對於紫蘇葉嘅味道有啲人愛而上癮,但有人可以卻已避之,紫蘇葉同埋魚生嘅配搭就經常見到,同蝦肉都有,但係同豬肉就未試過,依個香腸嘅獨特之處呢就係會爆汁,所以你見到佢係一整條上,一啖爆汁腸一啖白汁,非常享受

🌟Cavagino Vermentino

同樣係一支出產喺意大利嘅白酒,用咗Vermentino呢種葡萄釀造。有微微嘅草木味同礦物質味。口感同樣清新爽口,但係比起之前嗰啲稍為濃味同埋酸味較重

好正既和牛!除咗和牛生熟度適中,生蛋亦都沒有腥味!加上合適嘅壽喜燒醬汁,甜味亦不會太多,剛剛好中和左和牛嘅肥膩感!
食完覺得好滿足

🌟 Terra Costantino Contrada Blandano Etna Rosso doc 2016

最後一支係出產喺義大利嘅紅酒。口味非常之複雜豐富,香氣猶如紅莓櫻桃,同時間大有煙燻味,比較重嘅品寧,但都容易入口

當日特別菜式油揚豆腐

外皮鬆脆, 豆味香濃,配搭自家配製醬料,中西合璧,同紅酒都一樣夾到!

最後看見台上有Grappa 其實都可以講比較冷門 淡黃色酒液,感覺好誘人😍
Grappa 係渣釀白蘭地,用葡萄酒製造濃度較高大概有40度,入口時就微辣,但係香氣持久悠長

紫蘇豚肉腸一咬開充滿濃郁嘅肉汁,紅酒又可以中和油膩感。


和牛大蔥,用左火炙將表面燒焦迫出油香,再和生雞蛋攪拌。

油揚豆腐,外皮炸到酥脆,內層又鬆軟。


🌟Glare Amarone
最後依款係義大利出產嘅Grappa,多數都會飯後嘅時侯飲用。單寧比剛才飲過嘅都要強,有濃厚嘅木桶味,味道好似Whisky。


好有驚喜嘅體驗,有專業人士介紹,
一次過可以試哂五款唔同嘅酒,下次一定會再嚟試吓其他新嘅酒。

聞到百里香,檸檬,柑橘,礦物等香氣。
入口清爽,檸檬,青蘋果,菠蘿,帶少許香草類香料味。
配兩款小食,Japanese Smoked Chicken Prosciutto同sautéed shrimps。兩樣都好食,都夾支酒,食完再飲係會減少酒既酸度,提升左果味,菠蘿,stone fruit 係呢個時候就好岀。尤其Japanese Smoked Chicken Prosciutto,我覺得呢款必試,酒會加深左佢既smoke,香草味,呢個組合真係可以一試!

Schioppettino,一款意大利既原生葡萄,少見既,又有新野試🤤
聞到紅果醬既香甜,加d橡木香
入口充滿士多啤梨,紅苺果醬味,tannin偏柔和,好女性化既一支酒,我老婆係好鍾意佢😂
配食Grilled Halloumi Cheese。
個cheese偏咸,所以要配埋青瓜同蕃茄仔食,中和返。食完再飲,會feel到個橡木香味突岀左

第三支,Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
是日三支酒,呢支個人最喜歡,一支各方面都好平衡既一支酒。
聞到好香好warm既blackberry,blackcurrant 香,再加vanilla ,甘草,胡椒香。
入口充滿黑果味,唔爆,柔和既,帶朱古力,vanilla,甘草,結尾加點胡椒香。
放多15分鐘,已經feel到甘草vanilla等味再岀左🤤
配食~漢堡
呢道小食未放入menu,黎緊會有
D小食我係最like呢款,個醬汁配肉食好正,肉好soft,有肉味😂
可能大家見到漢堡未必會叫,不過呢款又係真心可以一戰!

Randomly dropped by on a Monday night and saw they are offering tasting flights on weekdays, price starting from $280 with three glasses of Italian wine. One of my favourite wine was the white wine named Erbaluce from Italy. Floral and aromatic and it's quite rare to find in other wine bars. Besides tasting flights, we also found an extensive selection of bottled wine inside their beautiful wine cellar. The staff were super friendly and definitely a great place to hangout with friends or go on a date night

Tried the A4 wagyu cubes. Well-cooked and the wagyu beef oil just melted inside my mouth!

上星期於朋友介紹下到訪中環酒吧Vitis,酒吧外觀非常有個性,如果只是路過我會認為是一間非常高級的廚師發辦餐廳,但進入後你會發現是一個相當隨性而舒適的地方。這裡的環境非常適合與閨蜜聚會摸摸酒杯底,我們點了兩杯白酒 Burgundy Chardonnay,店員介紹了日本煎蠔作為佐酒小食。沒有令人失望,甚至乎喜出望外,這份煎蠔現在名列為我在香港吃過最好吃的熟蠔,食材新鮮在吃下去的第一口已經感受到,簡單而恰到好處的處理令它的口感鮮爽香口,白酒的配合亦令它的鮮味更上一層樓。雖然在喝白酒,但忍不住點了一客 A4 和牛粒⋯⋯這是酒店質素吧?在與店員聊天下知道主廚原身是一位鐵板燒師父,難怪食物如此出色。 其實這裡的酒亦非常美味,但食物質素真的驚豔到了我們,我很少寫食評但這裡是一個值得推介的地方
