天婦羅係呢間日本料理舖最出名嘅食物,今次廚師為我地準備左四款天婦羅。
1 炸蝦天婦羅-雖然係最常見嘅一款,但今次呢間做得非常出色。炸粉薄,唔油膩,炸蝦口感非常彈牙。
2日本沙追魚天婦羅-味道比較淡,但魚質嫩滑!
3 半生熟帶子天婦羅配三文魚子- 雖然從來冇食過咁樣嘅食法,但估唔到都幾夾!
4 金雕魚天婦羅蝦湯- 湯底有甘辣味,金雕魚連魚鱗炸,非常鬆脆!第一次食天婦羅配湯,天婦羅喺湯入面仍然保持脆度!

一聽到係日本同事好介紹嘅地方,真係要去試下。Book到個四個人窗口位。今次我哋試呢個午餐二重奏係包括兩款嘅主食, 第一款呢就揀咗溫泉蛋+ 北海道松葉蟹 蟹肉飯; 第二款就揀咗 天婦羅蕎麥麵。始終冬天係食蟹嘅季節,難得lunch有得食蟹肉真係唔好錯過另外 ,本店嘅signature 就係天婦羅, 所以點可以唔試下。欣賞個天婦羅係唔油, 同埋最主要係 天婦羅嗰個皮唔會搶曬蝦嘅味道. 當然啦因為每個位都有三種唔同嘅 配合天婦羅 去食既 調味鹽同埋 蘿蔔絲, 所以如果覺得唔夠味,就可以自己加味。最後原來個餐仲跟甜品嘅,如果鍾意食朱古力嘅朋友就啱曬啦, 送埋碗湯同埋杯綠茶,,飲完食完又係時候返工嚕。
