平日中午到紅花會食飯,只有我一台客人。服務員兩個,有一位中長髮服務員姐姐態度認真差,問她有什麼茶時,她態度超差的說:岩岩咪講左lor! 我想問這就是服務業的服務態度?我是來消費不是來受氣的。茶品方面,湯是不錯的,明顯感覺落足料。但水煮魚真的很一般,配菜全都咸得腎痛,魚就不太入味,但勝在辣味和麻味比較足。涼菜方面腎球和鮑魚有驚喜,腎辣味很香,軟硬適中,而鮑魚也很好入口,不會太硬。整體來說比較失望,不知道是失準還是平時也是這水平。

7. 百味醬蒸豚肉腩片$168
好似熱食版嘅蒜泥白肉, 醬汁香濃. 腩肉切得好薄, 包埋底下嘅金菇食, 唔覺肥膩. 作為一道唔辣嘅菜係幾好嘅緩衝
8. 銀牙肉絲煎黃金脆面 $148
即係肉絲炒麵, 但炒得好食. 用左幼面, 炒得好脆身.

這個就比較失望了, 包菜靚但唔夠味, 辣味不足. 有啲失色.
10. 甜品 - 反沙芋
Off menu潮州甜品, 有驚喜. 將芋頭先炸到脆身再加上面層嘅糖霜, 味道唔複雜但好好為這餐川菜作結.👍🏻

雖然價錢唔平, 不過為左個辣子雞都有機會再黎😬

佢嘅切法唔係環形係薄片,

非常鬆脆而且唔會有豬大腸嘅臭味

💟蜂巢黑糖糕,紅棗糕,蛋白杏仁茶,
💟楊枝甘露,炸芋泥
糕點都非常煙韌,亦唔會太過甜,
蛋白杏仁茶非常幼滑又有蛋香,
楊枝甘露孫甜度適中,
反而炸芋泥就一般🤷‍♂️

總括而言呢一間係非常有水準嘅餐廳👍,
但當然價錢都定位較高🤑,
未食過嘅朋友絕對要試吓👏👏👏

用上豐富的材料的燉湯,非常足料也很夠熱。

🐟黃菊酸菜桂花魚
「紅花會」的招牌菜,當然少不了水煮黃菊酸菜菜式。水煮魚選用了多種辣椒乾,連同蒜頭一併爆炒,更特別選用潮州酸菜,比一般酸菜味偏甜及清新,鮮嫩無骨的魚片,配上濃郁足料的鮮魚湯底及麻辣鮮香的湯底,有中和味道和提鮮之用。

🍚麻辣海皇炒飯
平時吃的炒飯一向都比較乾身,今次這個麻辣海皇炒飯,不單止很Juicy,而且配麻辣,非常之有特色。

🥘蕂椒豬手煲
豬手含有豐富的膠原蛋白質,女士不能不吃,菜餚口感細嫩,麻辣入味不韌,非常好吃。

🥙乾煸雞軟骨四季豆
麻辣四季豆都好好味,雞軟骨炸到卜卜脆,非常可口。

🍮杞子桂花糕
晶瑩剔透的杞子桂花糕,味道香甜,口感很清爽。

下次想吃麻辣菜式,可以去品嘗一下。

今日約咗家人同去「紅花會」,名字令我想起書劍恩仇錄總舵主,有點有趣。其實位置是銅鑼灣及灣仔中間,坐巴士會方便D,當然有錢的話可以坐的士,因為並不好找。手續上安心出行,量體溫是必需。服務員也很好,帶我們到包廳。前菜尖椒黃金皮蛋墨魚子流心蛋鹵水鵝片鹵水鵝掌觀槳蘿蔔黃金蝦蟹棗蒜泥白肉椒鹽九肚魚主菜水煮魚酸菜魚糯米肉蟹甜品:蛋白杏仁菜糯米肉蟹:香噴噴糯米飯已被蟹肉鮮味蓋上,剩吃糯米飯已經很滿足。蟹肉新鮮嫩滑,啖啖肉,真的值得推介。蠔餅:蠔大皮薄,而且滿滿蠔肉,一口咬落去蠔汁滿溢,完全不比正宗潮州蠔餅遜色。蛋白杏仁茶:超讚!杏仁味濃郁,不會太甜,合我口味。
