第一個嚟到嘅係呢一個木薯芝士粒,第一次食佢個樣好似粒粒西米露,但係口感就煙煙韌韌,聞落又好似炸豆腐,鹹鹹地脆脆地咁,幾好食㗎,不過你唔好睇佢幾粒咁樣其實都幾飽肚。

而另外一個主菜我哋揀咗牛里肌,咁呢個部位係腍得來有口感。我哋揀咗三成熟,嚟到都真係啱啱好,粉嫩粉嫩咁嘅顏色真係好吸引,乜嘢都唔使點淨係配去灑咗上去嘅鹽粒已經好好味。而佢跟咗你嘅聚左右洋蔥蕃茄醬呢一款巴西特色嘅之外,仲有甜甜地嘅黃薑粉,佢個憤怒會形容好似食零食果種粟米薯波波調味粉咁,幾得意。

甜品方面,佢都係每一日會唔同。咁啱我哋今晚嘅係椰子蛋糕配芒果雪葩。平時唔係好食甜嘢嘅男朋友話呢一個椰子蛋糕好好食。因為佢唔係甜,而係清新嘅甜,再配上檸檬醬嘅酸,成件事俾佢中和咗,再加埋啲椰子片,成個口感都幾豐富,成個甜品俾佢食晒咁滯。

然後佢哋有啲新嘅Cocktail做緊promote係$188.2杯,我揀咗一杯西瓜,一杯熱情果。我自己係勁鍾意呢一杯西瓜為主嘅Cocktail,因為佢係sake底,酒味會比較溫和啲,令到個西瓜味更加出。

好多餐廳甜品隨便給一球雪糕收尾就算,這邊卻是到甜品還能給客人驚喜。兩款甜品莓果雪葩是裝在椰子殼裏面的,打卡很讚,而木薯椰子蛋糕第一眼貌相雖然沒有前者那麼驚艷,但味道卻是比前者更出色,椰子蛋糕質感有點像麵包布丁,熱情果熱情果忌康及芒果雪葩則酸酸甜甜,整個味道調配很平衡,也很有特色。

呢款飲品靈感來自Caipirinha,用咗菠蘿汁、百香果、青檸同糖調製。果味濃郁,酸甜平衡得宜,充滿南美風情,令人一試難忘。

2. 烤盲鰽魚柳、巴西海鮮醬、腰果木薯
精選新鮮盲鰽魚柳,細膩嘅肉質,內裏則保持鮮嫩多汁,搭配巴西海鮮醬嘅獨特風味,提升咗烤盲鰽魚柳嘅層次感,也讓食客領略到地道嘅巴西風情。 


甜品賣相好精緻,一定要影相相機食先:
1. 木薯椰子蛋糕
木薯粉烘焙出嘅蛋糕富有彈性,配上熱情果忌廉熱情果忌廉,酸甜適中,口感細膩,仿佛夏日海灘上嘅微風拂面。


2. 芒果雪葩,係夏日裏嘅清涼消暑嘅好選擇,果香濃郁,冰涼爽口,不僅解暑降溫。
