用鹹菜同蔥花櫻花蝦炒,再配上荷包蛋減少油膩感,個炒飯好香夠乾身,好多材料啖啖飯都食到配料,口感好豐富。

上次同朋友嚟食飯,覺得好驚喜,所以決定寫食評,餐廳開張不久,環境高級優雅,鐘意環境清靜嘅食客可以考慮一下。首先頭盤係蟹肉青瓜捲,蟹肉是真蟹肉,不是假蟹柳,再沾上酸汁,口感昇華不少。酸微微很開胃。鮑魚爽脆,帶點酒香。龍蝦口感紮實,肉質爽彈黮,味道好鮮甜,外層裏滿用蝦膏同牛油製成的醬汁,增添龍蝦風味,師傅之後仲會拎蝦頭蝦尾去煲味噌湯,馥香濃郁。北寄貝鮮甜彈牙,最特別係師傅保留北寄貝筋,突出北寄具鮮味,使佳餚更上一層樓。清酒煮蜆,蜆肉大大粒,小小清酒提鮮。和牛油脂分布平均,一咬落去,油香在口中爆發,仲有蒜片解膩。炒飯正常發揮,不過特別係有少少酸菜係度,食完唔會太負荷。總之一分價錢一分貨,絕對值得嘗試!!大推!

🤫 所謂嘅鮑魚三吃..真係唔係話好常見..首先要你有咁大隻鮑魚去整三吃先得😌第一吃係鮑片薄燒配鮑魚內臟調配而成嘅Cream Sauce..呢一隻食法清清地可以輕易咁食到鮑魚淡淡嘅鮮味..配埋些少甘甜味嘅內臟醬汁..可以話係原汁原味~我喜歡👍🏻
🤫第二吃係XO醬厚燒鮑魚..呢種食法口感比較重亦都比較惹味啲..保持到爽口彈牙..V仔話三吃裏便佢最鍾意食呢隻..然後最後一吃就係鮑魚裙邊..質地相對會黏立同埋軟綿綿一啲..有好唔同嘅感覺
🤫 鮑魚過後就係無敵大隻嘅大虎蝦..聰師傅手勢非常俐落..兩三下就已經將兩隻大虎蝦肢解咗..期間亦會詳細咁樣同我哋介紹吓隻蝦嘅煮法..佢話佢比較喜歡用原汁原味嘅方法調味..所以主要都係用蝦頭蝦膏再加洋蔥粒粒做返個醬汁..蝦肉彈牙唔再講啦..個味道真係超鮮味㗎~佢連個蝦頭都另外炸到脆一脆俾我哋食..成個過程又會好細心咁樣問我哋覺得調味上邊使唔使重手啲輕手啲又或者食唔食洋蔥啊蔥之類嘅配料等等..係我見過最細心嘅鐵板料理師傅👍🏻
🤫 喺我哋將隻大虎蝦吞噬得七七八嘅時候聰師傅就開始準備下一味清酒煮蜆..佢先係將清酒煲滾加以調味造成湯底..然後就喺我哋面前表演放火🤪佢話咁樣可以將清酒嘅酒精成份揮發..然後提我哋天氣咁凍唔好淨係食蜆一定要飲埋啲湯可以暖胃(喂呀~你咁細心嘅🫶🏻)大蜆呢家嘢唔使煮太耐..湯底準備好之後將蜆ss放入去冇耐就可以𢳂返出嚟..又估唔到個湯底超鮮甜個喎..而且佢有加咗少少辣椒..鮮甜再加辣辣地嘅味道果然係非常之暖胃..我同V仔一致覺得呢一個湯係超讚嘅
🤫 海鮮部份完結就嚟到牛肉鐵板燒啦..餐廳好慷慨咁樣提供晒厚燒同薄燒等食客同時間可以享受兩種口感兩種味道..厚切同大部份鐵板燒餐廳處理嘅手法一樣都係會燒成牛肉方粒..牛味好香口感油脂都係極佳..而最特別嘅就係~聰師傅係現場即席炸蒜片㗎😮之前幾乎全部餐廳都係用現成一早整好嘅炸蒜片..我都係第一次見到炸蒜片嘅製作過程咋..原來都幾考功夫㗎..要不斷咁樣翻炒啲蒜片..又要邊炸邊分返開啲蒜片唔好黐到一嚿嚿..炸完又要等去滰乾水先至會變得香脆..我哋真係食得出即炸同埋一早炸好嘅分別㗎..即炸真係酥脆好多🤤然後牛肉薄燒都係嗰種用牛肉片包裹住蔥花蒜粒嘅食法..聰師傅將牛肉薄片再煎香啲帶少少脆邊..呢個味道係比起平時食開嘅更加嚟得惹味🫡簡直要向佢致敬
