炙燒豬肉粒,望落好似只係一粒粒瘦肉🎲但食落原來唔會乾唔會鞋🤩朋友話佢食到一兩舊帶有少少脂肪嘅,就更香更好食添。

隻蛋就真係冇得頂!我夠膽話我會為咗佢隻蛋再返嚟,流心就不在話下,滷水味道啱啱好,重帶有少少酒香!連平時唔食蛋嘅朋友都獨吞左一隻蛋!

我想讚下佢哋嘅麵,原來佢哋嘅面比起其他拉麵嘅店做得更加爽口,好香麵粉嘅味道,原本我以為兩碗面嘅麵條都係一樣,後尾我發覺原來一碗個麵係粗啲一碗個麵係幼啲,我八卦問咗個店員,原來佢哋會因為唔同湯底吸收湯汁嘅程度去決定用粗麵定係幼麵,因為佢哋怕客人食得慢會令到個面收太多湯汁變林左,鍾意佢哋夠細心!

炙燒骰子肉 - 一啖一大粒,豬肩肉燒完入口一啲都唔肥,加埋一個酸味味嘅醬汁同埋大量新鮮嘅日本葱,清爽好味,$28有好多粒,我哋兩個人飽到都食唔晒。

最後要讚下佢哋杯麥茶,我哋叫咗一杯熱嘅兩份飲,因為見佢可以無限添飲,店員見我哋叫咗就介紹多一句,原來係佢哋自己每日新鮮煲嘅,個麥茶煲得好香好濃郁,入口好舒服!

兩個人飽到捧住個肚都係三百幾蚊,下次黎唔好咁貪心叫個少啲叉燒嘅份量,貪心啲加多隻蛋,再加多杯凍麥茶!

他們特別之處就是湯底的熱度是剛剛好的,
味道不太鹹又沒有味精的味道, 醬油味的湯底有黑松露的關係所以非常喜歡。 然後叉燒肉質鮮嫩,整體都是不錯的,值得一試

一個人晚下班肚子打鼓,經過海港城看見平常排長龍的拉麵店沒人等候,便馬上進店點餐。點了一碗醬油拉麵、一份荀乾和一份燒烤梅花肉。不論拉麵的叉燒或單點的梅花肉都不合格,沒有肉香、肉質偏瘦。湯頭、拉麵和荀乾一般,沒有驚喜。還好今天不用排隊,若排了半天吃這樣的拉麵真的會悔死。

蔦 前排無論上網,社交媒體,朋友之間都會見到 聽到 蔦 呢個名。聽講係首間有米芝蓮一星既拉麵店,當然好想去試下啦。但係每一次都排長龍,搞到食唔到。過左一排一燈呀,一幻相繼出現,蔦 人龍無咁多,我就即刻去試下啦!鹽味味玉拉麵 $113湯底好似一個西湯 葱蒜味幾重,蓋過左本身,令個主客好似對調左咁。老實講 湯底影響哂 完全唔似食緊拉麵麵質好似某丁麵咁 食起上黎無乜分別,而糖心蛋就普普通通。總結,只有2個字 失望。到底蔦日本店味道係唔係咁樣?作為香港食過咁多間拉麵店,呢一間可以話係不能接受,不論係味道方面 價錢 服務 都係下既水平。唔怪得已經無乜人排隊啦

蔦 前排無論上網,社交媒體,朋友之間都會見到 聽到 蔦 呢個名。聽講係首間有米芝蓮一星既拉麵店,當然好想去試下啦。但係每一次都排長龍,搞到食唔到。過左一排一燈呀,一幻相繼出現,蔦 人龍無咁多,我就即刻去試下啦!

湯底好似一個西湯 葱蒜味幾重,蓋過左本身,令個主客好似對調左咁。老實講 湯底影響哂 完全唔似食緊拉麵
麵質好似某丁麵咁 食起上黎無乜分別,而糖心蛋就普普通通。

總結,只有2個字 失望。到底蔦日本店味道係唔係咁樣?作為香港食過咁多間拉麵店,呢一間可以話係不能接受,不論係味道方面 價錢 服務 都係下既水平。唔怪得已經無乜人排隊啦

侍應態度像茶餐廳, order後即使没太多顧客仍叫你移到bar 枱旁然後那是open kichen 出麵的地方星期日6pm 有很多位置而待應是太悠閒不專業. 兩個煮麵的廚師像在玩耍湯底味道好而不油, 力口上爽幼麵。但麵不是我喜歡的, 太幼了兩人點了兩個湯底各有各好温泉蛋是很完美但义燒很薄像火腿且味道淡, 你只感覺到自己在吃肉。還賣十蚊ㄧ片。可以選的話我想換多颗蛋。在海港城百幾蚊ㄧ個拉麵是ok但我不想將價就貨冀望水準. 不會再光顧

Bad bad bad. Michelin must have something wrong. I seriously don’t see how this ramen place gets its star. First the seating is really weird. I almost felt like an animal in the zoo that is constantly stared at by eyes outside the windows. You can choose the seat and the ramen bar. Bad bad bad. Michelin must have something wrong. I seriously don’t see how this ramen place gets its star.

First the seating is really weird. I almost felt like an animal in the zoo that is constantly stared at by eyes outside the windows. You can choose the seat and the ramen bar. But then you’re gonna see completely how they prepare ramen with their bare hands. You are right, bare hands, no gloves no masks or stuff. Talk about sense and hygiene, people!

The ramen came as a surprise, surprisingly bad. I ordered miso soup base and I could taste MSG. It was also a terrible mismatch with the extra onion. And the char-siu (pork) was thin but paper rough. The egg was okay but the ramen itself was bad again. I mean, this can be a fatal problem. As a ramen place at least you should master preparing your own ramen right?

In 10 mins I left the restaurant with the ramen uneaten. Such a disappointment.
