之前睇介紹見呢間餐廳好似幾吸引,所以lunch 黎試試,一早book定位(佢lunch都好多人食,建議要book)叫左個魚冶日替定食,塊拖羅好正好肥美,有少少少少根。其他魚生都ok,幾新鮮。另外仲有條燒魚,都幾大條!仲叫左個究極海鮮丼定食,個海膽就麻麻地(唔甜),以為呢d餐廳海膽點都ok,有d失望。其他d刺身就同另外個定食一樣。佢lunch有個優惠,13:00前離座會有9折。整體黎講呢間餐廳lunch性價比唔高。但服務態度同環境都幾好🙂🙂

聽同事講魚治好好食,但係上次冇book到位Walk in食唔到,今日book咗位終於有得食。嗌咗個西京燒,真係驚為天人。我本身就唔係好想食魚,因為驚有骨同埋會鞋。但係呢個銀鱈魚西京燒,打破咗我對日本魚料理嘅印象。淡淡都好滑,又唔會好油,配埋飯其實都幾飽。同行朋友叫咗個壽喜燒牛鍋,牛汁好送飯,大件夾抵食。佢嘅定價雖然比較貴,但係都值得一試。如果係喺中環附近返工嘅話,約同事食飯,不妨試吓,不過記得要book位。

之前在中環的M88大廈裡嚐過「壽司喰」午餐,其質素算是還可以,卻是性價比不怎麼值。這回重遊舊地,吃的卻不是「壽司喰」,而是位於同一棟大廈裡的「魚治」。約了七時晚餐,不過小的早在六點已完成治療,猶疑是否該趁著歡樂時光於蘭桂坊先飲一杯,最後逛著逛著,還是早一點前往餐廳,舒舒服服地守候。莫以為捨棄了酒吧便沒的飲,「魚治」居然也擁歡樂時光,酒品可享買一送一優惠。小的百無聊賴正好來個對酒當歌,率先點了杯清酒,然後再細意瀏覽美食。餐廳的裝修黑壓壓地,即使尚有日照,但陽光也透不進來,於外明內暗的比對下更顯室內幽深。靠窗的角落設有一格半開放式的廚房,利用透明玻璃區間,食客能夠欣賞到大廚的功架。不過由於小的之座位處在另一端的盡頭,與之有著相當的距離,故只得遙遙觀望。「魚治」之餐牌很具和風趣味,沒有完整的一本本,卻是鬆散零落的一張又一張白紙。在主食的A4紙上餐廳以充滿藝術風的筆觸篇寫出各款不同的廚師推介,另一組已發黃的A5紙則羅列出常設的美食,除了文字,還附有繪畫出來的圖畫照。小的饒有興緻地欣賞,沒多久友人抵達,腸肚空空當然馬上點菜。「魚治」出品似乎比較偏重熟食,與小的茹毛飲血的喜好有些許落差。首先出場的

友人揀的清酒煮蜆本來以為屬成品推出,誰知侍應端來一個石油汽爐,原粒的生蜆置於鍋上,隨即開火以清酒滾煮。這架式彷彿就像在連鎖快餐店裡吃的一人火鍋,看著蜆粒由生轉熟,慢慢地開口感覺其實挺過癮。可惜這一搞作卻完全暴露了此菜式的絕頂單純,純粹地清酒加蜆,其中沒有任何調味葱草的添加,如廝出品小的大可以自家製作,毋須到餐廳品嚐呵!幸而蜆肉吃來清新鮮甜,只是肉身稍為瘦薄口感欠奉。
