Pizza方面我地叫左個海灣蝦水牛芝士pizza,芝士真係落足料,一食入口有好濃郁既芝士香味,仲要有拉絲效果。同平時食開水準真係唔同。

另外呢間鋪有好多唔同甜品同酒可以揀,今次我就揀左個綠茶心太軟,如果鍾意濃既綠茶味既話真係好岩你,加上表面唔會太軟,食落流心既效果更加出。酒既話今次試左佢地比較有特色既野,個名叫MY CUP OF TEA,係真係有個茶壺裝酒,一杯凍加一壺熱,可以比大家個口享受到冰火交替既快感,值得一試。

最後比較意外既係,估唔到有人響度慶生,仲可以用煙花式既蠟燭放蛋糕,真係幾吸引,如果我男朋友帶我黎依度,用呢個方式慶生,一定好難忘。

呢間餐廳係尖沙咀成日都好多人食,估唔到係大埔都係。星期六冇 book位諗住 walk-in,6點黎到已經話得返 Bar枱位。但因為真係好想食,所以照坐啦個意大利飯幾多料,有帶子、勝瓜、玉子豆腐,仲食到鹹蛋黃味。鹹蛋黃汁同個飯幾夾,唔錯唔係好食到有黑松露味,不過個魚煎得幾好食,如果個皮可以再脆d就好啦。雞翼好香好滑好 juicy最鍾意都係呢個軟殼蟹,次次都一定會叫。份量又多,加埋d薯片同炸蒜食超夾。不過尖沙咀個間d炸蒜係多到鋪滿哂d蟹,呢到得好少不過都係超級好食,必嗌!

入到黎就幾好feel ,入面一路播住外國流行歌,有個bar台,雖然地方細細, 但應有既都有。呢到餐牌都好有特色,最鐘意樣樣有圖唔洗估!叫左個海灣蝦卡拉布里亞辣香腸水牛芝士pizza,好多料好滿足而且拉到絲!之後叫左個汁煮美國馬尼拉鮮蜆,好惹味,本身個汁較濃,配埋附上既蒜蓉包就剛好。主食叫左個八爪魚寛條面,個汁配埋意粉食落好creamy。個人較鐘意帶子意大利飯,用左咸蛋黃落西式菜原來都幾好食, 幾有新意。醬烤原隻魷魚筒個醬好好味,而且食落唔un 。避風塘軟殻蟹都好夠味,如果作為下酒菜的確唔錯。最後仲叫左甜品,creme brûlée ,仲有綠茶、朱古力心太軟,做到流心效果!

有個住大埔既朋友約我食西餐,而且仲要係係大埔本區,唔緊要,我都住得唔遠,一於試下有幾好。一入到去個氣氛好浪漫,暗暗地,加上有吧枱,格調相當不錯。由於未黎過,點餐全由朋友發板。先黎一味香煎鵝肝,大細有我3隻手指咁大,鵝肝外脆內軟,配上多士同酸汁,無可挑剔。跟住係避風塘軟殼蟹,隻蟹都好大隻,而且粉粿得夠薄身,唔會一咬落去成口粉,加埋避風塘做法,非常惹味。主角出場,肉眼排,由於我同朋友都食得好生,又怕出現香港常見叫3出5呢個情況,所以我地叫左3成熟,一切開塊牛排係好靚既粉紅色,3成熟無誤,入口軟嫩,牛肉味爆燈,上等牛排。估唔到大埔都有呢啲咁高質既西餐廳,希望繼續保持。
