Was guiding foreign friend to have an authentic visit in Hong Kong and wanted to bring him to enjoy the hotpot with a relaxing environment. Here on Uncle Fong, the decoration is modern and decent, while each table have enough space and their own seasoning corner. But the seats were not separated far enough (We had half of our meal "enjoying" the drama on the adjacent table😂).---When you arrive, the staff would first welcome you with a nice sweet soup, while picking the soup base and ingredients.

The spicy Chongqing broth looks ultra hot, but actually it's full of layer of flavors, from numbness, umami to the not over-powered spicyness, that blent well with the ingredients. While the mushroom broth was clear and fresh, as well as being a good way to maintain the original fresh taste of meat and veggie.
