之前有朋友介紹我食位於九龍城啓德道既懷舊老店,佢話呢間老字號係九龍城紅左成四十幾年,係出名潮州墨丸粉麵既,既然咁紅,又咁近我,就決定今晚買黎食下。我都成九點幾去到,條街好靜,但係間鋪頭入面就好多人,形成強烈既對比,我見咁多人就買外賣返屋企慢慢嘆。我叫左個芝麻撈麵,再加個墨魚丸。芝麻撈麵賣相唔錯,一般呢d撈麵都係用蠔油撈既,我都係第一次見呢d粉麵鋪用麻醬黎撈,有d似日式既麻醬冷麵咁,不過佢多左份fusion感,因為佢有冬菇做配料😆😆講番佢個麵底先,佢既麵條煮得好彈牙有咬口,而且麻醬較為杰身,撈起黎好適中,而且個味道唔錯又幾夾喎👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻而呢一碗墨魚丸都有成8粒架,d墨魚丸同平時個d有d唔同,佢唔係白雪雪既,賣相有d似貢丸同豬肉丸既混合體,食落去好香口同彈牙。因為佢呢度既墨魚丸係自家制既,除左有墨魚肉,佢仲加埋豬肉粒tim👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

今日有朋友係澳門過黎坐下,兩三點時大家有啲餓,就帶佢地試下啲地道嘢,點知就中招。。。。我地一入去,就叫咗兩個泡飯$36/個,一個淨牛腩$65,一碗米粉$30,一碟芥蘭,最後只係食咗個芥蘭,就埋單走。。。因為碗泡飯就係真材實料,好正,唔夠蛋白質嘅人絕對好適合食用,因為加隻大大隻嘅昆蟲,仲要識飛嗰隻,就係「烏蠅」一隻,唔洗另外收費,因為唔夠二百字,所以要湊夠數。。。唔想講咁多,因為諗起會想嘔。。。去片。。。。。

銀針粉,想起小時候在酒樓才能吃到的美食,而且也不是每家都有。現在,近乎絕跡酒樓點心行列了吧。 黃明記的枱櫈全是木的,坐下去有種涼茶舖的感覺,一種懷舊新替的感受,坐下去不侷促而且感覺挺舒服的。雖然在餐牌上不見銀針粉字眼,但只要跟侍應點銀針粉,就能吃到這懷舊的特色。 配餸雖然跟一般雲吞麵店沒兩樣,但跟以前只是冬菇火腿蝦米做配料來得多樣化。 我點的魚餃十分美味,魚皮不會太厚而且有彈性,小小的魚皮裹著肉餡,味道濃郁,跟銀針粉相配得有種奇妙的效果,令人想再來多一碗的慾望。 炸香的蒜粒和莞茜更是神來之筆,為本來單調的湯粉提升刺激味蕾的層次。 總結是,只要你吃過一次,便會再來第二次第三次,吃兒時回憶,吃那令人回味的味道。

就是為了銀針粉 – 黃明記自小愛吃銀針粉,但市面能找到有供應的食店不多,難得見到網友推薦這間在九龍城的黃明記竟有得吃,老連咁遠都要特登坐的士出來一試。張明記是這區的幾十年老店,除了有我最愛的銀針粉外,最出名是自家的手打豬肉丸、墨魚丸、魚皮餃等,仲有白灼墨魚鬚,一場來到當然試哂佢。豬肉丸其貌不揚,但味道極佳,肉味濃郁鮮香,美味墨丸有嚼勁,墨粒添其質感,又係好野來﹔白灼墨魚鬚味鮮彈牙,配上辣椒油,一絕﹔銀針粉灼得恰到好處,滑溜有彈性,就是我愛吃的口感,當然成碗清哂啦﹗要彈係佢個湯底偏鹹,吃完有點口渴,但這兒的手打丸確出色,一定會再來幫趁。
