✿豆豉鬆餅球✿作為前菜來講,我覺得幾特別!細細粒唔會話好飽,打開有熟悉嘅豆豉味。我諗好多香港人都會鍾意!✿蘋果木煙燻吞拿魚刺身沙律✿呢個吞拿魚刺身都係前菜,同平時唔一樣嘅,就係因為用咗蘋果木煙燻去製作,所以食落去有一浸煙熏味。底下仲有沙律,味道幾清新✿美國頂級肋眼牛扒✿而家注重健康嘅人都唔係咁鍾意食啲有激素嘅食物,呢度就啱晒啦!因為牛扒都係無抗生素或激素,我自己覺得識落去真係唔同啲,而且健康啲。牛扒已經切好條狀,方便食用。✿魚子醬意粉✿見唔見到!上面有一堆魚子醬,呢一個意粉真係好奢華,除咗有魚子醬之外,仲有龍蝦汁。

開胃菜 -伊比利亞火腿係用50 個月的豬仔醃製而成嘅。大廚話佢來自西班牙西南部的一個小型工匠農場自己飼養的豬。而且這種火腿是專門為亞洲製作的,不會好重鹹味,有好香濃嘅豬肉味!
