今日去深水埗買電腦用品,行咗成個鐘好攰啦就搵吓嘢食啦。其實深水埗真係多咗好多嘢食,但仲係好掛住以前食過嘅點心店,真係越嚟越出名,係深水埗行過去都差唔多四五個字。可能夜晚嘅關係,人又唔多,好快就入得去,好掛住個雪山叉燒包,叉燒包依舊熱辣辣好好味道,呢個叉燒包真係保持到水準。其他點心都嚟到,不過我覺得蝦餃同燒賣就大不如前啊,唔單止冇味到,而且好肥膩。賽螃蟹春卷都幾好食,脆脆嘅春卷,點解我上次冇食到嘅。不過最令我失望嘅都係嗰個糯米雞,味道差左好多而且入邊啲料好唔足,好多糯米飯。滿心歡喜咁行過嚟,食點知餐廳食物差咗咁多,我諗今次係我最後一次食添好運了。

一向受人歡迎嘅添好運開到去外國唔係冇原因。有國內朋友嚟香港玩,就帶咗佢食添好運點心。午飯時段好多人幫襯,所以我哋都等左一陣先有得入去,入到去都要同其他人搭枱,坐得都幾迫,望望周圍發現好多遊客嚟幫襯。由於之前已經食咗野,我地叫得唔多。必食嘅有酥皮叉燒包,一碟有三個。叉燒包外層脆身,外脆內軟,包身熱辣辣,配上又甜又juicy嘅叉燒粒,令人回味冇窮,想一試再試。蝦餃隻隻晶瑩剔透,薄皮包住滿滿嘅蝦,份量十足,蝦仁亦都非常爽口。最後食嘅腸粉都好好食。腸粉皮薄而且夠滑,仲好足料。添好運嘅點心做得好出色,難怪遊客都慕名而嚟。

星期六陪爸爸媽媽飲茶,好耐冇去過添好運 ,所以提議來此店嚐一嚐,但係令到我非常失望, 因為他們的點心質素下降了, 還記得第一次來吃酥皮焗叉燒包是非常美味,但今次的叉燒包是暖的,外皮不夠脆,像漏了氣粥唔夠熱,又太稀腸粉皮太厚炒麵太油膩, 食完滿嘴都係油春卷又係唔夠熱, 碟底非常多油碟生菜亦都落咗好多油整體食物質素較之前下降, 食物落了太多油, 給人感覺唔健康,我想我唔會再來了,因為普通一間酒樓的點心都可能比他好吃

看資料才知,原來添好運開業快十年了。記得第一間店開業時,地點在旺角近廣華醫院附近,我已經慕名去光顧。那時的店甚細小,客人又多,為了吃那個酥皮焗叉燒包,等位等了個多小時,沒記錯的話,一碟三個售價是$14。但印象中,那時的包還沒現在的好吃。直到分店愈來愈多,但除了港人外,去光顧的遊客亦愈來愈多,為免浪費時間等候,我只是外賣算了。到今日,酥皮焗叉燒包的售價是$20(深水埗分店價),而很多酒樓和冰室也賣這個包,價錢甚至比添好運還貴。但說到味道,我仍然喜歡添好運的。今早以為是閒日,打算來吃個痛快,怎知抵埗後,已見門口堆滿在等位的客人,九成是遊客。幸好我只是一個人,故等了十多分鐘便有位。難得來一次,便一次過點了最喜歡的點心:酥皮焗叉燒包、蝦餃和古法糯米雞(同樣是$28)。雖然今日那碟焗叉燒包的外貌不太完美,但味道仍然極佳,別處的無法與之比較的。蝦餃細細隻,餡料爽口彈牙,若有點筍粒便更好。古法糯米雞蒸得透徹,軟熟的糯米包著汁液豐富的餡料,吃下不會覺得飽滯。我無法吃得完全部點心,惟有打包回家再慢慢品嚐。同桌來自廣州的壯男,一個人點了一百三十多元的點心,其中亦有糯米雞,但他竟然吃得一件不剩,我只能說佩服

添好运的店名,真可谓是如雷贯耳!作为米其林一星餐厅,尤其是平价的米其林餐厅,看过这家太多的美食照,但更多的是门口大排长龙的照片。为了美食,起个大早,坐上巴士,直奔深水埗,赶在大批人马到达前,顺利入座摆在桌上的餐纸,放满招牌美食的照片,感觉有选择困难症的人会纠结很久……先来看看,我们一行三人点单的内容,一共才港币140元,果真是又平又正按照个人口味而言,最爱的是酥皮焗叉烧包,果然与众不同,强烈推荐鲜虾系列点了虾饺和烧麦皇,虾肉紧致Q弹,口感很赞!糕点系列点了马拉糕和杞子桂花糕,前者感觉一般,后者的卖相必须点赞,晶莹剔透果冻般。最后是黄沙猪润肠粉,猪润就是猪肝,黄沙猪润是肝身柔软的猪肝。(还有一份春卷没找到图片,是吃得太快了吧……)如果你中意港式点心,这家店的的确确不容错过从店里出来的时候,门口已经开始排队了,记得赶早哟

The outside of the bun is sweet and crispy, and the inside is very savory. I found that the sauce and the meat complimented each other well. The outside of the bun is sweet and crispy, and the inside is very savory. I found that the sauce and the meat complimented each other well. Even after I tried the other dishes in this review, this still remains my favourite dish.

The shrimp dumplings (har gow) were just as good as other afternoon tea restaurants in Hong Kong. Although it did not meet my expectations, the taste is still decently good.

As for the crab spring roll, I really like the outside, as it is quite crispy and isn't slightly overcooked like the other pieces of dim sum that I've seen in my life. Even though the inside was a bit mushy for my liking, eating it with the accompanying vinegar-like sauce enhances the flavour of the dish. I ended up not being able to finish this dish.

Even though the restaurant looked full from my POV, it was surprisingly quieter than I had expected.

好久沒來,食物選擇少,不停加價倒胃口,而客人都是自由行了。記得當初好情迷,好喜歡過來幫趁,現在人們熱潮已過,此情不再。美味,叉燒汁香,但有不少肥。不過不失不太入味,仲好油,唔少肥。好普通蝦唔彈牙,索價28🤔並無蝦味,量細。不出色新的菜單,可以一吃,杏片炸得脆脆,入面蝦丸夠QQ,另外中間芝士汁好正,帶有驚喜。食後感:如果唔係朋友約,唔會想專誠去。地方人客多,坐得唔太舒服,不過店員都唔會趕你走既🤪
