬肉,每一口都讓人欲罷不能。我們最後也忍不住加了烏冬,烏冬吸收了湯底的鮮味,增添了口感的豐富度,令整餐飯更完美。
