食物一般,沒甚麼驚喜,tempera 皮微微厚了一點。環境整潔,但廚師和其他食客傾計既聲浪十分大聲,覺得去了酒樓或大排檔般。建議不要去,如果想與男/女朋友共進浪漫午/晩餐。The food is mediocre. The chef was talking and laughing with other customers very loudly throughout the entire night. I definitely do not recommend going if you want a romantic night out.

以為係天婦羅做主打嘅餐廳,叫左最貴個餐,點知食左十幾道菜都只係有四件天婦羅食。天婦羅質數比起同一價位嘅天婦羅餐廳算係不過不失,雖然其他唔係天婦羅嘅菜式質數都唔錯。如果係想食天婦羅的話,應考慮其他餐廳。一道菜同另一道菜之間時間相隔太耐,食左三個幾鐘,fine dining 係會食耐啲,但三個幾鐘就真係坐到唔想再坐。環境亦唔係特別舒適有氣氛,非bar 枱甚至有啲過份暗昏,雖然枱同枱之間有一定距離,但總之就有種坐到唔想坐嘅感覺

一年前剛開業時,感覺良好,天婦羅材料新鮮,廚功了得。今次再訪,食物及服務水準均劇降。「特上天婦羅御膳」其實是高級便當,有前菜、沙律、刺身、豉湯、什錦天婦羅、白飯、腌菜,食物質素合格,刺身新鮮,但鎮店食品天婦羅卻異常差勁,魷魚淡而無味、花竹蝦欠缺回甘、蝦頭油、目光魚普通、海鰻肉質無彈性(弄得像一堆炸粉)、野菜一般,最不能接受的是煮食油或炸漿出了問題,從午飯後到晚間一直有油膩嘔心的情況,而且感到很熱氣,口腔長出數粒痱滋,正常來說,正宗天婦羅是不會帶來這種反應,香港中下價日式餐廳卻經常出現。服務方面,中環的午飯時段一向很擠擁,明白的。所以便預先訂了,可惜這是沒有分別的,侍應只是順序按號安排入座,結果是卡窿位,與左右兩邊客只隔一尺。快餐店格局,高級餐廳的收費。

Came here for lunch the other day but their ‘lunch set mix & match’ didn’t live up to its hype.I ‘mixed and matched’ the veggie tempura rice with crab meat & egg bento. The tempura was seriously not as good as expected as they came pretty soggy and barely warm. The tempura was also a bit too oily. 又一驚喜之作!沒想到連甜品也用這麼多心思制作!

整體都非常之好,很喜歡這裡,喜歡廚師的用心,一定會再來!

一年前幫襯過一年,今次一樣係水準穩定!去過日本漁市場好多次,其實瀧嘅壽司比好多日本餐廳都仲好食Omakase最大嘅好處可以坐席前,同師傅慢慢傾計!了解食材嘅產地來源好重要,好記得依到嘅師傅講過,會覺得好食,唔係煮得好食,而係食材好食,而特別好味的食材需要係特別產地先搵到,真係好Inspired其實價錢唔算好貴,因為一樣價錢在中西區,好多巧立名目的餐廳都收緊依個價。可能係樓上,所以價錢係公道,但食物係非常高質。可能係經理?總之上一道菜,經理都會介紹食材及產地,佢話日本鰻魚最造,所以主菜是鰻魚,如果細心一睇,依到食嘅鰻魚係佢地養活鰻魚,再自己整,依點不得讚!食材好 + 服務好 + 師傅好....埋單覺得自己有賺, Haha..

一直聽朋友講呢度既天婦羅甚有水準是全港數一數二的omakase先來的是蟹肉海膽蟹棒蟹膏鵪鶉蛋蟹肉海膽都係越新鮮越好味既, 呢個配合真係唔錯, 口感同味道都配搭到白子芝麻豆腐銀杏煙鴨胸廚師發板既好處就係主廚會安排時令既食材比客人食, 不但止係最好味既食物,而且可以比我試到一D從來未食過既食材!! 呢個白子既特別又好味道!! 加埋煙鴨胸又唔會太搶味松茸清湯清得黎又食到好濃既松茸味!! 清下胃一流拖羅, 池魚, 油甘魚刺身最緊要就係新鮮, 店員好好地介紹我地由淡味食到濃味, 當中我最鐘意既就係拖羅!! 濃濃既拖羅油香味加上個陣油脂既口感都係一流的!!天婦羅重點中既重點!! 亦都係今次黎食既主因!! 果然冇令我失望, 望住主廚廚已經好吸引!! 即點即炸!! 超脆口同埋隻蝦真係超新鮮!!鴨脾鴨批主食點都要有點肉先開心既, 呢個批真係好有口感同埋個味道係好香既鴨味!! 估唔到呢度唔止得天婦羅好味!!麻糬水信玄餅最後加埋個甜品就真係PERFECT池了

答案就係大廚功夫太犀利了

星期六約左女朋友去食日本料理,佢話中環有間食天婦羅唔錯,所以就帶左我去試試前菜拼盤海膽釀鵪鶉蛋、菱角串、酸汁鮟鱇魚和柚子豆腐,擺盤非常精緻,令人賞心悅目。當中最出色的是鮟鱇魚肝,濃郁的味道配上酸汁和辣蘿蔔蓉,非常醒胃。刺身有鰤魚、平靜、吞拿魚魚腩,鮮嫩肥美到主角天婦羅出場,首先炸蝦天婦羅,炸漿薄而香脆,沒有半分油膩,蝦肉爽甜彈牙沙𩺬魚,肉質結實甜美,香脆可口日本紅衫魚配海膽汁,紅衫魚肉厚而且鮮嫩,海膽汁極為濃厚和香甜,好有創意的配搭大蜆天婦羅,殼內的蜆肉切成小塊,再加入香菇粒同炸,我都係第一次食長芋煮至軟淋,再加上有濃厚的海膽汁燒和牛西冷更是一絕,外面燒至微脆,內裡保留了勁多濃厚的肉汁,入口油香滿溢,和牛濃郁的香味在口腔內湧出,令人回味無窮!慢煮和牛肩及燒和牛西冷。店家採用剛獲獎的熊本和牛,慢煮和牛肩肉質細嫩軟滑,配燒汁和炸蒜更能突出和肉的美味。梅子飯團(凍),微酸的味道有助化解油膩鹿兒島蕃薯,蕃薯要點白蘭地和白糖來享用!生炸的蕃薯甜味緊鎖於內部,完全中和了烈酒的嗆喉感日本靜岡蜜瓜和日本啤梨,日本啤梨的有別於一般的啤梨,口感是綿滑的,而且非常清甜
