🥩美國牛肉厚燒及薄燒
牛肉揀左三成熟,配上金黃色炸蒜片同照燒醬,炸蒜片係用慢火生炒而成,想讚讚師傅火候控制得好好,切開真係三成熟,食落有肉汁,好好食,唔會太鹹,炸蒜片好似薯片咁香脆,增加左口感
而薄燒就係包住蔥花、蒜蓉、洋蔥,完全冇油膩感之餘好惹味,食落完全唔似薄燒

🍛炒飯
用鹹菜蔥花櫻花蝦炒,再配上太陽蛋或者荷包蛋,毫無油膩感,個飯炒得好香,多材料喺入面令到個口感好豐富

🥘龍蝦麵豉湯
用一開始煮嘅龍蝦剩低嘅龍蝦頭去煲,入面有少少龍蝦肉,造型好突出

🥬炒野菜
以黑椒調味,有豆芽,香菇,紅蘿蔔絲,椰菜,多汁唔乾,口感豐富

🥖焦糖多士條
師傅將砂糖灑喺方包上面,再煮溶佢,切條,再好似藝術品咁砌好比我地,食落甜甜地好香焦糖味解膩

冰整得好細好細,粒粒分明,比外邊甜品鋪整得仲要好,口感綿密,好好食🤤

整頓飯就是以這兩個甜品作為尾聲, 廚師將糖鋪在麵包面上, 經過鐵板一燒就變成像沾上蜜糖的脆條; 另一款綿花冰非常綿滑, 入口即溶, 益力多味濃而不甜, 實屬佳品! 🥳

跟住就係美國牛肉厚切及薄燒,廚師有建議這個厚切牛肉五成熟最好,我們當然聽從廚師嘅意見啦,厚切肉汁鎖在牛肉裏面,牛肉軟熟,有肉汁,可以配合埋teriyaki醬,味道更豐富
另外薄燒牛肉,配合香脆蒜,洋蔥,蔥,包在裏面,外軟內脆,好有層次和牛味,這個菜式要趁熱食,如果唔係裏面好快淋,好適合鐵板燒,即上即可以食 😆

麵豉湯是用剛才的龍蝦頭一齊煮,麵豉配合龍蝦嘅鮮味,配搭得唔錯,還可以食龍蝦頭的肉
鐵板炒飯,炒嘅時候好靚,有蛋,櫻花蝦和很多唔同嘅配菜,炒得好香,飯上面可以選擇唔同煎法嘅蛋,我們就選了太陽蛋和反蛋,兩款都好好味,火喉十足,還有漬物 (牛蒡和蘿蔔) 可以和炒飯一起吃,最後還有炒野菜,食咗咁多肉都要食返啲菜嘅 😁

最後甜品係焦糖方包配雪糕,廚師將砂糖放在方包上面煎溶佢,這個火喉拿捏得很好,廚師 張方包切到一條條好似藝術品咁放落碗內,食落去方包香脆,焦糖味很香,簡直係視覺和味覺的享受,另外雪糕我們點了開心果和雲呢拿,兩款雪糕都很鬆軟,應該係用真牛奶做的雪糕 🤗

甘鯛立鱗燒:先咬一啖魚,上脆下軟,魚香味滲入口腔,下面係用少量海膽汁煮成嘅湯,可以同埋魚一齊食,增加層次,墊係湯嘅蘆筍亦都非常甜

清酒煮蜆:酒精已經係烹調嘅過程中揮發得差唔多,蜆非常鮮甜,湯一飲而盡

北寄貝:上層同下層嘅肉用咗唔同嘅處理手法,所以口感一部份爽脆,一部份比較軟,彷彿係第一次食到北寄貝咁,估唔到係有呢一種味道,底層嘅海藻湯提升咗肉嘅鮮味

安格斯牛肉:厚身嘅係牛柳,特別鍾意配蒜片食,而薄燒係肉眼嘅部份,包裹咗洋蔥蒜頭等等,入口已經幾濃味

龍蝦味噌湯:將龍蝦頭放入湯中熬煮帶出龍蝦嘅鮮味,蝦膏亦融入湯中

炒飯炒雜菜:高菜自然為炒飯帶嚟鹹味,配上剛煎嘅荷包蛋一流,炒雜菜比較爽身

甜品:焦糖多士,焦糖嘅程度啱啱好唔會過燶,另外嘅就係益力多綿綿冰,估唔到可以喺呢度食到綿綿冰,軟綿可口

🍶清酒煮蜆
蜆肉係啱啱熟嘅粉嫩顏色😆。一入口首先食到好濃郁嘅鮮味🌊。之後就有清酒嘅香味🍶,感覺辛口。而且湯底香甜🍬,唔會有苦味。


🥩肉眼薄燒、美國牛柳厚燒
師傅用低溫慢火🌡️,將蒜片生炒到金黃香脆🏅,入口香、酥、脆,好有驚喜😍!肉眼薄燒裏面捲住金黃嘅炸蒜🧄、帶甜嘅洋蔥蓉🧅、香口嘅蔥花🌱,連埋濃郁嫩口嘅牛肉好夾🐮。焗熟嘅美國牛柳🐄,保留住好多肉汁💦,流出好濃嘅牛肉、油脂香味😋,而且口感軟腍。


🍳高菜漬炒飯、麵豉湯、漬物
帶酸嘅高菜漬、甘筍粒、洋蔥粒🔥,配埋煎到又香又脆嘅流心太陽蛋🍳,令到炒飯真係好滿足、好日式🎌。師傅整蛋炒飯嘅手法利落🕶️,不停兜炒,令到飯粒粒粒分明👅,口感好好。


🥗炒蔬菜
用咗簡單嘅黑椒調味🧂,同時間可以食到板燒香味🔥,熟度啱啱好🥬,保留蔬菜嘅清新感覺🎐。


🍮甜品
麵包首先蘸咗煎香咗嘅牛油🧈,再蘸糖煎到焦糖化、起泡🫧,最後凝固成香脆嘅焦糖表面🍮。一啖除咗食到脆焦糖👄,下一層有牛油香🥳,底層仲有牛乳麵包🍼綿密嘅感覺。
