難得有個一起放假的星期天因為工作太忙碌而睡得很晚沒有去郊遊選擇了到上環PMQ閒逛再在附近晚餐看到這間意大利餐廳看似很有感覺加上老婆突然想吃意大利菜所以就決定在這裡晚餐昏暗的燈光是高級餐廳的格調我們拿起餐單選擇了兩個前菜分別是Bruschetta和Grilled Tomino Cheese再選了兩個主菜要了Spaghetti Pesto以及Mushroom Pizza在店員推薦下再點了一個Rib Eye Steak先來的是Bruschetta這是在烤麵包上放上蕃茄碎和其他醬料看似簡單但吃起來卻很不錯非常濃但又很清新的味道很適合作為前菜而Grilled Tomino Cheese就是烤芝士這款芝士很有在意大利時吃過的感覺原塊很濃芝士味的芝士烤過後表層很脆吃起來外脆內軟無論單吃還是配合麵包吃也很合適值得一試之後是Spaghetti Pesto一款很出色的香蒜味意粉看到綠色的醬料本來以為會有很重的菜味但吃起來卻沒有可能因為香味太突出沒有很多配菜真的很像在意大利吃過的一樣再增添了旅行感覺Mushroom Pizza很大份是很傳統的Pizza製法很重的芝士和蕃茄味而餅底也很香脆但真的比想像中大份建

很貼心的已經切開了數塊
有多款醬汁
例如松露醬、辣醬、檸檬汁等等
每款都帶出不同的感覺
不過雖然要了五成熟
但吃起來有點韌
可能再點生一點會更好

本來還打算吃個甜品
但因為吃得太飽而無法再吃
只好下次再來時點個Tiramusa試試

【Angus Rib Eye】(HK$ 315)
安格斯肉眼扒是無骨的,我點咗五成熟,送上檯嚟會keep住喺熱石板上一直加熱,吱吱作響,所以食到最後嗰舊都8-9成熟,如果唔想食太熟就盡快食,又或者早啲夾走。
五成熟的肉眼扒肉質呈現嫰紅,香氣撲鼻,入口口感軟熟且尚算軟腍
,但牛扒側邊帶少許牛筋。

就咁食塊肉眼扒有啲寡,餐廳都附上4款以橄欖油為主四款醬汁:
lemon juice & garlic 蒜蓉檸檬汁 / 
balsamic vinegar 意大利黑醋 / 
white truffle 白松露 / 
chilli 辣椒
個人嚟講加上意大利黑醋balsamic vinegar最好味, 因為比較惹味啲。整體黎講塊肉眼扒比較淡,所以我落左少少鹽嚟吊味,果然好食好多。

最後當然甜品黎作為呢晚既總結,食意大利菜,甜品當然係食Tiramisu啦~
用新鮮Mascarpone cream和Savoiardi biscuits手指餅做的Tiramisu,手指餅浸滿espresso coffee食落唔會太甜,好好味!Mascarpone Cream 質地好creamy 幼滑,再灑滿朱古力粉喺面,食完好滿足。


其實我好少可去啲高級餐廳食西餐,仲要係意大利菜,嚟咗呢間咁高質嘅「The Italian Club」慶祝紀念日, 確係錦上添花。

Today, we ordered 2 pizzas (cooked ham and devil), grilled tomino cheese, and a mushroom omelette.

Tomino had a strong smell but taste was actually quite mild, similar to brie, went well with the toast, wish we had more of it though.

Mushroom omelette was very oily, it was like any other omelette out there. The mushrooms were fresh but nothing special, and small amount of cheese was found inside. They do say on the menu is somewhat a traditional Italian dish so…should be "homey". The star of the show were the little tomatoes on the side


As for the pizzas…very different from the pesto one we had before. The large amount of tomatoe sauce made the pizza base quite soggy
Besides a soggy bottom, flavours were fine. The devil had the right amount of spice and the cooked ham was well seasoned.

I personally prefer the pesto pizza I had last time where the crust was crispy all around but the edges retained some softness.

Was too full again to try their dessert, will need to make room next time!

因為老公仲未飽所以我地就叫多左一份steak, 佢on side配左balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil with truffle, extra olive oil with garlic lemon juice and herbs, 仲有extra virgin olive oil with hot sauce 侍應好細心咁提醒我地係用hot stone上所以要小心唔好燙到手~介紹埋4款sauce比我地。我同老公都覺得truffle & hot sauce最好味, 不過整體黎講比較淡, 所以我地都點左鹽黎吊吊味。

最後又點少得甜品呢, 因為老公唔好甜食, 所以只係叫左一個tiramisu, 佢menu 有好多新奇口味既tiramisu好似芒果士多啤梨菠蘿咁, 但我都係stick with傳統既原味~ 食落唔會太甜, 有咖啡既苦, 又夠濕潤, 係一個會令人滿足既甜品!

我地當日好似撞正有event, 有少少嘈, 比較難傾到計, 下次會簡星期四去, 朋友話仲有live band添啊~~~

Fassona Beef Tartare︰本身自己對全生既牛肉都有點抗拒,但係黎到一於就試下。D牛肉用刀剁成細粒,用洋蔥粒等調味好,食落滿有洋蔥香味,質感好滑身彈牙,咬落充滿肉汁,每碟仲附有吐司同埋沙律菜。原來生牛肉係幾好味。

牛排在hot stone上呈上,配以四款自家製的extra virgin olive oil醬料,包括白松露、辣椒、檸檬蒜及醋。這個一呈上來便馬上吸引大家都看過來。牛排質素不錯,我最喜歡的是辣椒olive oil。不過不知道是太飽了還是前面的小菜意粉pizza全都太出色了,我們也沒法把整份牛排吃完。

這家The Italian Club在中環如此地段配以餐廳的環境及高質量的食物,性價比實在很高。女生的話建議不要像我們點那麼多,可能可以少點一份主菜(我們算是點了兩份前菜、三份主菜⋯⋯)因為份量真的很足夠,而且要留點空間吃甜點喔~

甜品期待已久,究竟意大利甜品既Tiramisu同平時有什麼分別呢?!
我哋叫左個傳統
Tiramisu$65嚟食,呢個濃濃咖啡香同濕潤軟綿口感真係獲得我既喜愛啊!
因為餅身浸係冧酒內完全入哂味!同咖啡粉完全混和,而且奶油打得幼滑細膩,但係男朋友就說略甜!佢覺得吃一半已膩了!真係個個人口味都唔同!

總括感受:
【環境】:非常有情調,令人放鬆,可以慢慢坐慢慢食慢慢傾傾計,摸著酒杯,嘆一嘆
【服務】:店員加水都是頻密的,但沒有太出色的服務可言,意大行餐廳可能是Free Style吧!
【食物】:感覺是意大利人或外國人喜歡食既味道!對香港人而言我是喜歡的,因為夠濃味同感覺正宗,但男朋友說整頓比上次膩了一點呢!

一整晚都好有身在歐洲高級餐廳的氣氛喔!

What a celebration! It is not easy for me to squeeze some spare time to have a relaxing dinner after my birth of my son. It is a kind of reborn to have fine dining in Central.It was almost full house tonight. People there were joyful to enjoy food there. What a celebration! It is not easy for me to squeeze some spare time to have a relaxing dinner after my birth of my son. It is a kind of reborn to have fine dining in Central.

It was almost full house tonight. People there were joyful to enjoy food there.

We ordered a lot with white wine and red wine as well (I would be on diet after this dinner for sure).

Finally, I had a regular coffee to end this terrific dinner. The environment and service there was excellent and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends if they look for Italian food.

Been here before they rebranded for pizza, I have to say, the pizza I had on Monday was absolutely delicious. It's probably the best pizza… even compared to the ones I had across different cities in Italy.Cold cut and cheese, Pesto and Ricotta pizza and and Italian bacon burger. Needless to say that the burger was the least exciting dish but still good!Another thing I have to mention is the beauty of their breadsticks!!!! 餐後甜品一直都是不可或缺。呢度既甜品就只有tiramisu,感覺專門做一樣甜品,質素應該有保證。冇誇大!呢度既tiramisu 係我食過最好食既tiramisu!!👀好滑既mascarpone, 好香好重蛋味,入面既餅乾都仲係微脆,唔係浸到濕哂果啲感覺,加埋啲cream簡直係天上美食😻😻
